Just want to share my latest Albelli experience with you...have ordered a few photo books now, and Albelli is consistently good all round - great software, easy to use, and a quality end product usually delivered within a week...

Great quality! Highly recommend!

I've used Albelli a number of times to make photo books and am always impressed by the quality. The software is also very easy to work with. I highly recommend Albelli to anyone who wants to make a photo book!

Thrilled with my photobook!

I've used Albelli once before using autofill - when I was also very pleased with my book - but this time I used many more of the software's features and spent a very happy day (I'm recently retired!) choosing and rearranging the photos from a four-week holiday in South Africa until I was totally happy with it. I found the software very easy to use, and the uploading/ordering process was simple. I was kept up to date on how my order was progressing, and it arrived in exactly seven days as promised. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end-product, and rate Albelli's quality and service as excellent - and good value with a discount code! It's also nice to be able to direct friends to the online version, which I don't think was available last time I ordered.

I love my photo book and Albelli took the trouble to quickly sort out a glitch in viewing an online version to share with friends. Everyone who saw the book was impressed. Fast delivery and a lovely book.

First class product and service

Love Albelli. It is by far the best quality out there. I have made a number of photobooks over the years and Albelli has the edge on the competitors. You get what you pay for and I have never been disappointed.
Their customer service is first class. I have just ordered a book and had a problem applying voucher code (through my own fault). The team had it sorted very quickly and were very helpful.

everything about albelli has been superb

Have had various items from albelli and I have never had anything to complain about.everything from quality of paper to finished printing has been superb.

Can't be trusted!

I recently ordered one of their photo books and as usual, paid via Paypal. A week passed and i still hadn't heard of it being dispatched. i checked again and the status stated that the order had been received and they were just waiting for payment.

With proof from Paypal that I had paid they had to give me a refund, but even this is proving to be difficult!

I received no email to say that I had not paid, which would have made me go forward and correct them, it took me to call customer services to ask why it has not been dispatched yet.

My favourite modern photo albums!

I have seven large glossy beautiful photo albums from Albelli. I started by making a couple of 'parent albums' from my wedding, they came out so well I made one for my honeymoon and then I started making one every year! I am even doing my back catalogue now! I hated just having my photos on the computer, this way I can flick through the happy memories and I can share them with family and friends. I love how there's always a discount voucher to be had.

Great picture quality.

Really easy to use software to create an excellent photo book. The re-print quality of the pictures on the glossy paper is excellent.

Great photo books for our memories !

Albelli is an easy to use process for producing stunning photobooks af a wide range of formats and you can customise the layouts with easy to follow software.

Fantastic quality product, admired by everyone.

I only gave four stsrs as thought it was expensive with all the little extras.

I had to pay full price. If you can get an offer of 50% off, then would highly recommend.

Professional From Start to Finish

I would always use Albelli as it is easy to use, made for the customer, and it is an outstanding product. No hidden extras you don't want.

Brilliant! A lovely keep sake of my daughters wedding

It took me a while to get the hand of the software but i was able to keep going back to the photo book and make changes since it was saved on my computer. Initially I started it on line but couldnt understand why i couldnt do all the things that I had seen done. I suggest you download the soft ware since you have lots more scope.

I intend to do more books but they do take time if you want something special.

All my family use Albelli and its even better if you can get the book at discount.

Easy to use during the development, loads of options and a professional looking book at the finish.

The software offers lots of different options as standard, is easy to master and fun to use. I combined many, many photos to make an 80-page book, which looked very professional. When my father opened it on Christmas morning he thought I had bought him a book on gardening. He was taken aback when he realised that it was an album of his own garden. That's how good the finished article is.

Good Product but a bit expensive

The book I got was very well done. Good colour rendition, nice cover print and altogether very good. The down side is the cost which is more than some others. The other limitation is that if you want to have larger than approx A4 you have to go all the way to approx A3. Some others offer an intermediate size. But a good product nonetheless.

good quality product with easy to use software and speedy upload

I liked the ease of use of the software which allowed me to do creative things with my photos, like make an opaque photo background or foreground. Alignment was also easy to achieve. I also liked the fact that you work offline, only uploading once you are ready to purchase your photobook. The printing quality was excellent. I had a problem with a loosening page and the book was immediately replaced. The price is slightly higher, I think than the company I have previously used but I would just wait for a deal in order to place a future order.

Very good quality, value for money with the £50 offer.

Good quality printing and the book looks very good. Full price they would be expensive, so wait until there are discount offers. I've tried others and Albelli are best, particularly because of the flexibility of laying out your pictures and text.

