I placed an order at the beginning of August. 21 August (3 weeks later) and still nothing had been received. No responses to emails and with one exception calls not returned. Was very frustrating and originally awarded 1 star in my review however I amended this to three stars as my refund was processed within a couple of hours of me requesting it.
I was looking for garden furniture seat pads and happily found just what I wanted. A customer review was very helpful to show how, although the dimensions of one item seemed slightly over-sized for my furniture, the cut-out shape would mean it actually would fit very well. Although promised an email confirmation of my order, this never came, so remember to make a note of the order number from the website. Having said this, the goods came very promptly so the lack of email was not a problem. I would definitely use the company again and recommend it to friends.
I was sent the wrong cushions, and initially I was unable to talk to anyone and left messages. Once I was through to an agent I cannot fault the custommer service I recieved , Janet phoned me back and organised a pick-up and delivery of the correct cushions within days, contacting me regularly with an update.
Did have problems with an incorrect product but phone call from company director offered full refund and compensation. Very satisfied with this recompense and improvement in customer service. Alfresia did show excellent customer service in solving a customer problem and was not afraid to give this customer a genuinely good deal. Recommended and would buy from again.
