I'll give them 1 star for arriving on time at the correct address.
They originally quoted £35 for an aerial repair and tune up.
The reality is rather different once they get up on the roof.
I had called them out because of a quite common problem, a bracked had come loose at one end of the aerial..
I was told I needed a new aerial and charged £138 for something I didn't need,
I still have the old one and discovered it could have been easily repaired with one simple screw replacement.
Having found the company my dog chewed through the cable. They phoned me saying I'm on the first call tomorrow morning between 8-8.30 great I thought! Then I had a read on the Internet about they was on watch dog and I seen this page. Next morning waited got a answer phone message off a man which I didn't realise I had till after at 8.25. I phoned them at 8.45 not realising they had already phoned me. The lady on the phone said she could phone the engineer to see where he is I said no she said I could reschedule? I thought this is what everyone else went through so I cancelled. Later In the day I realised I had a answer message off the company sent at 8.25 saying the engineer phone in sick and they could get some one to me later on? They are not a local firm no matter what area you put in the search engine they provide every postcode around the area!
I had taken two afternoons off for aerial force to come and sort out the problem we had. both times failed to turn up but notified me at the end of the day. I rebooked for an early 8am slot after being guaranteed by customer services it was the first slot and would definately be there at 8am. told them if they werent there at 8am they neednt bother coming. they phoned me at 820 that they were on their way. i told them not to bother. customer services tried to reschedule but when i complained about the unreliability they put the phone down on me.. will never use this company and would rather wait for another company to come out. I actually thought they were subcontracted by sky as i was on the sky website at the time when aerialforce started chatting on line
Called thinking it was a local company though it would seem they have a tradesman in each area. Fast to arrive to quote. Though I had already found a local person on google who arrived sooner.
He advised me aerial was fine with good signal so just needed wires fitting for living room and 3 bedrooms. £80 all inc.
Aerial force didn't test aerial he sat writing a quote for 20 mins

No brainer who I called back!
Called first thing am for a "same day" installation. Waited in all day, telephoned twice and was assured each time that the engineer was on his way.
Engineer never showed up, received a call at 5.30pm to see when I would like to reschedule.... (will not be bothering to use them, I will find another installer instead)
I called Aerialforce after moving into a new house and having trouble getting any reception.
I rang and was told someone would be with me at 13:00 and so stayed in waiting for them to arrive. When they had not arrived by 14:00 I rang again to chase them up and told they would be with me within the hour. Another 2 calls later I gave up, but then received a call at 19:00 saying they were on their way.
When they arrived they ran a diagnostic and said they could fix it but it would cost £100.00 as they had to install something (they didn't give much away). The guy then produced an aerial booster at which point I said I already had one in a storage box and showed it to him. He then begrudgingly said that that might fix it and it did (I probably should have tried this first but didn't think at the time).
I asked him how they could justify £100.00 for a booster you can get for £7 online. He went a bit red and then left.
If you do use them, I would advise checking the online price of anything they tell you they need to install to fix your problem there and then as it will save you a lot of money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a new aerial fitted over a year ago and have had to call them back twice due to nothing working from the outset. The customer service was terrible and they blamed my daughter for 'knocking' the aerial socket which she cleary had not done. Eventually I called another company (Midland Aerial Services - brilliant!) who spotted the issue almost immediately. Aerialforce had connected the booster incorrectly which meant that I was not receiving a signal at all in one room and only intermittently in another. They also pointed out that when bringing the cable around the outside of the front of the house to reach a bedroom, the cable had simply been thrown into the guttering rather than secured properly and they hadn't even taken the old aerial away. I can't bring myself to take this up with Aerialforce as they are so rude. I would rather go back to Midland Aerial Services as they as helpful, courteous and competent - none of these words could be used to describe the services of Aerialforce!
Professional, friendly and courteous. Rang the call centre yesterday afternoon, installer turned up at 9am this morning having rung ahead to confirm attendance. He surveyed our loft for precisely the best position for the aerial, completed the installation in a neat and tidy manner and invoiced the price quoted over the phone - some short high quality cables to attach TVs to aerial points provided for no additional cost. Performance and picture quality now of good quality.
Same as most of the other reviews - never showed up.
Booked in the morning for a 11-3 slot. Engineer not arrived by 3pm so I called customer service a further 3 times for updates. Very disorganized and borderline rude staff on the phone. Was eventually told they couldn't guarantee anyone would be able to attend that day.
They called me a 5.40 to confirm no one would be coming that day and and would I like to reschedule? Funnily enough - absolutely not.
Suggest you look for another provider first.
I set up an appointment for 8-8.30. At 8.45 I called AerialForce and they indicated the engineer was 'stuck in traffic' and 'just arriving' which was completely untrue of course. The engineer allegedly had my contact information, but of course neglected to call to advise on arrival time or that he/she was running late. Given all the other negative reviews, I'm not surprised... On to the next service provider!
I have waited in over 16 hours on separate days for two appointments missed by their engineers. I made appointment for between 8-12pm. No one turned up. I called their helpline and the person who answered issued no apology and just informed me they would now becoming between 2pm and 5pm and I would have to wait. No one turned up. I had to ring them to ask what was going on and they offered no apology just asked if I wanted to reschedule for a different day.
A week later the appointment was scheduled for allotted time of 8am and 12pm. Again, no one turned up! I was livid and rung up demanding to know what had happened this time. I was told the engineer was running late at a previous job, and when I asked to know why I wasn't informed of the delay they said nothing. The told me to wait and the engineer would be with me that afternoon between 2 and 5pm. He has still not turned up! Total morons the entire company. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Worst service I have ever received in my entire life!!!!!! Complete cowboys!!!
I order 1 aerial and cable. They threw my old aerial into my garden, the cable was left at the top of the chimney stack and not at the bottom as requested. They left me 25 feet short of the required amount having been shown in extreme detail the cable run. When I complaint they were abusive and threatening. They did promise to fix matters. when the enginneer came he had no cable and if he did was only prepared to add more cable and not complete my order. I rang to complain and was told the company had gone into liqyidation. I check with Companies house and no such claim has ever been filed. Their Registered own a Patricia Manning is not contactable and in general they don't give a damn. I have never been humiliated and abused by a company so much and had to pay £120 for the privilidge. I have informed Trading standards so hopefully they will be prevented from causing more upset elsewhere.

Had them come to our house as Channel 4 was not working using Sky TV. The installer said there was a strong signal and nothing was wrong! He suggested that the box might be faulty (according to him Sky always sends out re-conditioned boxes). He tried to sell me a regular Sky box for £200.00 instead of the £100.00 that one can be in the shops! Channel 4 was still not working and Sky came around. They fixed it by replacing a part on the Satellite dish. Tried to get my money back but the company claims is in Administration. Be aware do not use this company.
