Painfully slow process + communications.. Avoid if you can
After order iPhone5 32GB with them, they deducted money for the handset right away then informed by email a day later that there's an error information on the web that it'll be 16GB instead of 32GB. I didn't cancel the order even though it's a misinformation because it's still alright for £21.50/month with O2. But it's so true as other reviews about bad experiences. It took 4 weeks before their customer service replying my email(s) to clarify things and it took nearly 2 months to deliver the order! Pheww.. I got the phone and the right contract at the end. Avoid if you can!!! but go for it if you prepare to sit on the edge waiting nervously for your order to come or painfully slow clarifications from them.