Bomber Command

My cards arrived with my photograph of Bomber Command, quickly and beautifully printed as always. They had been accidentally left in the printer to long however, and the picture was on both sides. I've had to buy some paper to glue onto the inside, so I can write on it.

Declining quality, used to be great.

I've ordered 4 calendars from Albelli in the past 4 years and each year the quality has gradually fallen. The first calendar I created was completely customisable and I could add details to individual dates if required. There were also many templates and designs to choose from. The most recent calendar was very basic and of low quality. I won't be ordering again.

Snap up a book of snaps

I have created a number of photobooks with Albelli and have not been disappointed with any of them. You have complete control of how you want them to look and there are lots of additional things available online to add to your product to make it look even better and even more professional. They make a really great gift for someone special , including yourself!

Simply the best photo book producer around.....

I run a wedding photography business and I have tried many photo book producers but I can say without a doubt that Albelli are easily the best. The photo books they produce are always top quality with good quality vibrant photos. Plus the software that you use to make the books is easy to use and powerful allowing you to place your photos and text exactly where you want it. You know when you make the book with the software that when you get your photo book it will look exactly like what you made.
I have had maybe one photo book that had a small problem with it (small mark on a page) and Albelli replaced it quickly and with no fuss.
I would recommend Albelli to any customer and ask other photo book producers to take a look as well to see how it should be done.

High quality and quick service.

Nice to produce a book with a different layout. It suits the need of holding many images from a session.

Brilliant way of Storing photos!

I was very happy with my photo book, it was a great way to put all my photos into one place as I did have a lot of them. It worked to be a lot cheaper then buying a scrap book and printing the photos out myself. Everyone always comments on my photo book and are surprised at what good deals you can get. It was easy to make up the book and I will definately be doing it again soon.

Family memories from Albelli

I like to do an Albelli photobook once a year.

I never print out individual digital prints so this is my way of having a hard copy of the family memories for the year.

The software has been improved hugely over the years. This year it has been an absolute pleasure to use because I really can do whatever I want easily and without hitches.

The photo books always arrive on time, beautifully presented and on quality paper.

I hope to continue with my yearly books for many years to come. They make wonderful presents for grandparents too!

An excellent finished product with quick delivery

An easy to way to build up a photobook using the software provided. There are numerous choices of backgrounds, clip-art and opportunities to use fonts etc to personalise your book. We are very pleased with the finished book and have now got a lasting reminder of our grandchildren as babies. The completed book was delivered quickly and packaged safely. A great experience of making our first ever photo book.

Awful experience

I ordered photo book at beginning on 4th December to give plenty of time for a Chistmas gift given that Albelli boast a 7 day turn around. Had not received it by 17th so phoned to see what was going on. I was told they would phone me back. They didn't. Phoned again on 18th to be told it would be dispatched "today or tomorow". Phoned again on 19th and was assured I would still get it by Chistmas. Phoned again on 20th to be told that the cover I had ordered was not in stock and it would be dispatched when that cover came in. I was told that they could not put an alternative cover on as it had to be the one I originally ordered and that customer services had only just discovered what the poblem was. Customer Services were consistently sarcastic and unhelpful. They have now agreed to refund my money but that does not get me the book I had odered as a Chistmas gift - the recipient of which will only be in this country for 5 days over Chistmas. During the last converstaion with customer services, during which I was not rude or abusive at all, they cut me off.
My advice, based on my experience would be DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible

Used this company for the very first time in September to put a photobook together in respect of our holiday; the quality was dreadful. I maintain that Albelli saw fit to "enhance" my photographs (I questioned their rationale but they never responded) which resulted in them being over contrast-ed, colour inaccurate (everyone one of them had a red hue) and due to both, detail was lost. Interestingly, the hue of the images reflected whatever page background colour was used which implies their printing process is not the best. After numerous e-mail's that were never replied to apart from the usual automated response "we'll get back to you in 24 hours" etc. they eventually agreed to take the book back for re-printing. The re-printed book never arrived so more e-mails sent (same lack of response) until after three weeks I telephoned them and in fairness sopke to a very helpful lady who promised to look into the matter. And today the book arrived. Admittedly the images are better but the quality is still worse than if I printed them at home which considering I paid near-on £40 for a booklet, is disappointing. My personal feeling subsequent to to my dealings with Albelli is that they can probably produce so-so quality books but for those of us who use professional camera's and take their photography hobby seriously and thus expect a high quality product for their money (remembering that Albelli is not the cheapest out there), then this company may best be avoided. I certainly will.

Perfecte service!

