Don't use them! - MGM's fault, but took lots of circles to find that out.
My original review: Charged additional resort fees after my stay that I was never made aware of at the time of booking.
UPDATE: I only posted my poor review after speaking on the phone to someone in accounts from MGM about the receipt I received from them that had the additional charges and they said there was nothing they can do and to talk to Agoda.
I had also emailed MGM and someone just got back to me (took longer than they advised it would, and only received a reply after re-sending my first email). Explained the screw up, but did not offer me a refund, only after I emailed again asking for it did they say that I will be refunded for those additional fees.
I changed Agoda's rating from a 1 (which I gave when it seemed as if the issue wasn't going to be resolved) to a 3. I would have given them a 5 if everything had been seamless and even though it probably isn't their fault it has been a big hassle.
