The number of choices may be overwhelming to some, but you cannot fault the range of products offered. The speed of turnaround was amazing, and the quality of print is exactly what I'd hoped for.
I'm very impressed by Advantage Digital media's products and service. Their 24hr turnaround is the best ever and has never failed to deliver. Their prices are good too, it means as a business owner, I dont have to be anxious everytime someone picks up a business card or brochure especially when I'm out at fairs and so on. I know it's easy for me to order more!
Ordered quickly and easily, notified of updates and then delivered on time!
We've used ADM a lot over the past few years, with a good speedy service and quality print, but very disappointed to have been let down with print arriving 3 days late recently and only offered the most measly compensation. We missed our most crucial marketing window and were only offered a refund on the next day delivery charge.
Will think twice in the future.

Thanks for raising this with us, as a long standing customer of ours I'm sure you're aware incidents like this are rare and we strive to resolve them to our customers satisfaction. Complaints are taken very seriously and dealt with in line with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Accreditation.
I have investigated your query and have found that you placed your order on Thursday April 19th at 11:30am, and paid an extra fee to take advantage of our Deadline Stretch service which would upgrade your order to a Friday delivery instead of the Monday. After receiving your order we printed, packed and despatched it within 5 hours on a Next Day service meaning it was due for delivery on Friday 20th, as requested. Unfortunately UKMail held the parcel due to an address query, of which they failed to notify us of until Monday 23rd. After finding this out we upgraded your order to a Same Day delivery ensuring it was with you Monday.
In light of UKMail failing to meet the delivery date of Friday and also failing to notify us, we offered you a full refund of monies paid in return for the goods, in line with our terms and conditions. You were unable to return the goods to us and as such unfortunately we are unable to issue a full refund in this case. Due to not receiving your order on the requested date we did offer a refund of the Deadline Stretch fee paid, which you accepted. Unless goods are returned in full they are considered fit for purpose and as such do not qualify for a full refund. If the goods were returned we would have been more than happy to issue a full refund immediately.
We are currently trialling new courier services due to our previous courier not meeting our extremely high standards. We will use rare incidents such as this in our final evaluation of UKMail before deciding whether to work with them in the future.

Fast efficient printing service I'd recommend to anyone!
I was initially a bit unsure as to what quality print I'd get but my project turned out looking really nice. Great print quality and product. Only complaint, and a mild one at that, was the turnaround time but it may have just been due to the Easter weekend.
I ordered 2 different size print jobs on the same order number - one piece of artwork was uploaded and printed for the 2 different jobs without checking if this was correct. Who would place 2 orders for 1 piece of artwork?
When I contacted there was nothing that the customer service person seemed willing or able to do.
For this reason and other problems I am reluctant to use this company again.

We have investigated your concerns and have confirmed that there was a discrepancy with your order. I will call you shortly to go through it with you, however it should be noted that is not uncommon for customers to order 2 different styles of work with 1 global design for both, hence why this was not assumed as uncommon by us. We did however speak to you regarding only having 1 design for 2 jobs, and I believe this is where the confusion has been caused.
We will of course correct the issue and look to ensure this does not happen in the future.

We have used Advantage Media many times for our stores and they consistently deliver, often against a tight deadline.
I have been using Advantage for approximately 4 years now and as yet have never found a competitor that comes even close.
I experimented with other companies over the years - you have to try these things, just in case! But I have, and most probably will, always come back to Advantage.

A good quality product. They met the turnaround time that they promised, and the website is very easy to use for getting prices and submitting artwork.

I have been using your printing services for a good number of years now, with no reason to complain, in fact you have exceeded expectations.
If I had not needed my new business cards this weekend, I would probably have sent them back.
The alignment of the cut was not good, the setting of the card design is not central on all cards and some of the cuts were rough.
Once in ten 7 years isn't bad satisfaction I guess hope things aren't slipping.

Used 4 times and always on time everytime with good print quality
This is the first time I've used Advantage and I was impressed with the overall experience.
Simple ordering process, communication all along was great, much faster turnaround than expected and, as others have noted, a handy little time-slot for delivery, (which I didn't make use of)
Only point I would note is that packaging wasn't the best. Compared with the likes of print24 or other printers I have used. My box was broken and open, which I noted with DPD (not a massive issue, as I don't think anything was missing/damaged) but, in my view this could have been avoided if the box had been better packed.
Wouldn't put me off ordering again at all - very impressed overall.

Although incidents involving damaged packaging are rare, as part of our constant goal to improve customer experiences, we are trialling a new courier service within the next few weeks. Reviews such as yours are extremely helpful in highlighting potential issues with our couriers, we select our couriers at great effort to ensure we are using the most cost effective but also the most efficient and professional services at any time.
Once again, thanks for the positive feedback and remember, when ordering from us in the future, should you happen to receive a damaged parcel that has been mishandled by our courier, make sure you sign for it as "damaged". Most courier companies use a customers signature as proof of safe arrival when often that isn't the case!

Great company! Placed my order and uploaded my print material. Was telephoned within a couple of hours notifying me that a couple of things needed to be changed on my proof. Did that and got the flyers a couple days later. Will definitely will be using again!
In my few interactions I have found staff at Advantage Digital Media to be friendly and very helpful.

I have place an order, even though it was a promotion the service delivery poople forgot my order, I have to phone them and they couldnt find even my reference on their system. The offer established a fix period time for delivery which they did not comply. So have to phone the company, and they give delivery day later than it was expected.
When I got the delivery box- the parcel was badly handle all the way - they will say it is not their responsability- yeah but packing is part of ensuring produc condition to the client.
After checking the material - I have losted part of my promotional material. and the colour of the material was quite distorted from the original colours of my original design.
I did no bother to go complaint, because my order was kind of special offer.

The product you ordered was a 5000 A6 £59.99 Mega Saver Flyer which is despatched on the 10th working day and as such is not a product we would recommend for a time critical promotion. We offer 5 day Super Saver Flyers and also Next Day Flyers which are much more suited to time specific needs.
We constantly review our couriers and the service they provide and will use your experience when next reviewing the contract.

Supplier delivered five thousand flyers with badly aligned border. Reported to manager and returned pack of samples for assessment. Never received any feedback

We can only assume this is because of our Christmas close down (23rd December 2011 - 3rd January 2012) the parcel may have been lost or held up at the Post Office.
