Very friendly and efficient service although if you book the night before their system doesn't update that fast.
The Hoppa Bus service is a bit slow as it stops at all the main hotels so leave bit of time or go for the 'pick up car at terminal' option.
The return collection was flawless.

The main positive point was the price which was abit cheaper than a direct purchase.
The process was very straightforward and easy to use.
I've given 4 stars because obviously we haven't used the service yet and we will judge things mostly on the actual week's parking etc.
The car park is well maintained and easy to find. The gates now have an automatic number plate recognition system so you just drive up and the clock you in and out. Brilliant.
The only downside is that at the moment the road alongside the airport is being upgraded and there can be traffic lights so add a bit more time on arrival.

Twice I went through all the processes to book a space and twice I was knocked back at the payment stage. OK there was a note on the website saying they were working on it, but it didn't tell anyone what to expect.
Eventually I found a phone number (not on the site but with the help of Mr Google) and got a guy who was very helpful and went through all the booking procedures again.
When it came to the payment stage, he asked me for my 'Verified by Visa' password. That was a no-no so the booking was cancelled again.
Eventually I went through a 3rd party site and managed to book and pay there.
Oh - I forgot to mention that each time I tried to make a booking the price kept creeping up, so I ended up paying around £10 more for the week.
The next time I'll arrange for a lift to and from the airport.

Went online to find a car park for my trip, and was amazed at how easy the Pink Elephant website was to use. All booked up in a couple of minutes, printed and done! Will use them next time too.
I very stupidly booked my car park at the wrong airport, as we normally fly from Birmingham. We had paid the cancellation waiver so I didn't get charged. I sent an email and the very next morning it was all sorted out for me, and I received an e-mail by return. The service was great, and a very competitive price, plus being close to the terminal.
I recently booked ten day parking with Sentinal Security which is half a mile from Leeds & Bradford airport. The web site was very user friendly and it took a matter of minutes to complete the booking. I received a confirmation e-mail within seconds of my booking and all in all it was a pleasant and successful experience.
Easy to book, reasonable price, very responsive and helpful support when phoned with a question following booking. (Not had service yet so can't comment on what have actually booked!)
Bus drivers for both directions of our journey were kind and friendly and helped my mother who is disabled with her wheelchair. Reallyefficient service would highly recommend!
