I purchased a laptop display from AiretechIT back in April. I received it in a timely manner, however, they packaged it with two pieces of cardboard, some bubble wrap and a plastic mailing bag. It was damaged upon receipt and I wrote to the company to let them know what a shoddy job they did in packaging. I was told to send it back and if I sent a receipt I would also be refunded the price of mailing. They received it April 27 and I still have not gotten a refund. I am working with Visa to get a refund that way, and they are in pre-arbitration with the company. AiretechIT actually told Visa that they did not receive the item back. Good thing I still have the email saying they received it! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Maybe they just have a thing against Americans....
