Wanted to book a one way trip to Sweden and take our car with us as we are emigrating there this September. On line customer service was useless. We got the same reply to all our enquiries, which was basically, ( we don't sail direct from the UK to Sweden. ) Even when we said we understood this, but wanted to know if we could sail to either Norway or Denmark and sail onwards from there, we got the same reply, ( We don't sail from the UK to Sweden.) Calling them direct was no better. We did and explained that we were wanting a quote for a one-way passage and were there any offers available as it was going to cost us more for a one-way ticket than it was for a return ticket. Again they were no help at all. We asked if we could book a return ticket as it was cheaper than a single, on the understanding that we would tell them up front that we would not be coming back, but we were told no. Again not helpful at all and they were definitely not going to make any effort at all to help. If I owned a business, and I have done in the past before I retired, and these people worked for me, the way they respond to customer enquiries would not be acceptable to me and they would be fired before very long. Maybe someone needs to explain to them what customer support means. Not impressed.
