Fourth - buy it and never click the button received before you have tried your product. If you do not like it you can just say that you have never receive it and they will return your money back, also there are a lot of sellers who are giving the money if there gods are not working.
I have received my money back after sending a video to the seller that a car camera i bought got broken on the 2 week he asked me if i want new one or i want a refund, then he send me the full amount of money on paypal.
Look it will be all fine if you obey the rules i gave you.
Do not hesitate to ask me whatever you want i am posting this from my facebook so you can see that i am a real person, not some payed by aliexpress advertiser.
The first couple of times I used aliexpress I did not run into a problem. I do a lot of online shopping and I have never had the problems I have had with aliexpress. I ordered an item for my son and was informed by the supplier that they did not have the item in stock. They took my money and will not make it right. First I filed a dispute and checked the box saying the supplier did not have product. Later it showed the status of my order as being finished and that they had refunded the money. My credit card company said they never received the refund, however. So I filed a dispute with them. When I went back to aliepress to print out the information that my credit card company was requesting my order showed that the order was finished. There was no record of them refunding my money. They don't provide a way for me to contact them. I read the Buyer Protection and followed everything that I was supposed to do.
BUYER BEWARE! Although they have inexpensive prices and free shipping please don't buy from them.
I have ordered from this company a few times with minor issues-now that I need them-because my item is not working upon receipt-no email responses WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!! No way of contacting -AAAAHHHH!!!!

I received one email from Aliexpress on 24-Nov, mentioned order confirmed and proceed. And, another email on 02-Dec mentioned order was canceled due to payment not done. However, the Bank record showed clearly, the transaction was done on 19-Dec. Sent email to person stated under contact, no reply. Look like my money was cheated!

Placed an order on Aliexpress and was sent the wrong item. The customer service is very hard to contact. Aliexpress would not refund the order.

Hi, it is my first time posting complaints on a forum but I have to admit I am having a really bad experience with AliExpress and the seller Annie wei. I ordered a 50$ camera LCD screen which I never received.
It firts started with no tracking information. I opened a dispute after the 60 day period and which response I received a bad shipping tracking number. I received an email saying an agreement has been reach and that I would be refunded. The only thing I received is a bad tracking number that indicates the items were delivered somewhere in Europe and I live in Canada !
Could not get answers from either the seller Annie wei nor AliExpress. I am really disapointed with my first experience witw AliExpress.
Now I am not even able to left feedback on the seller page because of some weird feedback policy. It seems that AliExpress controls everything so we can make as little noise as possible. I could not find a way to contact AliExpress directly.

I received all of my orders and those didn’t come , I got my money back.
The biggest Problem by Aliexpress are Quality of stuff you buy and the measurement .
There is no simple Size reference , and every vendor use it’s own size, where XL equal Large by one Vendor , by other is medium......
Even when using the metrical measurements , it comes 2 Cm bigger or smaller.
And sending back to China is not an option , cause transport cost to send it back is high.
I bought 20 things and only 2 of them were good quality stuff.
My Advice: Spend your money somewhere else. It is a waste of time and money.
When you put a bad review in their site, they give you a discount to change it to a good review!!!

I wanted to replace the noisy CPU cooler of my sons computer. The only company that could offer one, that type ,was a company trading through AliExpress. Had read the TrustPilot comments, but despite that decided to run a calculated risk of 13 USD. Their handling og such cases is terribly - got no answers, The date of estimated delivery was the same as the date for last opportunity to raise a claim - at 3 oclock in the morning.
Maybe it's China Air- has been registered there for a long time.

I ordered a product on August 13th for my daughter's birthday and today is November 21 and I still have not received the product.
The seller told me that the product arrived in Croatia but a call to the postal service told me that this statement from the seller is not true and in fact, the product was stopped in China customs on August 25th and returned to sender. And then when I kept asking the seller about it, I was informed that it would take their postal service a month to look into the order so I left the order open,thinking that I would only need to click that the order was finished when I had received the product...On October 22, I see that the seller clicked "finished" themselves and now I cant dispute this order or ask for a refund....this is unfair practice.
I dont care if someone tries to swindle me, but my daughter received money as a gift for her birthday and asked that I order her this simple $20 doll with her own money.
After continued emails to the seller, I received an email from the seller on October 22 stating that she would send out a new doll that day. Repeated emails to the seller asking if she sent the product again have gone without a response.
And there is no way that my address is incorrect because I purchased a sweater from another seller on the same order and it arrived on time.
I know this isnt a large amount of money but it is my daughter's money that she received for her birthday, do you think it is fair to treat a child this way? Would you like to explain to her why someone has essentially, in my opinion, stolen her money?

