I was a bit nervous having checked out the responses on the company AFTER I had ordered the phone. However, I think they must have listened to some of the comments on here. Firstly - I had an email to confirm each step of the purchase journey and to confirm when the phone was being posted.
I ordered my phone at 8:45 on Saturday evening and it arrived at 7:30am on Monday morning. The only thing I was miffed with was that I was going off to work and wouldn't have been able to play with it until I got back from work - but I don't think that is something they can sort out! :)
Ordered my Samsung galaxy s4, was delivered the next day. After two weeks the mobile developed a intermittent signal fault. sent mobile back, was away for two weeks with no contact as to what was happening.
After chasing them every day we were finally told a new handset had been sent out. What they actually sent was my faulty handset. I was told it was fine, not happy I asked to complain and was fobbed off. I asked to speak with the manger and was refused.
Had read the reviews and decided I would give them a chance, a huge mistake I shall pay for the next 24 months.
Would recommend any one to avoid this company, they are shocking. pay the extra few pounds and go with a company that will look after you when needed.
Ordered a Galaxy S4 on sim free for an unbelievable price. After I placed the order an automated e-mail was sent to me to say my order was being dealt with but no information on what the order was for. A little bit of investigation on the web and found the company was taking a hammering in reviews. So I was a little skeptical as to whether I would be getting my S4 or for the price they were going to send me an S3 or if anything at all. The money was already debited from my credit card so I thought a phone call to confirm was in order. Phone service is flakey, was after 9 in the morning and the automated answer service was still on giving the hours of business. Starting to get a little anxious now so decided to investigate the company a bit further through companies house. It would seem that they have changed names a few times, or at least the controlling company has and it would appear they are too successful for their own good.
Having sent several e-mails to their 'care team' and got no reply I tried to call again. This time I got to speak with someone who just fobbed me off with a standard reply that my order would be delivered within 72 hrs. I protested that the website said next day delivery and they said they would look into it.
Lo and behold the next day my new S4 turned up, delivered by courier. The box was intact and everything was fine. Had the phone a week now ant all appears to be ok. In conclusion, having read the horror stories on the web I did not hold out much faith. However they did deliver and I am not disappointed, they need to up their game with respect to keeping the customer informed on the progress of their order and the customer care team interfacing with their customers.
I ordered S3 mobile and it is delivered next day.. but box seal is opened at one side.., also there is no earbuds pack in it (if we see any new box there should be separate earbud pack along with head phones)
Generally BOX SHOULD COME WITH SEAL. When I called them, they are giving so many reasons... they will only open it to check everything is fine and whether all accesseries are included or not....If I return it and ask them for other box......again there is no guarantee it will come without seal broken (they are only telling)...
I Called them so many times for exchange but everytime they are telling that we will arrange tomorrow to collect it.. It is happening since 20 days, still I am waiting to return it... but don't know what to do if I will receive with seal broken again.....
I feel it is not brand new piece...I am really frustrating with them... i can suggest, it is better to go store and buy new one (even though it is bit more cost compared to online price)...
I ordered my phone yesterday and i received it today.. Perfect factory sealed and 100% brand new.. No problems with the order process or communication. I received a mail to say i had been accepted, another one to tell me that the order had been processed, followed by one to tell me it had been dispatched, with a tracking number. Overall a brilliant experience and a fantastic deal.... The minute the phone arrived i registered it with Apple no problems at all...
£35 for SG4 and £32 monthly, Too good to be true...it was!
Affordable Mobiles state the contract was declined with T-Mobile. I phoned them and they said these third party companies can enter details incorrectly which will then decline the contract. Affordable mobiles state I can repeat the order. Only that offer is no longer available, instead it will cost me £145 for the phone. Now I have to chase up the money they have deducted from my account.
Hassle I could do without.
I have since taken out a contract with T-Mobile directly, guess what, no hassle.
Just wanted to add our very positive experience of affordable mobiles. In December my husband ordered a new phone with Toshiba laptop 'free' gift with contract on 3. The phone was delivered next day and the laptop arrived about a week later, but in time for Christmas. The whole experience of ordering the phone and contract and changing over to Three was very quick and easy and done without having to speak to anyone.
