La persona que me atendio, fué correcto y amable, recomendandome una talla mas, recibido el envio, la talla era una mas pero un patronaje mas pequeño, asi que, un 0 para el fabricante, un 10 para all4cycling

Excellent service! Brilliant range of products! Great value for money!

I'm a big fan of Sidi cycling shoes and Castelli clothing and All4cycling more than fits the bill. The product range is fantastic and the prices are very competitive. But best of all is the service (hence the 5 stars). My expectation from ordering on-line from a UK company is usually for the items to be delivered within 2-4 days. However, All4cycling is based in the EU, so my expectation for delivery is 7-10 days. I am happy to say that All4cycling has allows exceeded my expectations i.e. they delivery early and for me personally, that is great customer satisfaction. If All4cycling are unable to fulfil all of my order, I am sent an email to inform me and then given a choice for the next action e.g. cancel the item, wait until the item becomes available again, etc. All in all, I thoroughly recommend All4cycling for online ordering and I have already mentioned this to all my cycling friends (I hope they've listened).

He quedado muy agradablemente sorprendido. Hice el pedido con reservas al no tener ninguna referencia directa de nadie, pero después de mi experiencia sólo puedo decir que han cubierto sobradamente mis expectativas y he quedado plenamente satisfecho.
Los dos artículos que solicité son los que me han llegado. Precios con muy poca competencia. El tiempo transcurrido ha sido todo un record. Pedido efectuado el día 25 de marzo y recibido el día 29 de marzo. ¡Sólo tres días laborables! ¡Bravo por all4cycling! Informado en todo momento del estado de mi pedido. Magníficos profesionales. Os tendré en cuenta en mis próximas compras de material.
Por poner algo negativo. Estáis muy lejos de donde vivo...jejeje. Gracias.

Precisi, velocissimi nelle comunicazioni al cliente e nelle spedizioni, ampio catalogo tra cui scegliere. Veramente solo pregi per un negozio online tra i migliori in assoluto, detto da uno che da anni acquista regolarmente in rete. L'unico consiglio che sento e mi permetto di dare è quello di migliorare la velocità di navigazione tra le pagine del sito, per tutto il resto COMPLIMENTI A TUTTO LO STAFF DI All4Cycling!!!

Good prices : Bad shipping service!

The prices may be competitive compared to the rest of Europe, and for me the UK but the shipping service is poor and the turn-around terrible. What is stated as an 'EXPRESS' service takes close to a week combined with a two day packing time from the moment of placing the order!

If you need your goods in a hurry, think twice!!

His first order has arrived 11/mar/2013 hours 5.55 PM, sent the 12/mar/2013 hours 9.05 AM. Pack delivered 15/mar/2013 (The courier had one day of delay)
2nd order arrived on 25/Mar/2013, sent the 26/mar/2013 (The courier will deliver your parcel within 48 hours).
As you can see we were always fast, unfortunately the TNT may have delays which do not depend on us.
