EXCELLENT QUALITY
This is the first time I've used a service such as this. Having tried on other sites to create a photo book I was disappointed with the software.
Albelli software was great to use and the results far exceeded my expectations. Even though I was using low grade pictures, the final result they printed was excellent.
I would highly recommend their service.

Beautiful photobook, super customer service
I ordered a 30x30 photobook with super gloss finish and lay-flat pages. The software was a breeze to use and it took be about 12 hours to layout around 180 photos over 70-odd pages including selecting the photos from my computer.
Unlike most places you order from they keep you fully informed whilst they are creating your book, with an order progress page showing you when its been printed, bound etc
My first book arrived and unfortunately the first few dozen pages had stuck together on the edge where it seems the glue used to stick the gloss on hadn't quite dried when it packed up.
Even with this defect I was simply stunned by the book - it was amazing! The quality of the materials used, the colours in the photos was superb.
I contacted Albelli customer support about the sticking pages, they asked for a few pictures as evidence which I provided and they came back - no problem, we will re-print you a new one straight away.
It arrived today without any problems and like the first it is simply stunning quality. I would definitely recommend Albelli to friends.

Stunning photobook, unbelievable service
Having used several photo book websites, I can confidently say Albelli are by far and away the best I've encountered.The simple software lets you customise till your heart's content. But what really blew me away was the quality of the book I received. I felt like a published photographer with my very own printed book! It's a beautiful, professional looking volume, I can't stop looking at it. Really something special. It was delivered within days of placing my order but unfortunately I wasn't home. As royal mail were completely unhelpful and left me hanging, Albelli stepped up and made sure I had the book within days of letting them know that I was having trouble collecting it. They didn't need to do that, as it was a problem with the post office, not their fault or problem at all. Needless to say I was stunned. I will definitely be using them again, and I urge anyone to try them out if quality is what you'r after. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Albelli :)

Excellent quality and speedy service
I ordered a hardback photobook on the 28th of November as a Xmas present and even at this busy time of year the book was shipped within 3 days. The finished product was excellent. Hopefully my Mum will like it!

Truly Excellent !
I am just a 'point and click' sort of camera guy without any great skill but wanted to produce some memorable events from 2011 in a format that would last the test of time , look good and be readily to hand so that I could share with family and friends, otherwise my photos tend to spend most of the time on a memory stick. However I was tempted to have a go at Albelli after receiving a discounted offer and am very glad I went for it. The system was very easy to use (uploading photos via my PC from my camera or from my scanner)and tranferring the uploaded images onto the virtual photo book . The quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations - although I hesitate to say this as they may put the prices up! I did find that I could have done with more flexibility to insert text to accompany the pictures but I have to accept that may be down to my unfamiliarity with all the controls and maybe I could have inserted more. I will experiment more next time.

Delighted with result
I was a very satisfied customer of Fotobook so was a little apprehensive when you took them over - however very happy with result of my first order form you.
However I am very disappointed that you can not support Fotobook software - I wanted to get further copies of previous Fotobooks for my family and friends but apparently there is no facility to do this

I ordered a photobook for my baby's first six months of life. I paid a bit extra for a photo cover and high gloss finish which was well worth the money. I have used other companies for photobooks but feel that Albelli offer the best quality in the finished book.

Superb quality, Excellent service, Fantastic price!!
I've now ordered several items - photobooks, calanders etc and I am never disappointed. Speedy delivery, excellent quality products, print quality is fantastic as is the price - I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and even though Albelli is not the cheapest on the market, it is not the dearest either and the offers are great.
In my opinion having bought from other simular companies, Albelli is far superior and one I will use again. The only negative is on occassions the site has crashed whilst uploading photos, however if you persevere the end result is well worth it.

Photobook exceeded my expectations!
Making the book was straightforward, and I was delighted with the results. Albelli was my first choice for photobooks because I was able to customise the backgrounds for each page with my own photos, which I'm not sure you can do with other companies.

Good but picture quality could be better
The photo book was well made and bound, but I felt the picture quality was not what it could be, the photos could have been sharper. The creation process was not particularly friendly, and I ended up with little bits of border on the pics, I guess I didn't want a background but couldn't see how to go without one. I also ended up with a blank page at the end. I ended up creating another book with different company to compare, and although their mechanical binding was not as good, the print quality was awesome.

Bona qualitat i bon servei
Porto ja diversos àlbums amb aquesta empresa i n'estic molt satisfet. La qualitat de la fotografia i de l'enquadernament és molt bona. Abans de fer els àlbums amb Albelli havia provat altres empreses i sempre m'havien decepcionat.
La relació qualitat preu és correcte i si no tens pressa sempre fan bones ofertes i descomptes. Sempre he utilitzat l'enviament normal i els àlbums han trigat 1 setmana en arribar en total (des de que l'envies ex: dmc-dmc) exactament el que ells et diuen.

Hard copy for those near but on-line version for those far away!
The photo books replace the old family albums, only smaller and easier to handle. Creating can be easy with the easy fill oprion and you can be as creative as the time permits by either using predefined templates or building each page up like a chronological story book - my preferred style.
We have ordered 2 books so far, both totally different. One a holiday book created my daughter and the other "this is your life" type book. Both were created free style and are easily shared with specific friends and family members.

Good quality, good software, good price.
I used the album to put together a small portfolio to explain what is done at the Photographic Society. Flexibility in layout and presentation allowed a number of styles to be readily incorporated. Result is a handy, very portable set of images for discussion. Quality of what I received was well up to expectation and I will use the service again, as well as recommend it.

After a difficult start, excellent service and products
Initially ordered a photobook which after I had sent and was checking in the website, didnt seem to be progressing. After a call to the centre and a call back from a supervisor this issue was sorted together with some discount on my next purchase. I have since purchased 2 canvases and a calendar that I am extremely happy with. One feature that I especially liked was on the canvases where it told u if the picture was of suitable quality to use.
