Would not accept return for costume too big
I am extremely disappointed this company. I have never given negative assessments. My view that sometimes events should be treated as life's school. However this time I think the feedback is warranted.
Purchased a costume for my son. Next day delivery was on time...perfect.
However the costume was tried on and returned back to the packaging straight after. Too big for my son (10 years old) despite the website citing 8-10 years.
I returned the costume but the company refused to refund on the bases of 'snags' on the costume. The costume was in perfect condition when I put the costume back in its packaging.
I can only assume that they are making excuses for not refunding and not acting professionally or with honesty.
Additionally I am extremely disappointed in that your website does not indicate the sizes of the costumes. My son is 10 years old and to be honest is shortest in his school year. But your website states ages 8 – 10 years.
Great that other customers have received good service. But I have not.

I've found Wally!
I bought a "Where's Wenda" outfit for school to wear on World Book Day. It was AWESOME. Arrived on time and I thought it was excellent value for money, as it included stripey top, skirt, the best stripey tights ever, hat and glasses. The children and my colleagues at school loved it. My 11 year old son was mortified by his embarrassing mother. I would definitely buy again.

Fast, reliable, brilliant!
I was having a flap over World Book Day, since my daughter decided she wanted to dress up as Hermione Grainger. Strangely, long black capes and Hogwarts ties aren't something I can instantly lay my hands on in the house, so wincing at my small budget I headed off online to search for something appropriate to fit an 8yo who is the height of a 12yo.
Lowest price, good quality, 3 day delivery service it said. And big enough to fit! Yay! So I ordered. It arrived next day!! Very excited 8yo tried it on - perfect! One very happy 8yo and one less stressed out and impressed mum. Thank you very much!

Fantastic "Fantastic Mr Fox"
I ordered my grandson a Fantastic Mr Fox costume for World Book Day. It came much quicker than they said and he absolutely loves it. It is a perfect fit and he says he is going to wear it as a onesie after the event. Excellent quality and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I bought the boys Harry Potter outfit for my son. Nice quality costume and my son loved it! The glasses are great and the cape is high quality compared to items I have bought from other sites in the past. I also purchased the tie which was top notch!

Fantastic Outfits, For A Fantastic Mr Fox...
My Son had a fancy dress day at school it was Roald Rahl themed, he instantly took to The Fantastic Mr Fox outfit. We ordered it and within 2 days it was at the front door, my Son tried it on and it fitted like a dream, he had comment after comment after comment about his outfit, he still wears now!
Would definitely recommend to friends, infact we already have........

Fantastic outfit and super fast delivery!
I ordered the "sexy" Wonder Woman outfit from Allfancydress. It was the outfit I had been looking for and they had it in my size and the price was better than other sites. Fabulous fancy dress.
I ordered a Tudor costume which was dispatched and had arrived within 3 days even though I'd only placed the order late one evening after 10pm. The website was clear with accurate pictures and easy to use drop down windows. The naviagtion and payment was quick and easy.
Overall there was a fantastic choice of costumes as well as accesories linked to them. Great prices too. An excellent company with fantastic service.

Very fast delivery!
I ordered 10 dresses saturday evening and wednesday they already arrived here in Belgium! A little negative point: some of the dresses were not well stitched, but in general a very good service!

Excellent choice, speedy service
I found Allfancydress doing a search for a book day costume. They had exactly what I wanted, in stock and more competitively priced than elsewhere. They also had a good selection of accessories on offer. I only paid for standard delivery as I had planned in advance for once! I had an email later in the day to say it had been dispatched, and it arrived the next morning. Brilliant!!

Great Lara Croft Fancy Dress
After searching a million websites for a Lara Croft outfit for my sister-in-law to be, Allfancy dress were the cheapest. They also stocked the size I needed whilst most other websites were out of stock. The website is very clear and easy to use and the postage was reasonable. I received the outfit 2 days after ordering it and it was packaged well. The outfit is of the quality I would expect for mass produced costumes so probably ok for a couple of wears but no more. I would say that its a little disappointing that guns don't come with it as the outfit comes with the holsters and in order to get the proper guns you have to buy the holster again. Overall a good shopping experience.