Generally you need ALIEXPRESS when something goes WRONG!!!!. If the Supplier is GOOD and the goods are corresponding to the description then you are HAPPY and you do not need any ASSISTANCE of ALIEXPRESS.
But you are expecting HELP and PROTECTION from ALIEXPRESS when your Supplier refuses cooperate with you. Unfortunately that happens more often then it must be if the Suppliers would be under REAL CONTROL of ALIEXRESS but that is not the case.
As I used to do lots of buying at ALIEXPRES.COM so soon or later I‘ve came across of BAD SUPPLIERs and in those situations I must seek promised POTECTION from ALIEXPRESS. BUT NO HELP at all!!! No one at ALIEXPRESS responds my emails with the evidences attached to support my REFUND CLAIMS. In obvious cases I can get the refund by ALIEXPRESS but when you require more attention to your claim and to your evidences your mails are just ignored!!!!
I would gladly change my opinion to positive one PROVIDING that ALIEXPRESS changes its attitude towards dispute situation and responds to buyers’ emails.

Be very careful using sellers on Aliexpress. I have found some sellers I trust but many cannot be trusted and Aliexpress (alibaba) does not offer the level of customer service you should expect. It is even hard to find a way to get Aliexpress a message. I have made many thousands of purchases as I source from China but also have lost a lot of money through SOME of the sellers on this site.
Also, to those buyers who complained that they did not get authentic goods???? NOTHING is authentic goods! These are factories making inexpensive or copy items only. Why would Mont Blanc let some little ALIEXPRESS Store in China be a distributor of their items that they spend millions advertising for to achieve an upscale name?
Nothing is wrong with purchasing non name brand affordable modest items but just know that is what you are getting!!! Nothing more!

I and one of my friend had bought a usb powerbank from a normal ranking seller in aliexpress.2 months passed,but when i check tracking information,there are only one movement,"Receive item from customer China".
I tried to contact with seller for couple times ,but no answer.I tried to contact with Aliexpress Team,finally they had answered,but they didnt solve the problem.They kinda tell me trust god,god will help you..
Communicating with the seller was very prompt and efficient, however, getting someone from Aliexpress was impossible. Aliexpress debited my credit card, THEN cancelled the order! They then direct the buyer to a site which asks for, GET THIS: copies of my credit card, PASSPORT, and credit card statement in order to continue with the transaction. ARE THEY KIDDING!!! All in the name of "risk controlling". Firstly, it's a huge identity theft risk for us buyers, as well as being highly illegal to ask for such information. Unfortunately, I dropped ALL business with the seller, explaining I would never, and neither should they, go through a company like this.
Aliexpress is the Devil's den - scammers' paradise: do not believe in trolls who write bs in forums like "they check the sellers very strictly..." - it's a bunch of bs, it' all about scamming and fraud. If you are lucky, you'll get partially defective goods, or refurbished stuff at best, that may or may not be suitable for you porposes. In the orient there's no such a thing as "business ethics", it's impossible for such "service" to guarantee anything at all. i am a single mom of one, i go to school part time and work a minimum wage job full time trying to support and bulid a better life for my child. with rent, bills, and etc i hardly ever have extra money to buy my child things that he needs but i found this site and knew it was just to good to be true. i ordered from this site three times the first two orders which were jeans for my child came with no problem but my third order which were a pair of boots also for my child which he needed very much (his current light up cars boots from last year are literally falling apart), came from Cherry Ye and they sent the wrong size. i message them about the problem and they first rudely started off trying to tell me that i didnt read the size chart right. i made it clear that this was not my frist time ordering from china and that i was very much aware of the differences in sizes, not to mention the site gives you american sizes instead of asian sizes, so it couldnt be any more clear. once i sent the sender pictures to prove that they had mad a mistake they told me i could return them and they would send they right size boots but i would need to cover the shipping and they wanted a tracking number. now from america to china shipping with tracking is $51.34 american money, which is more then what i paid for the shoes ($32.00). i told the seller that i could not afford this and plus that and that it made no sense for me to pay so much. i might have well just bought another pair of boots. the seller refuse to pay the shipping and instead offered me only 30% of my money back for the shoes. i felt like they were trying to black mail me because they kept trying to make me leave positive feedback for them which i refuse unless i recived my money. they would say things in thier messages like "you leave good feedbaack then we will refund you money". i confronted them about this and they said that that wasnt the case (yea right). i still havent recived my money back yet and i will leave feedback but it will NOT be good. thank you seller for not only @&*$ing me but my child as well, with chirsmas coming up he wont have the snow boots that he really needed. ill give them to good will, at least someones child will be able to use them. i have to wait another month before i can buy my son another pair of boots
I have a bad experience with both seller and AliExpress. I ordered IP camera from (Shenzhen Daping Computer Co., Ltd) and I paid for the shipping via UPS. The seller refused to ship the item via UPS as it is expensive and gave 2 choices, either to ship via China Post or to cancel the order. When I chose to cancel the order, the seller forced me to changed the reason and mention that (I don't like the product) later the seller agreed to cancel the order.
Now more than 3 weeks have passed trying to get my refund but in vain. I have contacted AliExpress several times, they said the money has been refunded but I feel that I have been cheated and I will never get my money back.
At first I was surprised with their low priced products and flexibility to deliver worldwide. But be warned this online store is TIME WASTER!!! In my case I ordered 3 different products after waiting for more than a 30 DAYS my ordered was just cancelled without any reason though the products was already paid. I just wasted my time and just charged with SERVICE CHARGED for no delivered products.
SERVICE SUCKS, no customer service to call for complaint. BE WARNED, don't waste your hard-earned money and time for this BULLSHIT online store.

