Have ordered from them a couple of times now. Both times service and product was great and delivered on time. Had to return one product after nearly 18 months, although discontinued it was in warranty so I was offered a replacement of any similar product which was again delivered as expected.
I was glad I came across this company when I was looking to buy a Cowon MP3 player. Cheaper than anywhere else, and very quick delivery. Recommended
Bought a reconditioned machine for a very decent price and it arrived next day and was in immaculate condition. More than happy with the whole experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
I needed a replacement for a media player that died somewhat before its time - AMP3 had the item I wanted & dispatched it within 24 hours (I did place the order on a Sunday!). The player is now installed & working well - really can't fault the service at all. It's not the first time I've ordered equipment from them, so on a 3/3 basis they always deliver! Will definitely be using them again.

Bought product on Tuesady night, arrived Thursday with free delivery. Had small issue with promised contents. Contacted Advance by e-mail, issue was sorted and additional item arrived within 24 hrs, all in all a very good internet shopping experince.
Fast service - there was a problem with my online order - wrong totals etc as there was a special offer on. I emailed at midnight and they responded at 9.15am and were spot on.
I had to send something back that wasn't working another time, and again, fantastic service - AMP3 actually sent out a replacement before I sent the faulty set back.
If I need anything to do with MP3, this is now the first place I look.

I cannot quite understand all the negative reviews on here. I have used Advancedmp3players for years now and I have ordered hundreds of pounds worth of stuff. Delivery was always fast, their choice is great, maybe a bit overwhelming for some, and the one time I had to return a product, that I did not like, refund was speedy and no hassle. Their buyers guide are quite a good start if you need some info before buying telling it like it is. Often in more depth and less biased (Apple is really not that great for sound quality) than some respected hi-fi magazines.
They put out a Groupon offer for Denon NC-600 Noise Cancelling Headphone and they had no stock!!!!
No way to run a business. They deserve to go bust.
Another week waiting and still no headphones. I've told them to cancel the order - let's see what happens.
I bought some £300 headphones from Advanced MP3 Players, and as promised they were delivered the next day by FedEx. Unfortunately they didn't fit my ears so I sent them back. The whole returns process was simple, with them sending updates at each status change, and they did not fuss that the packaging had been opened. The refund came within a week of sending the phones back. I'm very happy with that level of service.
My player developed a fault 6 weeks after purchase. I returned it almost 3 months ago and am still waiting for it to be repaired/refunded. I have sent 2 follow up emails and called them with still no response. Spend your money elsewhere
I have bought 3 mp3 players from these guys. All 3 have failed and had to go back for either a refund or replacement within 6 months of purchase. AM3 don't make these they are only resellers, however I was not impressed. Also, they were less then helpful when my Sony mp3 failed, they were not interested and said I had to return to Sony direct. After to speaking to Sony, no not the case, so a bit of too and from there.
Time of writing I returned my last one and went to Argos instead. I will never use ADMP3 again. Poor
I ordered an exo2 heatband from the company via Amazon. delivery estimate 5-7 Jan. I paid for express delivery. The item was never dispatched and when I complained the order was cancelled. No replies to emails, no apology. I'd never order anything from them again
Three weeks waiting for a Cowon O2 - which they seemed to have in stock, but their warehouse/backroom staff couldn't be bpothered to send out. Easier to say they're "waiting for stock" which they put back delivery THREE times, yet all the time they had stock.
A furious email later and their boss admitted they had one and would be sent out "next day delivery"....which would be with me at earliest THREE DAYS LATER
These people are atrociouis. I will never EVER use them again.
The problem seems to be with the types they employ to get the stuff out to people. geriatrics, 80 years plus ? Or Snotty-nosed 17 year olds who can't read ?

The only one WORSE was "pleasecanihaveone.co.uk" - who DON'T send out what you ordered and dont answer emails at all.

Their website said the product is in stock, and deliverable by Christmas eve. So I order here, instead of another website, because it's slightly cheaper here. BIG MISTAKE.
I got an email the evening before saying they were out of stock and would deliver NEXT YEAR. And now, it's too late to order from anyone else before Christmas. Thanks a lot.
I gave this a one star review because the website said 'in stock', when it wasn't, and 'next day delivery', which didn't happen. There are two blatant lies there. I seem to have gotten my money back, but it's still ruined a christmas present. All they needed to do was BOTHER to update the website to say "sorry, out of stock", and everyone could have been happier.
