This is the second time I have used this parking service and found them to be efficient, and very slick, from the booking online, to the reception, to the transfer to and from the airport, thought to the collection service.
This was our first visit to the Highwayman . 2 . oo am. The weather was abysmal, the road lighting made driving and reading signs onerous ? .. We finally arrived via the long and winding lane ... Stressed out ? However we were reassured by your kind and helpful staff .. And have already booked to park in September ... Will certainly recommend the HYMN
I used the site firstly to get a quote for car parking. then later, when I went to confirm the booking, a message came up to say that the call park was full? So I put in details again and got new quote (same price), and continued with the booking then.

trumps. Great location close to Belfast international will visit you again.
We were looking for long term parking whilst we were away for England's worst winter months. Having typed in our requirements on this site (ie parking offering meet & greet service), within a few seconds we were given a list of options, all covering exactly what we were looking for. The booking of same was very straight forward. Hopefully the actual services we have booked will be up to scratch. We will keep all informed of the service after our trip.
Easy to follow instructions,and I recomend you to take up the extra payment in case as in my case you have to alter your flight dates.Easy to change and the paperwork is reviewed and updated in good time.Clear instructions on how to find the Park as well as general info.

I was very impressed with the online system and how easy it was to book and pay. The detailed information and directions was clear and precise, I read carefully about how to gain entry to the Long Stay carpark 1 on the day.
When I arrived it did not work as described in your information. The barrier did not open and my registration was not recognised. I buzzed the asssitance button and a person asked me to move forward, this still did not work. I was asked for my reference no. which fortunately I had the foresight to bring with me and I was issued a ticket and given entry.
Upon my return to the carpark I had expected to insert the card I was issued with to exit the carpark. Again, this was not so. I had to again buzz for assistance and again issued with another card to put in the machine to be granted exit.
I do not see why upon problems with access, this was not sorted so out so that my exit would be easier. The person I spoke to was moderately polite but at no time was there an apology for the breakdown of the system. Cars behind me assumed there was something I was doing wrong and became impatient. I found this very embarrassing and could see no reason why this had to be so difficult and did not work as promised. The machines are set very high and I could only reach the help button by getting out of my car, which was very awkward and difficult.
Had it worked as described it would have been stress free, as it was I felt very embarrased and annoyed.
Great and practical ...could be cheaper. £36 for 3 days and 2/3 year ago I paid £15 for a week.
really straight forward, provided all the options in a straight forward way which simply left me to book and print of all the details...no hassle.
On booking I received two identical confirmation emails implying I may have been charged twice. Many phone calls to the actual car-parking site ensued and are ongoing to establish whether or not this was the case, and they have been most helpful in offering a personal service where one can talk to someone. No debits have appeared as of yet in my bank account. When the site contacted you, the agent, they were informed that only one email had been sent, which is presumptuous when two are sitting in my inbox. Apparently this is not the first time it has happened - I hope future customers are reassured more effectively.