nu 2 keer geprobeerd om een paar android tablets te bestellen, dit ging beide keren niet goed, 1e keer weigerde de verkoper op ze op te sturen door een fout aan zijn kant, tweede keer werd de verkoper een halt toegeroepen door aliexpress wegens frauduleuze activiteiten, beide keren netjes een refund gekregen.
Ben nu nog bezig met een horloge wat niet goed loopt, het valt niet mee om je gelijk te krijgen.
Via de trademanager kun je contact opnemen met de verkopers, een verkoper die vaak online is, en snel reageert is vaak betrouwbaarder dan iemand die nooit online is. (houd wel rekening met het tijdsverschil met china).
Kwaliteit is niet altijd even goed, maar dat weet je, de prijzen zijn daar vaak ook naar. Ik heb nu 1 horloge liggen waarvan de kwaliteit van het bandje niet echt goed is, maar voor de rest geen klachten.
I brought an item and it was counterfeit, I could no way escalate the dispute and Alibaba has made it very difficult to contact them. When I returned the item it cost half the price of the item. The dispute process is a joke. I would not be buying from the site ever again. I would rather stick to Ebay where it is paid with Paypal.
I bought a few items on Aliexpresss. Products were as described and I was happy with quality. Made the mistake of buying from someone without feedback and got scammed. Seller's store "the dream SJ" sent a necklace that was so defective that it was unwearable. The seller, "biank james" denied issue, even with photo proof and would only offer refund if I returned product within 10 days, with tracking - impossible and way more expensive than necklace. Kept pretending they didn't know how to refund and use the system and offered discount on another item. Dispute process is a joke, buyer protection on website is useless, feedback only shows positive feedback - everything is pro seller and protects scammers. Making it difficult to weed out the scammers.
There are problems with refund. I had 3 orders for which seller didn't sent product at all. After 100 days no refund at all. Support is lying that it is sent but my bank don't have any details. After few emails aliexpress start to ignore my emails. Also on all orders there is guaranteed money back after x days. In few orders that day passed and they refused to refund. A lot more for compliant and it ts really bad experience.

I bought what looked like a beautiful lace wig that I saved up to buy. When the package arrived a week or two later, It was a fake, cheap golden male watch and I was shocked by this. There was no buyer protection of any sort so, I painfully accepted my loss and never used the site again. Live and learn.
Horrible! I ordered a bag from this site and it took almost 2months to get it and it was the wrong color and size. Then I asked for a refund and they said I would have to pay for the shipping since it wasn't their fault! So I then tried costumer service and it was impossible to figure out. It's all animated. I finally sent an email and the response was they couldn't do anything because the seller has it written on the page they don't pay shipping fees even though they sent me the wrong item. The site is a scam there may be a handful of decent sellers but it's mostly a scam this is not the first time I ordered from them and had a problem.
This site is horrible. I ordered some shirts and immediately got a message that they were out of stock, should have been my first clue. They offered to send replacement shirts and I accepted. I ordered XL but when I got them they were more like smalls. I asked for a replacement or refund and they said I got XL so they would not do anything. They have horrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company stole my copyrighted photo of a wedding dress at the Savannah College of Art and Design and removed my watermark. The company then added its own watermark and are selling copies of the wedding dress - a design copyrighted to the original student designer in the US! Further, Aliexpress is marketing the design as "a Muslim" wedding gown and an "Islamic" wedding gown - which couldn't be further from the truth! Blatant copyright theft, both of my photograph and of the student's original design.