After my husband's great experience with them, when my contract with Vodafone finished last Sunday I checked affordable mobiles as I wanted a new phone and a Nexus 7. They had the new HTC One and Nexus 7 on There for £20 less per month than I had seen anywhere else. I placed my order online on Saturday evening and received notification via email almost immediately that the network had accepted me. The phone was delivered 8.25am on Monday and my Nexus on Thursday, both sealed as new. The whole switch over to Three was so easy and I took my number with me. I give affordable mobiles 5 stars.
I placed an order on 4th June for an HTC One, or at least I tried to. Their website seemed to be having some difficulties and was hanging for ages when doing a credit check so eventually I gave up and rang their sales team. I have to say the gentleman I spoke to was very good and let me know that my order had been processed and was pending approval. I received an email a couple of hours later to say it had been approved and I would receive another email when it had been dispatched. As I had already seen the stock availability on the website indicated a 7 working day delivery time I didn't bother chasing it up until today (14th June). After being on hold to customer services for 10 minutes I finally managed to speak to someone only to be told my order had been cancelled because I hadn't responded to an email requesting further proof of address. An email I certainly never received in the first place. Whilst the staff I have spoken to have been polite and professional the IT systems (problems placing the order and subsequent missing email) are woefully lacking. I have been told I will have to place my order again which I have done. With another company that is.
Ordered a Samsung Galaxy SIII on Sunday 9th June 2013. Arrived before midday on Monday 10th. Fantastic delivery service.
Got the phone and SIM up and running straight away without problems too.
Only issue was that I didn't receive a single email from the company to either confirm the order or notify its dispatch. They promise to send both these emails at the appropriate stages but neither came through (even checked the junk filter).
However, excellent deals, and fantastic delivery.
If you have an iPhone 5 from this company I suggest you take it along to your local apple store and ask them to take a look inside the phone.. When I took mine to get its speakers fixed apple wouldn't touch it due to it not having an original Apple battery!! I have sent it back asking for a replacement (which they advised on the phone would happen), I was assured I would only be without the a phone for a couple of days at most as they make returns a priority... I am still without the phone and they are saying they haven't received it and will check with other departments and tell me they will email me back letting me know what's going on... I don't receive any emails, then they take a lifetime to answer their phones.. Just a recap take your iPhone to apple to check you haven't been sent one with a knockoff battery, and help out by also contacting BBC watchdog as this is such bad service!!
Hi I have ordered my phones on Sunday 2nd of June, and recived an Email stating that they want a copy of my Driving Licence and Bank statement.
Seems a bit strange that a company would need these type of details, so called customer services up at about 1010 this morning Monday 3rd of June, and was told it is all legit ect, but seems strange, why would a comany need these details, I have already passed the 'Identity check' with the network as the email states
'The good news is your application has passed the initial identity checks with the network'
'However to complete our own internal security checks we require some further information. We would like you to send in a scan or image of one of the following please
Your full driving licence showing your name and address
A recent bank statement showing your name and address
Please could you also confirm how many phones you require?
Please reply to this email and we’ll carry on with your application'
I called up this morning and was told could be any utility bill and a passport, why is this the next step, has anyone else had to do this?
On Thursday the 24th May at around 4pm, I found a great deal on a Note II online and called this company to see if I could get a better deal and place the order.
Whilst on the call they did indeed give me a better deal that was available on an S4 - fantastic I thought. They confirmed it was in stock and that it would be delivered on the following Tuesday owing to the bank holiday weekend - a bit odd as it says next day delivery on their site if ordered before 9pm but I let it go.
When Tuesday comes around, no phone.... I waited until Wednesday and called their customer helpline, after a reasonable wait a lad called Sam answered - to be fair to him he handled the call very well despite my frustration. However, he advised me that the phone had gone out of stock during the exact moment of the sales process (Highly unlikely!) and that stock was not expected to be in the business until 30th or 31st May.
I can't understand why I wasn't advised at the end of the sales process that it had gone out of stock during the few minutes we had been dealing with it. Nor why NOONE proactively contacted their customer that they had made this promise to to apologise and advise of the issue..... instead I have to discover the problem for myself at time and expense.
.....It doesn't end there.... I request that someone finds out exactly when the stock is being delivered - usually a delivery date is given to orders but this vague date across two days smelt of putting the customer in a holding pattern. So, I ask how many backorders they have for this phone, how many phones they are expecting in this delivery and whether my phone will be covered as part of this stock delivery. They did not have the answer...... these are absolute basics for a customer centric business to be able to manage and it is shocking that they do not have a handle on this.
