I found it difficult to get insurance, even with specialist insurance that I had used before with MS, leaking heart valve and asthma so tried all clear they had a policy just right for me so took out an annual policy. This was easy to take out and gave me plenty of choice I went for the all clear gold policy.
It has extensive cover and I can go on holiday with confidence and peace of mind.
I have used Allclear for many years and have always found them most helpful. Thankfully, I have never had to make a claim, but have the peace of mind that all my ailments are taken into account, and covered when I travel abroad. I have recommended the company to many friends and will continue to do so.

Hi ! I decided, for the second time, to use AllClear Insurance Services to cover my trip to Canada this year. It is so easy to fill in the details for my medical conditions on line and get an instant quote from a choice of suppliers. It is very affordable too. I do not normally take out insurance to go to Europe, though I do not go to Spain! I rely on the EHIC card but travelling to Canada requires a reliable insurance to cover all events. I know I can rely on AllClear and it gives me great peace of mind to have that security. So Canada here I come with little to worry about.
Travel insurance is always a hassle if you have a medical condition, phone calls asking a barrage of questions....to usually be turned down!! NOT with ALL CLEAR.... very easy - all done on line, with not to many questions. Good price too. Have used the last two years and using again this year. Thankfully I have never had to make a claim. However I did have to phone last year to make an amendment to the policy and the company are very professional. So I would trust them to handle any claim well.

Having had a query on my wifes medical condition and coverage, the lady was very helpful in explaining without confusion the terminology expressed in the policy coverage, in that although my wifes heart condition was not speicifically specified in the heart condition listing it fell under the general coverage of istemic heart conditions
I was most impressed by All Clear insurance. After I returned from abroad and submitted my claim it was only about 2 weeks before a full settlement was agreed. I have no reservations about recommending All Clear especially for older people who sometimes find that insurers will not accept them.

THE APPLICATION WAS EASY TO COMPLETE ONLINE AND I RECEIVED THE POLICY WITHIN THE 3-5 DAYS AS STATED. HAD TO ALTER ONE DETAIL I HAD GIVEN AND THIS WAS DEALT WITH IN A FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT MANNER ON THE PHONE. SO FAR AN EXCELLENT SERVICE I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND. After being on hold for 15 mins,the person i eventually dealt with was very courteous and helpfull.I had made my original application on-line and needed to verify a few things.This was done in a professional manner and all answers i had,were. answered politely and efficiently.I cannot comment any further as i have not had to use them when a problem abroad has occured thankfully.Unfortunately only after AllClear have been called upon for assistance will a fair review of their performance be possible.
I have recommended All Clear to friends as I found that when I passed 66 years of age it was difficult to get annual worldwide cover even without cover for my existing health conditions. All Clear included my existing conditions and were reasonably priced. I found the website easy to navigate and was able to complete my application online. All Clear then posted my policy details booklet to me. In the past I have had to print details myself with other companies.
After a year of various medical problems including prostate cancer I have now got travel insurance. The process was quite easy and although fairly expensive at over £300 for my wife and myself I feel reassured that we are both covered. However, unless we have to make a claim we won't know how supportive the company is and whether our money has been well spent. My only quibble at the moment is that being aged 70 my holiday cancellation limit is £1000 for the year and not £5000 as it would be if I were a year younger. However,would cautiously recommend Allclear so far.

Their pricing is very competitive and appears to provide very good value for money.

I found the process very user friendly. After contacting several insurance companies AllClear were the ones who understood my position and I was treated with respect and consideration.
I found it fairly easy to go through the medical screening, especialy as my wife has several pre-existing conditions. The premiums quoted were competitive and I did not have to pay any extra to have the documents sent to me in the post, an advantage if your printer is playing up! Hopefully I wont need to find out how good they are with claims,
I couldn't believe how easy and cost effective the All Clear approach is. With a number of Declared Medical issues my search for good travel insurance has, until now, been laborious, confined to single trip insurance and pretty expensive. Not only did All Clear offer an Annual Policy at very reasonable rates the whole on-line process was easy and slick.

I have had trouble finding a Company that would supply me with an easy method of purchasing Travel Insurance, as I am over 75 and have Pre-Medical Conditions. The site was easy to manoeuvre and I would recommend it to others.
I had a single trip policy with AllClear in October 2012 and whilst I had no call to make use the cover I decided to use them again for a similar holiday in April 2013. I followed the same process as last time and went through the largest comparison site. Imagine my surprise when the same policy was quoted at four times - yes 4 times my previous amount.
I went to the AllClear site and answered all the same questions and guess what? I got my policy for exactly the same price as last year. It pays not to stop at the first hurdle. However AllClear could be losing business if other people didn't do a little bit of extra work.
Provided a full comprehensive travel insurance at an excellent cost beating all other offers in content.
Please allow existing policy details to be available so that with no changes renewal would be so much easier

despite our age and numerous medical conditions. We have not had reason to claim so far so cannot comment on their response. I have come to rely on them to keep us travelling as long as possible.
I always have prob's finding reasonable holiday insurance cover with my age & pre existing condition. My sister recemended me to All CLEAR a friend had given her the telephone no & though she had'nt tried it herself suggested I did. I opted to buy it on line which was painless. My documents were emailed to me very quickly which I printed. The only draw back was that there so many pages to read & print but of course necessary. bought insurance on line for multi travel, rang up to ask some questions as I was not too sure if it was full cover regarding water sports etc, phone was answered quickly, the guy I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions.