Albelli is in 1 woord geweldig! Hele mooie albums van goede kwaliteit. En is er toch iets niet helemaal in orde? Dan kun je via de online chat meteen contact leggen om het probleem direct op te laten lossen.
Ik heb onze trouwalbums allemaal zelf in elkaar gezet en ze zijn gewoonweg fantastisch! Van de bruidsreportage heb ik een speciaal album gemaakt. Platliggende en glanspagina's, kost wel extra, maar dan weet je ook wel wat je hebt... topkwaliteit!
Toch was er 1 van de andere 2 albums niet helemaal goed ingebonden, waardoor 1 bladzijde al snel (na 2 maanden) los liet. Dus contact opgenomen via deze online chat en het probleem werd direct opgelost. Ik moest het ordernummer van dit album doorgeven en nu word mij hetzelfde album opnieuw opgestuurd zonder extra kosten!
Bij een gewoon album mag er natuurlijk ook geen inbindfoutje zijn, maar bij een trouwalbum al helemaal niet!

Nogmaals... ik kan dus alleen maar vol lof spreken over Albelli, goede service, klantvriendelijk, schitterende albums, gewoon perfect!

Very Happy Customer!

I took advantage of the £15 discount offered to purchase my photobook. It was really easy to arrange my photos using their software, and lots of different layout options. It took me about three hours to arrange them to suit - although you can just use the 'auto fill', I wanted to do it myself!
I was kept informed of the progress of order
throughout, by email.
I was very pleased with the quality and would certainly use again.

no service, a lot of promisses

Albelli generally delivers good quality photobooks, but they also guarantee sending the books within 4 days. We had a wedding photobook that we needed within that period ad Albelli curstomer service ensured that it would be send within 4 days or they would arrange a special delivery service. Until that day arrived and they just said that they were sorry, but that delivery would take place somewhere the next week although the books were printed and packed. So, a lot of promisses, but no service...

EXCELLENT QUALITY

This is the first time I've used a service such as this. Having tried on other sites to create a photo book I was disappointed with the software.

Albelli software was great to use and the results far exceeded my expectations. Even though I was using low grade pictures, the final result they printed was excellent.

I would highly recommend their service.

Beautiful photobook, super customer service

I ordered a 30x30 photobook with super gloss finish and lay-flat pages. The software was a breeze to use and it took be about 12 hours to layout around 180 photos over 70-odd pages including selecting the photos from my computer.

Unlike most places you order from they keep you fully informed whilst they are creating your book, with an order progress page showing you when its been printed, bound etc

My first book arrived and unfortunately the first few dozen pages had stuck together on the edge where it seems the glue used to stick the gloss on hadn't quite dried when it packed up.

Even with this defect I was simply stunned by the book - it was amazing! The quality of the materials used, the colours in the photos was superb.

I contacted Albelli customer support about the sticking pages, they asked for a few pictures as evidence which I provided and they came back - no problem, we will re-print you a new one straight away.

It arrived today without any problems and like the first it is simply stunning quality. I would definitely recommend Albelli to friends.

Stunning photobook, unbelievable service

Having used several photo book websites, I can confidently say Albelli are by far and away the best I've encountered.The simple software lets you customise till your heart's content. But what really blew me away was the quality of the book I received. I felt like a published photographer with my very own printed book! It's a beautiful, professional looking volume, I can't stop looking at it. Really something special. It was delivered within days of placing my order but unfortunately I wasn't home. As royal mail were completely unhelpful and left me hanging, Albelli stepped up and made sure I had the book within days of letting them know that I was having trouble collecting it. They didn't need to do that, as it was a problem with the post office, not their fault or problem at all. Needless to say I was stunned. I will definitely be using them again, and I urge anyone to try them out if quality is what you'r after. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Albelli :)

Excellent quality and speedy service

I ordered a hardback photobook on the 28th of November as a Xmas present and even at this busy time of year the book was shipped within 3 days. The finished product was excellent. Hopefully my Mum will like it!

We were delighted with the end product.

We hada small photobook of our holiday and found the softwear easy to use and amend when necessary.

Truly Excellent !

I am just a 'point and click' sort of camera guy without any great skill but wanted to produce some memorable events from 2011 in a format that would last the test of time , look good and be readily to hand so that I could share with family and friends, otherwise my photos tend to spend most of the time on a memory stick. However I was tempted to have a go at Albelli after receiving a discounted offer and am very glad I went for it. The system was very easy to use (uploading photos via my PC from my camera or from my scanner)and tranferring the uploaded images onto the virtual photo book . The quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations - although I hesitate to say this as they may put the prices up! I did find that I could have done with more flexibility to insert text to accompany the pictures but I have to accept that may be down to my unfamiliarity with all the controls and maybe I could have inserted more. I will experiment more next time.