Again, the story does not end.... after having been hung up on once because I am being, quite rightly, difficult (Of course they claim the line dropped..... yeah right!) I eventually manage to speak to someone again on 31st May who says they have no stock and NO DATE FOR DELIVERY and that they are NEVER able to confirm delivery dates. Which means the initial dates given were exactly what I suspected - a holding pattern for the customer whilst they try to patch up the holes appearing in their chocolate teapot of a business.
I have cancelled the order and requested a refund - naturally the refund takes a few days whereas they can take your money in a moment!! If it doesn't appear I shall come back and let you know!!
So to summarise - they lied when they said they had the stock initially, lied about when it would be delivered, lied about when they were then expecting stock....twice, lied about hanging up on me and were unable to advise when I would get my order, how many backorders they have and where in the queue I sit! Pretty much the worst customer experience I have had in years.... and that includes Sky!!
I am sure they will respond to this with some sort of copy and paste response apologising for the experience and giving some sort of nonsense excuse designed to save face...... please don't bother - hold your hands up, admit your failings and fix the issues. As a commercial person who has operated in various retail and etail markets I am happy to be your customer experience consultant as you are in dire need of improvement in this area. I will be proactively advising friends and family to boycott you.
I ordered a Nexus 4 on Three for £20 per month, 24 month contract. I received a confirmation email a couple of hours after ordering on the Sunday evening. Bank holiday Monday I received another email telling me the phone had been dispatched and it was due for delivery on Tuesday via Parcelforce. The tracking number was missing but that didn't matter.
This morning I received the phone and I am chuffed to bits with it. It's an excellent phone and the Three network is wonderful. I'm getting speeds 4x faster than my broadband on 3G! Crazy.
Affordable mobiles were pleasant to purchase from, everything went through smoothly and I received everything without any problems. I guess it's just a few unlucky people who have a problem with their orders.
I've been having issues with my HTC Desire handset on contract with Affordable Mobiles. Multiple emails to their customer care email (firstname.lastname@example.org) have been ignored for the past 8 days. Poor service. Cheap, but beware if anything goes wrong. I wish I had gone straight to 3 mobile for the contract!
such balderdash company i ever met.
==i placed a order Samsung Galaxy s4 4.24pm 11th of may
--received the receipt for payment withing the day
--they also took the payment on following Monday
==but fuking i still haven't receive my order- its nearly 3 weeks
=they dont even fuking reply
Ordered a Sony Xperia, it came about 1 week after I ordered it ( not next day) and then broke within 3 days, turned itself off to never turn on again!!!!! I have sent it back 6 weeks ago and still not had my phone back, I was told to just send the phone so I did but have since been told to send all of it, they will not send the phone without the charger. Still waiting for my phone and have called at least 8 times, each time you have to wait 40 minutes for your call to be answered. Awful company and awful customer service. I only used this company because of a Wowcher offer, go with a network supplier.
I was a bit hesitant about buying a mobile online.... I have to say that the experience was pretty slick to say the least.... had my phone and network operator secured within 10 min.
Phone arrived the very next day, and I had it up and running within mins... no hassles...
After reading some of the reviews for affordablemobiles.co.uk, I was hesitant to order from them, but I'm glad that I did. Some reviews I read mentioned a lack of communication about the progress of an order, etc., however I received emails updating me about processing payments, estimated delivery date and then an email to say that the phone and free gift were on their way. Both arrive, phone first and then free gift around a week later, with no hassle. From my experience of using afforablemobiles.co.uk, I can only recommend them.
After reading several bad reviews about this company and similar ones which seem to offer mobiles a lot cheaper than from the networks I was initially a bit worried. However, the huge saving of at least 10 pound a month plus the 180 pound I saved for the handset fee, I thought I'd risk it. Trying to purchase online, it denied me credit despite never having anything to damage my credit rating, however I persisted and phoned them directly and purchased exactly the same plan which was approved. So I'd recommend phoning if it didn't succeed online. I was told the phone would take 1-2 weeks, it arrived within the week, including a bank holiday in between. Came by courier, everything was secure. Put my sim card in, worked straight away, what more could I ask for?
If I was to suggest improvements, greater documentation or detail about the contract should be offered straight away, rather than having to search for it yourself. For example, my invoice was very bare, basically only describing the initial handset fee I paid.
