The only issue I have found is that the car registration system on entry has not worked on the last 3 visits. You have to press the button to get a ticket and then on exit it asks for payment, even though you have prepaid!!
Having arrived at Airparks Manchester we were informed that it was closed for maintenance. Shock, horror? NO! They had organised for alternative parking at Terminal 1&3 long stay. They also redirected us & gave us the necessary ticket to "get out of jail" when we got back. Thanks Airparks
this was the first time we had used the parkingt system. we found it easy. The instructions for getting there were easy to follow. The system worked well and we would definitely use you again. The price was good too.
the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, added to the value offered makes using airparks an unbeatable experience. the extra services are offered but not pushed at you and I was very pleased that I decided to go for the wash and polish for my return. The car looked stunning when we arrived back and I would certainly use the service again and recommend it to friends and family who fly from East Midlands.
I was EXTREMELY unhappy when I returned to my car to find the exit machine wanted to charge me £47.00.
Luckily for me I had my paperwork on me to prove I had already paid for the time needed. I also think when booking the web site should inform customers that time should be allowed for possible delays and collecting luggage.Very upsetting.
Check in with your new machines and helper on hand was much quicker. Meet and greet service on our return worked fairly well once we found the new parking area. Phone answering could have been quicker after we had come through Customs.
very good you you turn up, switch your bar code and put keys in the machine. When you return swith the bar code the machine tells you where your car is and gives you your keys, help is at hand if you need it. brilliant process !!
arrived and in about 5 mins we were on our way to the airport on the way back we got to the bus stand with the bus waiting all the staff were so helpfull thank you
I've used Airparks Luton loads of times and its been great every time. I've only had to wait for the bus 10-15 mins max and the transfer really doesn't take long. The first time i used all the computer generated check in etc i was a bit slow but now i've done it once or twice its easy.

We were met at the Sofitel Gatwick on arrival and they took the car off for us, on our return we called the office and although we did have a short wait they bought the car back to where we met them.
Excellent service cannot fault it.
Actuslly went to 2 carparks before finding this and still wasnt conviced until i went to reception and asked ! other people seemed to use the wrong car park too. Needs to be signposted better !! Looks like its not to do with airparks when it is ?? not really sure whats airparks and what isint !! A Bit confusing which you dont want when your already stressed about your flight.
Shame the girl at the car park was a bit pushy about us having the car delivered to the airport on our return, and your e-mail direction to the car park are not very good, as we got lost on the way there....then it took us 40min, to find you. thanks
I know that its maybe a little thing, probably you are dealing with bigger issue every day, but i was a little bit lost, i wasn't sure how to check in, because when i parked my car before, there was a temporary reception, so i never used that electronic check in point and one of the staff helped me to sort it out, it was very nice of him and i was greatful that i met that person, because i wouldn't know how to do it or it would take me much longer to do it. thank you
Everything seemed to work smoothly, takes a little while to get used to the system, but there were no problems.
Good value price. A few more courtesy buses might be good - and better signage to the stop at Luton Airport.
However, generally a good experience and would use Airparks again.
we gave used your service on numerous occasions, only once did we mistakenly book the "summer parking", what a shambles, queueing to complete your details of your car, leaving your keys with god knows who, and waiting a lot longer for the buses. then when you get back off your holiday, you've got it, queueing up for your keys again. You do not have any competion, carry on the good work.