Shockingly poor designs
Ordered an outfit for my teenage daughter for a party and within 2 minutes starting fraying and ripping. Thankfully this happened at home at not at the party. Sent it back for them to claim we had done the damage ourselves, especially as my daughter hadn't kept the packaging. This obviously wasn't the case and refused a refund even though I told them there were several witnesses which of course they told me I'd made up. Would never use this company again. Delivery charges are higher than other company's and there quality is shockingly awful. Should of read reviews before using this website.

Super friendly service and excellent goods
I found out we had to wear fancy dress to work the next day...and had nothing to hand and didn't even know this shop was local. I googled fancy dress and found them so phoned to ask if they sold direct and if I could collect. a costume that afternoon. I was given clear directions on how to find them and once there they couldn't do more to help ensure I had the right costume and the right size. The costume was a perfect fit, comfortable and very well made. This is one fancy dress retailer I would highly recommend to everyone for excellent goods and a super friendly service from people who know their stock.

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!
Needed something for my 40th birthday night out and spent days trawling through many fancy dress companies. Everything was too short and sexy or too expensive. A friend recommended All fancy dress so checked out their site. Within minutes I had found the perfect outfit at an amazing price. Looked elsewhere when I had found what I wanted for price comparison and everywhere else was at least a tenner more! Went straight back and ordered. Emails to confirm order and then dispatch and 2 days later it appeared, awesome service! Buy with confidence from these guys. Great selection, great prices and brilliant service. I ordered my son the Victorian poor boy costume for world book day.! It was dispatched the same day, and it only took 1 day for me to receive it.! Turns out I ordered the wrong size, I arranged a return online which was quick & simple. Within 2 days I had an email to say my replacement in larger size has been shipped.! I live in Ireland and needed a housekeeper/maid costume for my daughter for her school play. I googled this type of costume and immediately 'allfancydress' website came up. It has a great selection of costumes and it had the one my daughter needed for her school play. I selected a 3 day delivery and we were not kept waiting! Excellent Customer Service and Value, Highly Recommended!!!!
I have placed two separate orders, the first for my daughters Tudor Day which arrived promptly and I was really pleased with the product and value for money (my daughter can't wait to wear it)
Secondly I ordered an outfit for my son for me to collect from the Colchester depot the next day. Due to unforseen circumstances the outfit was not able to be collected that day, HOWEVER, I received a call from the company to say that they would be able to deliver the item the next day to me by 1pm at no extra charge to me. The item was delivered at 9:30am that day and my son was able to take his costume to rehearsals. I was really please with the customer service and that Mark at All Fancy Dress did everything he could to get the outfit to me on time. Thank you so much and I will definately will be using the website again for all our fancy dress needs!!!!!!!

Fast Dispatch, Exactly as descibed and pictured, very impressed!!!
I had less than a weeks notice from my son's school, that his class were to wear Victorian Dress, on a school visit to a Steam Museum. After a quick look online, I found an outfit for a "Victorian Poor Boy" from Allfancydress. It arrived very quickly and my son and I were delighted with it. It was perfect and his teacher told him that he had the best outfit!!! :) We added a bit of black face paint to make him look like he had been up a chimney or was just a bit dirty.....job done!!! Very impressed and will definitly use the company again! Would highly recommend- 5 STAR!

First time I purchased from the site and was very pleased with the fantastic service! Not only cheap but quality and professional service!
I was a bit worried with the snow, but it came in time and fits perfect!
I love the fact you send out tracking number to see where ur purchase is, which makes you feel at ease knowing where and when you are going to received the knock on the door!
My bought a mascot costume the dog one, people have complimented it and looks and does what it says on the "tin"!

Recommended - fast and easy service
Very impressed. Easy site to navigate. Good price for the smurfette costume which arrived very promptly. Was the wrong size so returned to get the next size up which was simple to do. Only downside was having to pay a second delivery charge. Will believe the reviews next time that said the sizes were small!
