After reading several bad reviews about this company and similar ones which seem to offer mobiles a lot cheaper than from the networks I was initially a bit worried. However, the huge saving of at least 10 pound a month plus the 180 pound I saved for the handset fee, I thought I'd risk it. Trying to purchase online, it denied me credit despite never having anything to damage my credit rating, however I persisted and phoned them directly and purchased exactly the same plan which was approved. So I'd recommend phoning if it didn't succeed online. I was told the phone would take 1-2 weeks, it arrived within the week, including a bank holiday in between. Came by courier, everything was secure. Put my sim card in, worked straight away, what more could I ask for?
If I was to suggest improvements, greater documentation or detail about the contract should be offered straight away, rather than having to search for it yourself. For example, my invoice was very bare, basically only describing the initial handset fee I paid.
All in all, bargain price, courier delivered after being told it was despatched and could follow it all the way to my door. Thank you very much, a lot of money saved and a beautiful phone to go with!
