I purchased several different soaps from this London-based maker of handmade soap after my favourite brand stopped being stocked in the UK. The hunt is on for a new favourite soap! I also bought a couple of bars for a friend to try, as he has very dry skin and is fussy what he uses on it. Delivery was prompt, the prices competitive, the packaging good, and the parcel included a free sample of my choice too.
I found the soaps themselves to be of good quality with a lovely lather. They also look great. They're quite soft, so don't last as long as some, and in general they seem to be quite subtly fragranced – too subtle for my liking, but that's just me. Many other people would consider that a plus point, I'm sure.
Purely in terms of fragrance then, I'm not so sure I've found my perfect soap yet, but I particularly wanted to mention my communications with All Natural Soap which went beyond the norm. Having already placed my order, I then spotted another soap I fancied trying, so emailed asking if this could be added without incurring any extra P&P charges. Eliza replied to say yes, and it was paid for and added to my parcel with a minimum of fuss and bother (at my end, anyway). We went on to exchange a couple more emails, chatting about soaps and exactly what I was looking for. She is clearly very passionate about what she does, and seems happy to take the comments and suggestions of her customers on board, so I went away feeling like I'd received very good customer service in this instance.
All in all then, I recommend All Natural Soap! If you're a soap fiend like me, these soaps are well worth a try.
