Messages on the move - perfect
With more calls flowing into my office, last year was the right time to engage alldayPA to smile down the phone when I’m not there to do it myself. I’ve used an answering service in the past and, whilst no complaints with them, what I love about the alldayPA team is their technology which exceeded my expectations. I now get client messages both e-mailed and sent by SMS as soon as they’ve left them. This is terrific as it means even when I’m out and about in places without internet connectivity I get the SMS and can give them a buzz when I’m free. I get a number of calls from journalists who often want a comment there and then - if I'm out and don't get the message there's a lost opportunity to flag my business/website when they quote me in their features.

A great PA service!
AlldayPA is great PA service! They have done a fantastic job for me, and I would highly recommend them. Their online dashboard is clear to understand too, which is a big bonus.

Fantastic service from a UK based call centre
We've been customers of Allday PA now for around 7 years, right from our inception and, it is fair to say, they have grown with us. They act as a superb middleman between ourselves and our customers. They are the trusted face of Cloudy2Clear Windows as they are the first people our customers speak to when they call us. They understand totally that whilst our customers wish to speak to their local representative as quickly as possible and be put through to them asap that also at the same time we need to get all the contact details we need without the customer being put off in any way. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and the customer service team are incredibly supportive. They are an intergral part of our business and we love them all very much!

alldayPA is a fantastic hands free office solution that over delivers every time.
I would highly recommend alldayPA for fast, expert setup for all your telephone enquiries. All the staff are friendly, polite and provide a first class customer service. Whilst I've dealt with a few of the girls, Dannielle always goes beyond the call of duty to ensure any questions I have are dealt with immediately and more importantly the correct information is provided every time. In all honesty I can't fault alldayPA if quality customer service is what you require for your clients.

Fantastic Company, Very professional and efficiant
I have been a client of All Day PA for over 10 years and have found them to be totally professional and efficient in their handling of my calls. They filter as necessary but always transfer important calls or take details and text them to me. It would be impossible to have all my calls re routed to my mobile as I am unable to take calls at certain times of the day. They present a very polished impression of a much larger origination that can only impress.

Invaluable. Virtually impossible to manage professionally without alldayPA
The service provided by allday PA is exceptional. I manage a micro-business of just two employees, i.e., myself and one other. We often need to be on the road to meet new clients and drum up new business.

Try this answering service,its 24hours and is very good. Its not the cheapest,ive tried the cheapest and it cost me more in the end. So dont waste time ringing around contact Allday PA now!!

A truly invaluable service.
We use All Day PA in conjuction with IVRs we build for our clients. Once we explain the benefits of using the service it's a no brainer for the client. The two aspects that we really like, as do our clients, are: 1. using the service as a virtual receptionist, compare the cost of a per call service with having someone sat at a desk; 2. they provide a simple call taking service through to taking orders, completing questionnaires and many things in between.
