Purchased x2 phd pharma pure at a super price. Swift delivery, although one item damaged in transit. This was accidental, I called and spoke with a very helpful customer service guy who organised another replacement, no drama just professional customer friendly service. Very happy will use again and highly recommend, not just for price but top service.

First Order and Very Impressed So Far.
My first time ordering with this company and I can say that I was pleased with the result.
I phoned them to check the best before [BB] on some supplements after having a bad experience with another supplier, which I am still attempting to resolve taking up more of my time. The BB was early next year which was acceptable so I ordered. TCB and a £2.50 discount paid for 1-2 delivery, expecting RM because I needed them fairly quickly and therefore didn't want to risk the free delivery. What I was surprised to get was Interlink express and their one hour delivery slot, which they fulfilled.
Overall I was very pleased with the experience and if this is anything to go by then I recommend AffordableSupplements.
I'm off to regret my purchase with the other site and hope it doesn't use up too much more of my time.

poor communication between myself and the sales team
i ordered next day delivery but they didn't manage to provide this service, so I was offered either refund or a small selection of protein bars, to which i replied I would like some protein bars. Nonetheless I never received the protein bars, I emailed them about the matter but never received an answer.

I am very sorry that you did not receive the samples or the e-mail in relation to your reply, I will ensure another batch of protein bars are dispatched to you immediately and you should look to receive those tomorrow.
I will look into the matter with regards to the e-mail however we have been having problems with our e-mail sending server recently where we have been sending e-mails but some people haven't received them which I believe is the case with you.

Massive range of products, great value, amazingly quick 24-hour delivery.
I've been a customer of Affordable Supplements for several years and have always found them to be a great on-line merchant. Both the range and quality of products is second to none. Prices are extremely competitive and the free (second-class recorded) delivery means that I invariably receive my order on the next working day. Excellent service.
I am so impressed with Affordable Supplements. The product cost half of what I was paying, it arrived the next day with free delivery and I was sent a number of email updates about my order. Also, it actually tastes good (mint choc chip) which is something I have come not to expect from whey protein products. Would definitely recommend this Company and in fact I already have.

quick service and good price delivered
pro mass came in cardboard box and tube was cracked inside with protein all over the box. emailed them and was contacted back the next day asking would i be happy with a £10 credit which i agreed and i'm still awaiting for the credit.

So quick. So affordable.
Haven't been buying supplements in about a year and a half, and have moved to the uk from Ireland so unsure as to where to buy from. Saw the ad on Men's Health and gave it a click. The website was easy to navigate and products listed in various configurations. I didn't need it but the advice section is simple and easy to understand. I've not received my product.
Paid for it days ago no information on delay ... No nothing , usually really good. This is a first bad experience with this website I've had.

excellent service and delivery. I ordered my products over the bank holiday weekend and took delivery on Wednesday morning at exactly the time stated in the advisory text message. The txt messages were extremely helpful, advising of the status of my order, then finally the time of delivery (in a one hour window)
