Wayne at Advantage Digital is a star! He went back and forth with me to ensure the quality of images I sent him were good enough to produce amazing business cards. Finally got it to him very late on Friday and he did his magic to ensure I gt them on Monday as he promised. Very pleased. No bad feedback!
Their delivery company failed to deliver the products to the right place at the right time, meaning we missed when they where required. No one answered the phones despite the site saying they man the phones "till 10pm" and after leaving many answer machine messages never actually getting called back.
When we managed to get in contact via email it took them ages to explain that it was their delivery companies fault not theirs, they accept no responsibility and wouldnt offer and form of discount or part refund even as a good will gesture. With the attitude of like it or lump it and that they dont really care.
I am sorry to say this is not the first time I have had problems with Advantage before , mainly with their deliveries and customer service. But also with their "turn around" on a couple of times dispatching day/s later then agreed and again no real sense of professionalism.
I was disappointed several times with this company, on 3 occasions in September they failed to deliver next day and not only that but didn't refund the charge for next day delivery.
Last week of November they had a mechanical fault that they were very slow to notify me about and prevented me in ordering elsewhere in time for my deadline. A few days later they manage to get the delivery Address wrong (and sent it to the wrong city) which was clearly printed in my emailed receipt.
Understandable I was very irritated with this and because I raised my voice the young lady I spoke to claimed I swore at her and the Manager Ray said "I was going to be more helpful until you swore at an employee". Falsely accused with no empathy or recognition of what kind of stress and situation they cause. I had no chice but to ask for a refund and still to receive it. I strongly advise you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY.
Excellent quality printing on recycled stock at a bargain price. They texted to say they could deliver quicker than stated turnaround I phoned back spoke to someone really helpful and bang it was there the next morning and a quick count looks like more than the 5000 ordered.

We always use ADM they are always reliable and competitive. Only problem for us is the dispatch keeps being sent to one contact at our office despite us using various names. We have a large office and we have to hunt for our package, however we have been told this is UKMail's error not advantage's.
We are loyal and will continue to use ADM in future.
The cards were great, the service was fast. But out of the 250 i think about 20 were perfectly cropped. I ended up going through each one and cropped all the others by hand using my paper chopper (which as a stationer I luckily had to hand). Slight bummer as the reason for outsourcing these was so that I didn't have to do that.
Otherwise the quality of the cards and the print was good.
I placed an order with AdvantageDigitalMedia for two lots of leaflets. The ordering process was simple, straight forward and I have to say, effortless. The guys have done a great job of putting together their website and the ordering process.
Although, I had a little trouble finding the artwork templates which I required being a novice graphic designer, a little concerned as to whether I was doing eveything correctly and whether or not the finished article would look correct. Upon calling they sent a full set of digital templates through in multiple formats which helped dramatically.
The printed media arrived within the timescales advised and the print quality is excelllent.
My only grumble about the whole process was that I required a sample pack in order to choose the correct media for my print. I ordered a pack through the website and it never arrived, after three days I called to ask if it had definitely been dispatched, I was told it had. A further two days passed and I called again, this time to be told they had run out of sample packs and that I may be in the queue for one to be sent.
The lady that I spoke with was very pleasant. My gripe was that by not being able to choose the media for print, my project was delayed a week.
However, my belief is that if the packs were in stock, this probably wouldn't have been an issue.
I explained that the artwork I required was the only thing stopping me from placing an order as I could not choose the media type required without the pack. She arranged for some samples to be sent immediately and they arrived the following day.
Overall a very positive experience. Once I have my full sample pack I would not hesitate to place an order in confidence with AdvantageDigitalMedia in the future.

I used Advantage a LOT from 2005 to 2009, at least once a month, and it was always the best quality for the best price. After that time I no longer needed printing but always recommended Advantage to those that did, when ever I have the odd print job I always go back to Advantage and its a pleasure to see their stronger than ever.

The number of choices may be overwhelming to some, but you cannot fault the range of products offered. The speed of turnaround was amazing, and the quality of print is exactly what I'd hoped for.
We've used ADM a lot over the past few years, with a good speedy service and quality print, but very disappointed to have been let down with print arriving 3 days late recently and only offered the most measly compensation. We missed our most crucial marketing window and were only offered a refund on the next day delivery charge.
Will think twice in the future.
I was initially a bit unsure as to what quality print I'd get but my project turned out looking really nice. Great print quality and product. Only complaint, and a mild one at that, was the turnaround time but it may have just been due to the Easter weekend.
I ordered 2 different size print jobs on the same order number - one piece of artwork was uploaded and printed for the 2 different jobs without checking if this was correct. Who would place 2 orders for 1 piece of artwork?
When I contacted there was nothing that the customer service person seemed willing or able to do.
For this reason and other problems I am reluctant to use this company again.
