I booked a hotel through Agoda last October. There was an error on their website and the hotel that should have been in Eureka, CA was actually in Missouri! When I e-mailed their customer service they refunded the original booking, also the extra money that I had to pay when getting a new hotel in Eureka, CA, awarded the Agoda points that I would have got and gave me 10% off my next booking. I have just made a new booking and have had it confirmed that the 10% will be with me shortly.
My only gripe is on the serch engine, the prices displayed are for 1 person - it would be better if when you do the initial search you could specify 2 people. Also, would like to be able to list search results on price. Overall, very happy
