I hate answering machines, when you leave a message you just don't know if the person you are calling actually gets the message or deletes your message or just ignores your message. When our clients call us I know we always get the message.
We had to get a script that would take all the details and not take to much time as customers haven't got much time. They worked closely with the words to use with live changes, where needed. I was able to test and comment on the service. The outcome was what i wanted - saving me the time and enabling me to make money on other work I have to do! They were negotiable on the rates and very nice and professional at customer service to me and my customers. keep up the good work.
As a company it is imperative that we answer our calls immediately out of hours as part of the service that we provide. Hiring people round the clock proved to be very expensive therefore when I was referred to AllDayPA by a friend I was very interested, however slightly sceptical as we pride ourselves on the customer service that we provide therefore to put it in the hands of somebody else was an extremely tough decision.

We monitor all our calls on a weekly basis so that we can give feedback on the all day pa service. Had a couple of issues with what some staff were saying to our patients approx 6 months ago, however, I was able to forward the calls to the customer services manager who dealt with them appropriately and in a timely fashion. since then we have had not one issue with the service. We have been using alldayPA lots over the last few months and they have taken hundreds of calls and messages for us. This means we never lose calls and we have a backup when we can't answer the phone. They even let us know when someone misdialled or they hung up and give us the number so we can call them back.

We have been using alldayPA now for a while and have found the service from all the staff to be of the highest quality. The pricing is the best we have found. We had previously used two other services of this kind and they both lacked everything alldayPA can offer. Not having to sign up to yearly contracts is also very good but knowing your phone calls and messages are being dealt with in such a proffessional manner gives us complete peace of mind. They deserve full marks.
