we dropped off our car and handed it over and went on our way, on entering the terminal my wife realised she had left her phone so i called the guy who informed me the car was still onsite but the keys were with one of his drivers. i went back and he kept contacting his driver to keep me in the loop as to how far away the keys were so i could get the phone back prior to our holiday. (great customer service). on our return trip to luton we called when we had most of our luggage but were still waiting on a buggy, a different guy we spoke to said call back once you have the buggy and they will get the car into the car park to avoid us paying an extra £3 for it being in for longer than 15 mins. all the staff were very friendly and most helpful.
After landing at 3:30 in the morning the last thing you want is to be stood waiting for a bus to pick you up for 40 minutes in the cold!! Was not happy!! One bus was running and we were REALLY annoyed! I even had a cold that week and I blaime on a 40 minute wait for a bus to take me to my car!
We found the whole parking experience completely hassle free. Barriers recognise number plates and open as if by magic, Plenty of help at the drop off, even if it was 5am. Quick bus to airport. Coming back easy too, bus was waiting outside airport. Found our car easyily. I even had washed the parking ticket & it still scanned! Fab. Would use again.
Fantastic service rolled right up to the terminal signage was easy to follow dropped the car off & walked straight into the terminal - on returning from our holiday the car was wating for us so within 10 minutes of leaving the terminal I was making my way back home.
Well worth the money & would use again
My comments above say it all.I parked within 50 yards of a bus stop and was in the airport terminal less than 10 mins later.The only minor glitch was the machine did not recognise my ticket when departing but your polite and friendly attendant checked my number and raised the barrier in seconds.I will certainly use the mid-term car park again.
you book, you drive, you park, you say hello and hand the keys over, you get your receipt, you go on holidays....
you are back, you say hello, you collect the car, you drive home... THAT simple.
pity there are no biscuits on the counter ;-)
Entrance was easy and trhe bus to the airport was great and prompt.
Returning again the bus was very reliable and prompt but at thd barrier my ticket did not work and I had to wait to get everything checked through again...this spoilt what had been a great holiday. I had paid everything properly but somehow it had not all been registered properly.... what a hassle...
Parking just ok. Tried to charge us twice as I had per paid but when validating ticket upon return wanted more money! TIP -
Don't forget to print off proof of payment or they will make you pay again.

Easy parking system upon arrival, drop off point at Luton Airport should be closer to the terminal. ( I know that's not your fault).
Driver on the way back made no attempt to help anyone, not even opening the nets on the luggage compartments and seemed to let too many people on to the coach. Many people thought it was too full at not safe.
I left my car last weekend and the person who drove my car left a light on inside and I found the car with a flat battery ,,, this is not nice when happen at 2:00 am in the morning :)
The car park was over booked, so we were driving around for a while and could not find a space. We then decided to go and ask at the office what to do and they gave us a map and a ticket to go to another car park quite a drive away. The map to find the other car park was not very accurate and we got lost. Thankfully we had our sat nav on us so we eventually found it. It was a good thing that we had left plenty of extra time so that we were not late for our flight.
All was well except the entry camera did not read my reg number which did not print on car park ticket. Trying to leave car park £56.40 requested for three days. About turn to Customer Service Desk and they found my booking. Otherwise all was good - would use again
We approached Relyon via the A2 to avoid Dover town
and got lost. Don't panic I said to my wife just ask that lady.
Then just ask another lady and it was down the road on the right.
We never worry though we are both 80+ and found your driver very chatty both ways. Sevice was good so will certainly use Relyon again.
The on line booking service is quite easy to use, and parking and pick up were straightfowrard and hassle free.
The only problem was remembering where I had parked the car in that vast car park, found it after a few minutes though, and it was nice not to have to ring or wait for a bus to take me there!
The booking process was simple. The parking was easy, especially with number plate recognition. To the airport and the return to the car park the bus service was excellent. Leaving the car park was the same as entering. In and out with no fuss.
Everything about the airport parking was made quick and easy and I would recommend this for anyone wanting to park and ride into Luton Airport.......Excellent service and well done to the staff both at the parking area and also driving the buses.
Worked like clockwork, will defineately be using it again when we fly from Stansted.
(Gatwick). We were 15 mins late to car park, but phoned and they said it wasn't a problem. Having arrived at the car park and booked in at reception we got on a waiting bus straight away. It left after about 5 minutes. Coming home we got to the bus stop easily and again a bus was there waiting and again we left promptly. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the South Terminal. It stops of at the North first. As it was in a secure staffed car park I felt the car was safe. The bus stop was right out side reception so no worries about were to go to get the bus. Unfortunately my car got two splats of bird poo on the bonnet whilst is the car park! Can't be helped. Pick up and collect from this car park made the whole airport experience less stressfull. Parking for us before has been in huge open car parks and a stressfull wait at bus stops for about 15/20 mins hopeing we're at the right stop, and then on return trying to remember where we parked the car. Would definately use again for short trips as I think it is good value. About £22 for 3 nights.
Took ages to find a space, but other than that a great service.
Does what it says on the tin, dropped off car and went into terminal 1 minute later, on way back left aircraft at 01:00am and arrived home in Romford at 02:15am.
will definitely book this parking next time,well done Luton Airport.
