we gave used your service on numerous occasions, only once did we mistakenly book the "summer parking", what a shambles, queueing to complete your details of your car, leaving your keys with god knows who, and waiting a lot longer for the buses. then when you get back off your holiday, you've got it, queueing up for your keys again. You do not have any competion, carry on the good work.
On arrival all went well. Agreed to go for the gold valet. On return, I would suggest my car had only been washed and hoovered and the interior dusted. No fresh clean smells, no full polish of the interior and still had car park tickets stuck to the screen. Really poor effort for £45.00. My car window was left open and interior passenger side was wet - not good for the passenger returning home. On leaving there was some faf about exiting and I had to remove bollards etc. Not happy and as we all know, after a flight, you just want to go home. This experience did not offer the 'stress' free I had hoped and not happy
Have used Airparks Luton Airport for a good few years now.
The service has always been good and the prices reasonable. If I am flying from Luton the it is always Airparks. Almost totally automated now shame about the loss of jobs but I suppose that is progress.
would definitely recommend, the directions to the car park were clear. the member of staff on duty when we arrived was clear and friendly and offered a range of up sell services. the driver to the airport drove well and was very pleasant. the return was equally easy. the driver of the bus was friendly and made a joke with us re the weather. the return journey was smooth and quick. the member of staff at the desk was polite, addressed me by my name and gave clear direction as to where my car was. all together a pleasant service that i would use again.
Very efficient and cost-effective service - all went well.
Quick transfers to/from the airport terminal nearly on demand (on arrival just give them a ring and they will collect you).
Remember to ask for vehicle check list - sets your minds at rest as car park itself might be perceived as bit shabby by some people.
We were impressed by all the staff we met especially those on the outward journey.
At 7.30 it must be difficult for all the staff to be that welcoming and cheerful. Was this because they tended to be more mature?
Because of the directions given I was not able to find the car park and when I finally found the multi storey the machine would not accept my card, so on my return I had to pay another £80 to get out. So I am out of pocket £80 and will not be using this service again.
We attempted to contact on arrival on the number provided - it was not working. Other parties waiting had the same problem .I told the driver when he did arrive all I got a mutter that it was not there phone. Why provide the number as a contact when it does not work . I am sure we were not the first to have had this problem as the phone has been cut- off.
I have to say that Airparks proved to be a very pleasurable experience from booking through to arriving and returning we were met by friendly and helpfull staff. On our return we were lucky that the bus was waiting at the bus stop and left as soon as we were on board so for us this was a bonus. We did find the whole experience positive and will use again in the future.

airpacks makes the beginning and ending of a holiday, 5 star communication ,even if it's 4am or 11pm they commit to equality,
easy to find ,and you will use them again and again , I have over 6 times and i will be useing them again very soon!!!
From the moment of booking on the internet to the moment that I picked my car up on returning to the UK I found the Airparks system easy to use. I was particularly pleased to see that there were Airparks staff at the car park terminal when I arrived to park the car to run first time users like myself through the booking in procedure.
I will definitely consider using Airparks again when flying from London Luton airport.
Left car for 3 weeks in November. Quick and easy check in and transferred to Heathrow Term 3 all within 10 mins. Returned at 6:15am in fog. Had to wait about 10 mins for pick up in the cold, but still good service and was back in the car within another 10 mins and on way home. Will use them again.
Dont have to wait long at the airport to be picked up. Easy to call as soon as you land. The only point to make is that one of the women that works on the counter when you park your car, is rather grumpy and sometimes unhelpful.