All in all, bargain price, courier delivered after being told it was despatched and could follow it all the way to my door. Thank you very much, a lot of money saved and a beautiful phone to go with!
I ordered the Iphone 5 coming up to 3 weeks ago now and i am still waiting for it! I have rang there so called "Caring" customer service team 3 times now and they just tell you the same thing "You will get it by such and such day" I AM STILL WAITING!! because my contract has ran out on my old phone i am still having to pay for it until this one comes. If it has not arrived tomorrow I am going to ring up and cancel. The customer services team also tries to make out it is your fault because "the order has not gone through processing yet". To conclude they are incompetent, lazy, do not want to help you. They do not want your custom and mostly do not want to send you your phone. I cant tell you how upset I am with myself for ordering from this terrible site. I have done this review, not to moan but to warn others that it is not worth the stress and arguments for a couple of pounds less a month. If i could turn back time i would have went through somebody else
Bought iPhone 5 on next day delivery had to wait 5 days for phone as apparently they ran out of stock but didn't think to tell me this. I have sent two emails to there customer services and still haven't got a answer to my complaint two weeks ago I sent then. And when you call them you have to sit on hold for 20mins. As you can see 1 month on still no response
Ordered phone on Wednesday 1/5/13 at around 5pm, received it on 3/5/14 at 1pm. Seal WAS NOT broken, phone in perfect condition, sim works perfect. Judging by all the reviews, I must of been lucky. Advice: only order if the handset is "in stock" - seen some bad stories of pre-ordering. For the info, the phone was a Samsung Galaxy S4 on T-Mobile at 26 Per month. Thank affordable mobiles!
I urge you to never buy from this company and will be formally reporting them to bbc watchdog.
Placing an order for an iphone 5 white on an o2 contract with free delivery for 32 pound per month...
Sounds great!! To good to be true.
After placing the order i was confirmed the identity checks were passed but they wanted further information.
Drivers license number
Home phone number (provided on the order form in the first place)
And a 2nd bank account.... Why would i have a secound bank account at 25. Some do. Some dont. Im one of many who dont.
So i am already an 02 customer but they couldnt match affordable mobile..... So i rung 02 up and spoke to their incredibly friendly and helpful team on how their credit check works and information they require? .... They use equifax. Who aslong as you are the card holder and adress to your home adress matchs and relevant identity info is provided they are happy.
So 02 were confused why this would be rejected and told me the order would be sent straight back to affordable and to contact them as they couldnt deal with the matter their end. Makes sense really as i took the order out with affordable so its their duty to complete and inform me. Which to this point i had no response regarding the data i had provided already.
I have spoken to their sales team which are in one part of the country apperently and their customer service another. So the sales team cant make outbound calls or refer your call onto another member from a different department. Pretty damn easy to set that system up you monkeys.
So now comes the annoying part. My 25 minute hold to get through to customer service at 11am in the morning when it takes 4 minutes to get hold of the sales team and when i phone 02 im through to someone instantly.
When i finnaly get through to someone baring in mind he sounds about my age i figure its not his fault this has happened but lets hope hes helpful.
He reads me some random info after asking me only 2 security check information which is being recorded on the call which actually invalidates the procedure. He then goes onto scroll through the email i sent him and tell me he agrees that not everyone has 2 bank accounts this is what the email sais. So hes told me what i already know rather than solving the problem like good customer service people do.
I Continue to ask him to put me through to this referal credit check team to speak with which he puts me on hold for 10 more mins comes back with an 02 customer email adress telling me it can take upto 10 days for response...
So this has now spread over 3 days and they want me to wait a further 10 to find out why 02 are asking for something so rediculous which when i spoken with 02 they confirmed they wouldnt ask for this information.
Sooooo whos telling the truth here?
After speaking to 4 different people over 3 days speaking direct to 02 and being on hold for an rediculous amount of time i have now asked for them to delete and cancel all my information i will be reporting this service and situation to the world as i am on here.
PLEASE ALL... Read their about us on their website sounds impressive. Is a bunch of lies! There not dedicated to anything but taking your money.
Anyone who has been succesful in recieving a better service than myself should count themselves lucky. Theres far greater negative feedback here than posotive.
So I ordered the iPhone 4S with affordable mobiles (£26 per month with t-mobile) on 23rd April. Of course, the phone was out of stock when I ordered it but as I had just cancelled my contract with Orange and had to give 30 days notice, the wait was actually very useful!