I ordered twice, to try it. The first order was frozen because of a fraud seller, and I had to write e-mails, and wait months to get answers or be refunded. My second order was not received and I am still waiting for answers. They are difficult to contact, tell you always to wait . Its been 2 months and I am still waiting. Sellers are rude and very irresponsible. This is the worst company ever ever ever. This is not how you do business. Do not even think of ordering.

I actually recieved my product which was fairings for my motorcycle but it came damaged and missing parts . Seller states it will arrive to seller in perfect condition Ha! Straight up lie from seller. He dosent want to refund my money but just send me paint to fix it , which of course i would have to pay a professional lots of money to fix. The seller called me a fraud! I am baffled! How am i the fraud if i gave you my money and you send me junk. Never do business with this company. Disputes dont work, better chance of disputing with your bank or credit card company. The best they do is 10% refund which does not cover anything.

Mail terug ontvangen dat het object verstuurd is, ik kijk op hun site, blijkt de dagen van ontvangst te zijn opgetrokken naar 54 dagen, zoveel, uren, en minuten....schandelijke praktijken, moet dit de wereld rond of wat ?????
Do not buy from many Jewellery sellers on this site. I complained to several who mark jewellery PT950 as Platinum, yet often it is Silver and plated, may be 18ct white gold ? Synthetic Diamonds are listed, yet are really only Miossanite. Try and compalin to AliExpress, the system is long winded and does not 'flow; well.. DONT USE Them..

On the 6th of September i placed and paid for goods that were promised to arrive in the UK within 15/30 days. It's now the 21st October and as yet no goods have arrived, after 30 days + i contacted the company to be told wait some more days this despite telling them tracking info stated the goods were 'null' in Beijing. After several more days of unanswered emails i was finally told 'i only guarantee 60 day delivery' i wrote several critical comments on Alibaba's facebook page prompting the following reply ''Please private message us your email address and order number and we can ask Aliexpress Customer Service to investigate.
Thanks,Alibaba.com UK Team'' I contacted the team with my order details to be told nothing can be done until 60 days have passed even then i'm unsure as to when or if i will get my money back.
I continue on a daily basis to post this revue page on Alibaba uk facebook page in the hope that if i prevent one person dealing with them i win. I have today contacted Trading Standards in the UK and suggest everybody who has a problem do so as well.

Your service has been atrocious from beginning to end:
- You told me my item wasn't available, then when I said I wanted a refund you suddenly said you'd shipped it.
- You told me my item had been delivered, but it had not.
- You told me I could extend the delivery time, which I did online, but you then sent another email saying that my item had been delivered and you'd close the transaction if I didn't enter a dispute.
- I entered a dispute, but you sent me another email saying the transaction had been closed, and you hoped I was happy.
- I emailed you yet again to say I definitely wasn't happy, and you responded that you'll only send my item if I withdraw my negative online comments. However, if I change my comment, the system will automatically give you four out of five stars! I refuse to give you this good rating, when I PAID YOU 2 MONTHS AGO, BUT HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.
- This is daylight robbery, and until I receive either my goods or a refund, I will continue to look for websites on which to enter very negative comments about your business to warn other customers about your EXTREMELY poor service.
PLEASE SEND ME MY ORDER OR A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

April 26 I have ordered there a mini PC for $128 plus $40 for its EMS shipping within 10-20 days. I haven't received it till July, leaved my country for scientific trip, so can receive it only August 10 without any compensation! It's impossible to contact anybody living (only a site robot) to solve my problem. One plus can only be noted - there are large variety of original items.
I brought what I thought were genuine freshwater pearl items, once they arrived 1 month later they turned out to be plastic, this happened to me twice and I have other orders yet to be fulfilled, I tried to ask for help but there is no such thing, have been going round in circles to get my money back but have got no where, I was told I would have to send items back at my own expense and provide a tracking number before a refund would be issued,yet the buyer sold me fake items!!!. So please be fully aware of what this company do to buyers, if I can save a few people from being scammed out of cash then it has been worth doing this review
