With more calls flowing into my office, last year was the right time to engage alldayPA to smile down the phone when I’m not there to do it myself. I’ve used an answering service in the past and, whilst no complaints with them, what I love about the alldayPA team is their technology which exceeded my expectations. I now get client messages both e-mailed and sent by SMS as soon as they’ve left them. This is terrific as it means even when I’m out and about in places without internet connectivity I get the SMS and can give them a buzz when I’m free. I get a number of calls from journalists who often want a comment there and then - if I'm out and don't get the message there's a lost opportunity to flag my business/website when they quote me in their features.

I have been a client of All Day PA for over 10 years and have found them to be totally professional and efficient in their handling of my calls. They filter as necessary but always transfer important calls or take details and text them to me. Agewise continues to use Allday PA because the Customer Service Manager, Sue Ratcliffe, is personally so responsive. She always reacts very quickly and sorts out any issues; she is invariably helpful.
Try this answering service,its 24hours and is very good. Its not the cheapest,ive tried the cheapest and it cost me more in the end. So dont waste time ringing around contact Allday PA now!!

We use All Day PA in conjuction with IVRs we build for our clients. Once we explain the benefits of using the service it's a no brainer for the client.