I emailed affordable mobiles the day I ordered the phone as I had to go away for a week and wanted to ensure that the phone wouldn't be delivered whilst I was away, plus I wanted to check on the status of my order as I had not received a confirmation. A few hours later, received a computer generated confirmation that the order had been accepted. A few days later, received a personal email saying the phone was out of stock but I would be contacted when I was dispatched.
During this time, I checked on reviews and was worried after seeing the negative comments. I hadn't paid anything for the phone though, so I figured if something went wrong, I wouldn't be losing anything.
Received an email last night saying iPhone had been dispatched, received it this morning, in a sealed box in perfect condition. 9 days wait even though it said 7 but like I said, I was happy about this. Very, very pleased!
Placed my order about four days ago the have took my money and I have heard nothing else. If they just told me the phone is out of stock that would be something or anything!!!!
I found a deal on AffordableMobiles for a Nexus 4 on TMobile for £15.50 a month 100 min, unl txts and 250mb, which is fine for me and on looking around i couldnt find it any cheaper than that so decided to go for it. I then read some bad reviews on here and other sites and was pretty worried but my fears were actually unfounded. I ordered it at about 6.30pm and although It took a few hours to get a confirmation email, it did come eventually. The phone turned up the next day at about 11.30am, delivered by Parcel Force. The phone was brand new in a sealed box and had protective covers front and back. Im very impresed.
Placed an order for the iPhone 5 today and after reading all the reviews I somewhat wish I hadn't now!
They perfectly advertised the phone as being in stock and make it very clear that next day delivery will be a must. I'm hoping this is the case!
However, after sending an email to customer services asking of they could deliver the phone to an alternative address, they promptly said this service is not provided!
So far sloppy customer service seems to be an issue and if the phone doesn't arrive within the week I shall certainly be taking this further that a review website!
There was a deal running on Wowcher .com where, If you pay £10 for the new Sony Xperia Z Handset, you get it on the 24 month T mobile contract at £26 a month (Usually £189 for handset on this plan). Now my credit is not the best and I have been refused contracts on a number of occasions but I thought the offer was too good to refuse so i'd give it a go. . . So I ordered the phone on the Friday. . . Got an acceptance email on the Saturday. . . A despatch notification email on the Sunday. . . And this Monday morning at 10.30am I received my mobile through Parcel Force! I am so pleased with the service and communication. I was really worried after reading some of the bad reviews on this site but my experience couldn't have run anymore smoothly. Happy girl :)
I ordered my phone 3 weeks ago, and still have had not had it, I now would like to cancel my order I do not wish to receive anything from this company if only I could i get through to the company to tell them !!! PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER I am to take my custom elsewhere. And if delete all data of my personal details such as bank details or i will take further legal action. Terrible customer service sort it out
Pre ordered samsung galaxy s4 on 8th of april. Got an order acknowledemnt email that night. Its now almost 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing more. I have no idea when or if the phone will arrive. The phone is released in the uk today which is frustrating as I don't know when mine will be here, and also my pac code to transfer my old number expires next week. Also tried to call the helpline to check order status, and also check bank details as I have since moved house and could not get through to them. All in all poor customer service
The process of buying the contract was simple and easy to use, the phone arrived very quickly (next day) and it was all unopened etc. I did send affordable mobiles and email with some questions regarding my contract and they did not respond. I am still awaiting a response and that was at least 3 weeks ago!
I dont think that they quite summed up all of fine details of my contract and i could not find any way to view my contracts terms and conditions etc however i presume this is done through the actual network provider.
All in all, they are very good and i would deffinatley recomend them to a friend.
Still no reply - Affordable Mobiles have a real problem in getting back to customers - have heard zilch since their email saying they were treating me with urgency the same day - now 5 days on. I think they are trading on time.

Subject: Cashback and Gift Confirmation
For future reference can you tell me the correct address to send the cashback claim:
Is it the one on the cashback claim form – NN11 8PD ( the Royal Mail returned as “addressee gone away” )
The one on your website – NN11 8YH ( this was the one I sent the claim to yesterday )
Both myself and my husband are customers and his last claim also went adrift. He emailed 3/4 WEEKS ago asking you
to clarify the correct address before I sent my one the first time (April 05) but no one from Affordable Mobiles got back.
