Great Prices, Great Service
Used AID Fuel Oils for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. I was told their prices were always competitive and good friendly service. Glad I took the advice as the price was the best I could find after making a number of calls and the delivery and service afterwards was excellent. I'd recommend anyone to give AID Fuel Oils a call and I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Best oil supplier ever... "A1 Delivery"
Best service I have had from an oil supplier ever.
Receptionist who takes orders very polite, professional and helpful re- order, pricing delivery etc.
Delivery is difficult as we live in small lane and driver has to reach tanks thro garage...on arrival he just gets on with job and fill x3 tanks equally, and in v. short time. Always delivers on time despite weather conditions.

Mirror Clad Oil Tank ........No Problem
We have a massive mirror clad tank covered by trees
In the past drivers have simply been scared by sight of our tank, sucked their teeth and said sorry guv, can't do that due to health and safety..
The driver took our quirky tank in his stride and delivererd our oil without complaint.

Overpriced and very poor service.
I started dealing with AID fuels as it was a local business, but there service has been found to be very poor. During the last period of extreme snow I completely ran out of fuel had to wait 5 days for the heating oil to arrive as an emergency delivery. There excuses were many and varied they were hard to get hold of and there public relations were very poor. A good telephone manor costs nothing. Since then I have gone out to purchase a 1000 litres of Agricultural Diesel and the price difference varied between 5.43 and 12.28 cheaper with there competitors. Overpriced and a very poor service.

Oil in a Hurry at a sensible price
Due to a recent bout of cold weather we found ourselves out of fuel ahead of a scheduled delivery. AID were able to deliver within 48 hours at a sensible premium to the longer lead time deliveries. I'll certainly be checking their prices next time we're in the market. We were not at home for the delivery but everything happened as it should.

Quick delivery and good driver
The delivery was said to be anytime within the next week. In fact it arrived within 24 hours. The driver was very efficient and friendly. Shame the prices continue to shoot up - I would like to order twice as much but the cost is very high (AID say they charge only a small margin which is probably true but the cost still hurts).

Poor - we had to chase up our delivery.
Delivery promised on a certain day. Nevery turned up, chased up by phone, poor driver didn't know how to drive around a sharp corner - bless!!! So after many silly excuses and despite the fact that we had said on placing the order a short wheel base delivery was required - as you have delivered to us before, how can there be a problem, it was then arranged again for the next day. In the end a happy story, but painful getting there!

Polite professional cheap on price and fast delivery!
During the cold snap running low on fuel AID Fuel Oils managed to squeeze me in delivering a day earlier than promised. Well trained staff made it quick and easy to order oil as a first time customer. I would recommend this company oh and out of five I called on the same day AID Fuel Oils was the cheapest on price as well!

A BIT LET DOWN, THIS TIME
I always use AID but this time they did not deliver on the date agreed, I did get a call from the driver (late morning) saying there was a problem with the vehicle so they would deliver the next day and put it down for an early delivery, it did arrive the folllowing day having phoned them to be told 'towards lunch time' it actually arrived at 2pm, so a bit dissapointed as had to wait in again but in the past they have been very reliable so hopefully this was a 'one-off' and it hasn't put me off using them in the future.

Orders delivered on time, normally within 2 days
Friendly staff on phone. They answer all your questions in a friendly and very helpful manner. Gave us a 3 day delivery possible delivery period but it has always been delivered within 48 hours. Friendly drivers. I would definitely use them everytime and recommend them.

Reliable and efficient
I have been using AID fuel oils for about 12 years. They have always delivered when they said they would and the drivers are all very pleasant. I have never had any problems. Nowadays, I receive confirmation of delivery and the bill by email and I pay by bank transfer - easy!

You don't slip up by using AID

Let down by driver booked for first drop!! Did not happen
Booked 2000lts coming first drop driver decided to go to another job, had to re booked for next day I leave for work at 8.30am.
And again waited but again driver decided to take his own route, I phoned received a sorry but its not good enough
Had up leave work early so delivery could be made on afternoon after 4,
This needs sorting if u make appointments you should stick to then .

Could have been better!!!!!!
While comparing prices AID came out the cheapest by a few pounds but was quite disapointed in the delivery.
For a start they couldn't give me a day they were going to deliver - it was either going to be Tues, wed or thurs. They then told me they would ring an hour before they came.
The oil ended up coming on tues - they didn't ring but as I was walking up the road from doing the school run the lorry pulled up beside me (few minutes earlier and i would not have been in which I needed to be to allow them access to the tank and they hadn't done the courtesy call they promised)
Very friendly delivery guy though!

Oil delivered as part of a bulk purchase/delivery system, but individual payment was painless and the delivery driver was courteous and polite. Can't ask for much more.

Service, price and reliability all 5 star. Highly recommended.
This company shows the same concern on all orders, large or small. They have never let me down in all the years I have dealt with them. If a delivery date is given it is rigorously adhered to.
Price is competitive of course, however so are many other companies, the difference here is the reliability, once ordered it is there, no question.
All the delivery people have a sympathy to their surroundings and the condition everything is left in when the delivery is complete.
On my personal experience I highly recommend this company.

Very very helpful & super fast delivery
After running out of oil while there was snow on the ground with four children at home they tried for next day delivery which could not be managed so it was delivered the following day. The driver also helped me get my car moving as I skidded in the snow!! Very helpful friendly people, was the first time I'd used them after they were recommended to me but I will not use anyone else now.
