Excellent choice of tools, prompt efficient service & delivery.
I bought the twin pack Makita cordless drills for my Husband from All Tools due to price. They were the lowest by a long shot and was most satisfied with the prompt delivery. The items were packed extremely well. I shall definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

Exceptional service
Placed order Tuesday evening, Alltools contacted me Wednesday to tell me the last saw they had the box had been opened the saw had some signs off use but would give me a free blade if I was willing to accept the saw, which I did, the saw arrived Thursday. So all in all I got the saw I wanted at the cheapest price I could find on the net with free next day delivery and an extra blade, and a saw as far as I can tell looks brand new at the moment.

Poor delivery service
'Waited for delivery...didn't come. Driver had found my road too narrow for his vehicle and didn't bother to walk 150 yards to house to ask me to come and collect. 'Had to drive 30 miles each way (at break neck speed) to pick up from depot before it closed for the day.
However, product seems OK and price had been good prior to expenditure for fuel in pick-up truck.

Due to the size and weight of the table saw we have to ship this with TNT as the other couriers will not accept items above 30kg. As they run 7.5 Tonne vehicles this can occasionally give issues with access. I am sorry that you had a problem in this instance and will pass your feedback to TNT.

Alltools Ltd. Someone who will go that extra mile.
After placing an order via the internet, which I thought was what I needed, I received an early reply via telephone to explain, very politely, that what I had ordered would not work together as a unit. James ( I think) then asked what I was doing, which I explained.
Leave it to me Jim, was the reply. I will sort out what you need and get it off to you.
Sure enough 2-3 days later, I received my order. When I opened it I was delighted to see the items that I needed to carry out the work required. I was delighted with the service I received from Alltools. It could not have been better. Many thanks.
Will be using again and will recommend to friends and colleagues.

I ordered a Makita DKT 18000 comprising of two drills. £70 cheaper than local wholesaler and was amazed at the speed of delivery. Would highly recommend this company, very impressed :)

Should have gone to these guys first. Wasted my time with another supplier (another story) found alltools on the Internet. Thursday morning emailed to check they had it in stock. Nice speedy reply, ordered, paid for. Then cutting wood with it on Friday afternoon.. What more could I ask for. Well pleased.. Many thanks to mick and the team at Alltools.

easy to use website great service including a call to make sure someone was home to take delivery before delivery. delivered within the 3/4 hour time slot. polite friendly service, I can well recommend.

Haven't received product and apparently the product I ordered can't be honoured and I am to receive a subsistute!!!!! Whatever I do eventually receive has not been delivered with the timescale of the price paid for delivery