You really are doing nothing to keep a reputation, also why move from using an address without informing your customers?
So I ordered my HTC One on 25th March. I received a confirmation email later that night rather than immediately, which initially made me worried. My phone wasn't dispatched within 24 hours like the website stated, and I didn't receive any email correspondence telling me otherwise. After ringing up customer service (15 minutes on hold), I was told the order had been received and would be dispatched within the next few days.
Three days later, my phone was indeed dispatched and I received it the very next day. I even received a free HTC link which hadn't been initially advertised. So very happy with everything!
However, I soon discovered my phone was faulty, the camera was glitching out and would not work. I sent affordable mobiles an email, no response. I contacted HTC who offered to repair the phone for me. However, a week later, affordable mobiles finally replies and tells me I can send the phone back for an exchange. Since the sound of a new handset was better than repairing the faulty one, I opted to send it to affordable mobiles. This was a mistake!
I paid £7 to send it by Special Delivery back to their headquarters as was instructed. After several days, no email response (big surprise). I knew the phone had been delivered due to the parcel tracking. I rang them up again (15 minute wait), and they did confirm they had received the phone and it was confirmed faulty. However, the phone is now out of stock and they have no idea when they will receive more!
So now I am paying for a new contract, paid £7 special delivery to return a faulty phone, and have nothing to show for it. I understand the stock issues are not completely their fault, but the lack of communication is frankly appalling.
It is now one month after my initial order and I still have no idea when I'll be getting my phone.
I know that HTC have really doped the ball on supplying these handsets out to the networks so not supprized that i am still waiting. But 6 weeks of waiting and no feed back from Affordable-mobiles. Why!! You took my cash straight off! Must be worth an unprompted e-mail to say what the hell is going on?
I placed an order with Affordable Mobiles yesterday at 16:00. After reading their well advertised banner stating 'Dont delay. Order before 7 pm for next day delivery" I was looking forward to receiving the phone the following day (barring checks).
After placing my order, and handing over all my bank and personal details, there was no immediate 'Confirmation of Order' email from them whatsoever, nothing!
At 19:59 I received an email from a Kerry saying that there was 'good news' I had passed the checks and now all they needed were bank statements and driving license.
At 21:05 I received my first email saying thank you for shopping with us.
I emailed them the following morning, unhappy about not receiving an immediate 'confirmation of order', and for not being asked to supply further documents immediately and only after the 'next day delivery' window had passed.
I asked if they could confirm that the documents I sent were suffcient - no response!
2 hours later at 1200 the following day, I called customer service, after a 20 min hold, the lady told me that my checks had now been declined!
I asked why I hadn't been informed and she insisted an email had been sent and might be in my Junk Box. It is not, and I have not received any official confirmation of a 'cancellation of order', nothing!
This company is either full of crooks, or they aren't organised enough to be fit to run a company. Stay well clear! I am left with no option now but to cancel my card and inform my bank. They have all my information and have offered no correspondance or instilled confidence!
Have had 2 phones from this company and had no problems both arrived next day as they said. ordered a 3rd one for my daughter on 16th april had emai to confirm but nothing yet.have tried to phone but no answer been ringing for 4 days now. emailed them got reply to say they would contact me in 24 hours still nothing.emailed again and no reply.why dont they answer phone.i am not amused.
Ordered an HTC one on the 4th of April and still haven't received it yet over 2 weeks later, so sent an Email requesting an update to be told that it would be another 7-10 working days due to delays caused by HTC - Just one question-why are they still advertising the phone as out of stock but "order now to receive your phone within 7 days"........
I was a little hesitant about ordering from affordablemobiles because of some the reviews on here, however the £150 odd saving over ordering direct from the network swayed me so I took a risk. Ordered it Saturday 13th and got it Wednesday 17th - not next working day delivery as claimed but still a lot better than some of reviews claim. Phone is brand new and no problems with the 'seal' or anything like that. Only problem is they don't send an immediate order confirmation e-mail after you've ordered like most companies which makes you worry but overall affordablemobiles were good and worth the 4 star rating.
I ordered my phone on Saturday and I am still waiting for it. It's an iPhone 5. No email confirmation, nothing at the moment. I have emailed and emailed to know my delivery status. Yet nothing. What is happening affordable mobiles? I'm getting really upset now because you told me on your website next day delivery.
