Parking at Clickpark for the second time was as easy as the first, its easy to find, the staff process very little paperwork so its very quick. My car was ready for me outside the office on return, no carrying cases to a car park. If I have to critisize its that they will only pick up from Terminals 4 & 5, however the train link across Heathrow is now excellent, providing you don't have too much luggage.
we found the parking site easily with the help of our sat nav but the directions were also spot on. The staff were very obliging and helpful we were at terminal 4 within 10 minutes of arriving at the park, we were given precise instructions for our return. we phoned the number given and the minibus was there to pick us up in 5 minutes, the car was waiting near the gate as was the man with our car keys and asked if we needed directions. We were very pleased with airparks as with the price for 3 weeks parking. We shall use them again.
Airparks is easy to use - just park your car in the drive, scan your booking barcode and drop your key in a box. Then you get a bus to the airport - and one waiting for you when you land back home. Just scan your barcode again back at the Airparks site to get your key back from the machine. Simple, easy, and cheap to boot.
The whole process of using Airparks was easy and convienent from start to finish. Airparks came up cheapest on a price comparrison site, so I was slightly aprehensive but booked anyway. The online booking itself was straightforward and secure. On the day of my flight the directions were easy to follow, and the car drop off and bus to airport service very straightforward. The same is true of the late night return, with a prompt bus service and simple, fast car collection. I recommend highly.
We would recommend this way of parking. Clearly signposted you just park up leave your car. Write on your ticket where you have parked it and what bus stop you are at. Bus comes along very quickly picks you up and then you are set for your holiday. Coming home get the bus for long stay parking. Get off at your original bus stop and theres your car exactly where you left it. No fuss so straight forward.
Everything was as you would want, no problems. However, when collecting the car it was in the short stay car park and not in the valet parking area. This wasn't a problem at eleven on a Friday night but I have experienced problems before when trying to get out of the car park at peak times
we arrived cold and tired at Aberdeen and had to wait at least 20 minutes for transport. I think they waited for the second flight to make it worth their while as we were the only ones off the first flight. The driver was as gloomy as the weather. May try the long term car park in future.
