Un gran merci à Air France!!

Recentemente ho avuto dei problemi con una prenotazione fatta su un sito di un'agenzia online sconosciuta (su richiesta di amici). Normalmente acquisto biglietti aerei sui siti delle compagnie aeree e raramente mi è capitato di usare siti di agenzie. Per un banale problema sulla mia prenotazione, ho passato notti insonni rischiando di perdere oltre 1500 euro a causa dell'unica addetta al servizio clienti (era anche incompetente). Sono riuscito a risolvere il problema grazie al servizio clienti di Air France che facendo un'eccezione alla regola ha capito il mio problema e mi è venuto incontro facendo ciò che avrebbe dovuto fare l'agenzia. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto della cortesia, della professionalità e soprattutto della volontà sincera di farsi carico dei problemi del cliente e di risolverli. AIR FRANCE può essere molto orgogliosa del suo personale addetto al servizio clienti!!!

Refusent d'assumer les conséquences de leurs suppressions de vols

Expérience déplorable l'été dernier (2013) : après avoir réservé un AR à Barcelone pour la toussaint, on me laisse un message téléphonique en pline mois d'aout expliquant que le vol est supprimé. Aucune explication donnée (évidemment, c'est difficile de dire à un client qu'on annule pour de l'optimisation économique). Comme "solution", on me propose d'annuler + rembourser (j'y étais prêt), ou bien des départs / retours à d'autres dates, ou un passage par Paris avec rallongement de plusieurs heures, alors que je pars de... Lyon. Tout çà pour un WE de 4 jours que je ne pouvais caser qu'à ces dates (voire qu'à ces horaires-là pour causes d'organisation perso compliquée). Entretemps, j'avais engagné 300 euros de réservation d'hôtel. Pour en obtenir le rebmoursement, j'ai passé chez Air France pour 25 euros (facture à l'appui) de téléphone. Mes réclamations sont restées vaines (par mail, téléphone, courrier), jusqu'à ce que j'écrive sur leur page Facebook.
Une heure après, j'avais une fin de non recevoir, limite pas polie : la législation les protège (comme toutes les compagnies). Je m'assois sur le remboursement de mes coups de fil à 0.34 euro la minute, et surtout sur les frais d'hotel. J'ai eu la chance inespérée de partir par easyjet. Ouf.
mais ce n'est pas le sens commercial qui étouffe Air France, je tenais à le dire.

Peut mieux faire

Je réserve pour le travail et à titre personnel.
C'est un bon site globalement, le service client est accessible vite, les gens sont généralement courtois.
En revanche, conditions tarifaires déplorables si on doit modifier ses vols.
Accueil à bord équivalent à Easyjet (vols domestiques) et inférieurs aux standards de compagnies concurrentes.

Absolutely terrible, never ever again!

Flew home from Miami to Copenhagen via Paris. The plane was diverted due to snow from Paris to Lyon. No information, rude cabin crew that was almost unable to speak english. Captain made several announcements only in french! Plane was parked 6 hours on the apron in Lyon. Passengers were unable to exit, no service, no info, no fresh air, no food, no water. At one stage this caused a mutany on board where several passengers started shouting/pushing and the Captain had to interfere. One had the impression that the situation was on the edge to spiral out of control. Terrible experience!

Finally Paris got reopened and after landing at CDG airport no efforts were taken from Air France to make sure to book us onto the next flight to Copenhagen. We only heard the airport speakers saying: "Please everybody go home" ehh long walk home from Paris to Copenhagen!

We went to the transfer desk were ONLY 3 Air France employees (that is correct only 3!!!) were attending about 5.000 stranded transit passengers. The cue must have been 200 meters long. Mayhem, shouting and pushing was the order. Lots of passengers had given up sleeping all over the concrete floors. No effort was made to help them and no effort was made to call in more staff for the transit desk.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!
We got home delyaed more than 24h and later complained to the airline by several emails. They never responded and ignored all our efforts to get compensation. We had considered to sue them with a lawyer, but gave up in the end as we just wanted to forget the horrible experience.

Poor service

Plane delayed from BLL, and then I was denied to get on my connection to SOF, Got transferred to later plane, but then they lost my luggage..

Last time i was waiting 1 hour in CDG to make a baggage drop, 100 people waiting, and only 5 working the counters..

The worst Airline I ever used..

Had one positive experience out of 30 at the least

Cabin crew and general staff were rude. Always over booking for some reason. I flew from Charles De Gaull. Baggage allowance is awefully limited and he price is a rip of for what you get and the chairs feel like there is material superposed on steel rod.
Also the cabin crew terrified me. They walked around in trench coats looking like the Luftwafa or the Gestapo. The looks not the character. Also in ceveral airports I have landed at we have had to walk across part of the take off area to get to the terminals even in the rain they wouldnt get a coach. Take British Airways or EasyJet ro RyanAir.

très mauvais rapport qualité/prix/considération du client

Je vole régulièrement sur air france entre la France et le continent Africain pour raison professionnelle et il est rare qu'un voyage se déroule sans stress: perte de bagages, surbooking, demandes spécifique tel que les repas non pris en compte, retard sans informations pour la correspondance, grèves au moment des vacances scolaires (nous avons une fois passé 72 heures dans roissy charles de gaules), panne informatique sans pplus d'explications.
Le pire reste la hot line à 0,34ct l minute où l'on me recommande systématiquement de consulter le site internet après discutions et où les interlocuteurs se permettent une condescendance qu'ils ne se permettraient pas en face à face.

La nourriture à bord est tout simplement horrible, régulièrement il n'y a pas le choix contrairement à ce qu'ils annoncent, le pain est systématiquement rassi au départ de l'Afrique.

Le système de "fidélisation" flying blue est incompréhensible, il faut passer un temps fou pour contrôler que nos voyages soient pris en comptes.

Le point positif est que Air France déssert beaucoup de pays avec une fiabilité qui semble acceptable. (hormis le Rio-Paris qui a levé une polémique sur la formation des pilotes)
