so far so bad

Currently having huge problems with this company. They have delivered a table that looks nothing like the one advertised on their website. Not only that but what they have delivered is faulty, the screws are all bent and it cannot be constructed. The customer service is beyond useless, apparently a manager has to authorise any collection and redelivery of faulty goods but the 'managers' are always in meetings - always!
I will update this review if anything positive happens .... like I finally get what I paid for!!

    We are very sorry to read this review. Items on our website are always photographed before being placed for sale. Colour's can sometimes differ in shade as with all internet purchases but furniture should be exactly as per the image so I cannot understand why the item received is not acceptable. During our busy peak periods we cannot always respond as quickly as we would like however contact is always made within 24 hours if not sooner. The manager does approve all collections but this is done on the same day. For faulty goods replacements are always agreed immediately without delay. We would like to respond to the reviewer but have no access to order or contact details.
