Ordered a Cadiz Conservatory Suite for my parents Golden Wedding.
Checked the reveiws after ordering and was slightly worried. Spoke to Alfresia to make sure all would be ok and they assured no need to worry. They said cushions take 10 days and goods would be there on time. Everything was arranged then my brother surprised my parents with cruise tickets. i got onto Alfresia to see if they could store the order and deliver at later date. They had already sent the settee and chairs but got onto the courier, i think it was parcelforce, they pulled back the goods and held them for one month. All at no extra cost. Wot fantastic service. They went above and beyond. Janet and Rebeca are especially the best to talk to, couldnt do enough. i don't normally leave feedbacks for online purchases but felt i had to write to express how great and helpful this company are. cant understand other peoples beefs. Would recommend Alfresia highly and hope to buy from them again soon.
