The guys at Alexanders were fantastic. The removal manager checked in with me several times prior to the move to make sure I had everything I needed. On the day itself, the guys arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They were courteous and friendly with my family and very respectful of all belongings and especially my new house!
Anthony Lambden and team were great to work with. Anthony answered all my questions quickly. His professionalism and knowledge put me at ease. Moving, especially an office, can be a very stressful and hectic time, Alexanders Removal took much of this stress away. It was a seamless move and we are very appreciative. Having moved 10 times in 20 years we were well prepared, organised and clear in our instructions. The move was carried out exactly as planned, with a professional and dedicated removals team, who were also charming and went the extra mile in everything. The office back-up is attentive, helpful and responsive. They moved expensive/delicate antiques with care and respect; the move was completed on time and according to plan. To be highly recommended.
Alexanders were very easy to deal with an with our clients had questions and queries they were quick to respond. The clients are very happy with the service and I have no doubts about using it again in the future.
Was very pleased with removal men, accommodating and helpful, gave advice where needed and worked very hard all day, on a Saturday too! Helpful efficient aet up and interface at office etc. but few facts got lost in transit, like the destination was on the 4th floor so more men would be needed but sorted out within a hour. Impressive.
Absolutely brilliant and hard working team. Everyone from the office staff to our removal team worked very hard to ensure our move went smoothly ... And it did! Thank you for taking the stress out of the move.
I used Alexanders to move my things from one flat into storage and then later from storage into a new property. This is a stressful time but A gave me reassurance on all aspects and performed admirably. the team that moved me as well as the office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were expensive, and almost worth it--hence 4*'s.
mine wasn't the easiest of moves: I lived in west London with poor parking and my flat was at the end of a long corridor , accessed via a small lift! I was moving down to sussex and the property wasn't ready when we arrived so it was all a bit of a challenge ! the team were really great : really 'can do' and very efficient!! nothing was too much trouble nor insurmountable - they were fantastic!!
This is the second time we have used Alexanders to do our office move. They were not the cheapest nor most expensive company we approached for quotes but they were clear about what we needed to think about prior to the move. Most items were things we had already considered but one or two were new to us. This gave us greater confidence in their ability to do our last move which went very well.
This time we are in the process of planning our move and do not have a date yet. They have been friendly and flexible throughout, keeping in touch to make sure they provide the service we need.
Alexanders were extremely professional and organised. From the pre-move survey until the last box was unbacked and our crates collected, there were couteous and helpful and extremely hard-working. Though our quote was not the cheapest one, the service was definitely worth paying for! It was a pleasure to have Alexanders help us move and I will definitely be recommending them to our friends in the future and will be using them again for our next move!
they came on time, finished on time. they broke a lamp, which wqas paid back within 2 weeks. they are not the cheapest in the amrket, but they are reliable and one needs to trust who handles personal stuff.. i would use them again..hopefully not soon as i cant face another move, but if i had too, for sure!
