Speedy delivery and I received exactly what I was expecting to !
We bought three items in total, all from the Capri range as we can only get flat pack furniture up the narrow stairs to the top floor. I am very impressed with the quality, by far the best flat pack items I've ever screwed and dowelled together. Allure's service was also speedy and well priced. Will defo use again. Thanks.

Brush up on customer service needed
My table and chairs arrived damaged, followed procedure and noted this on delivery note.E-mailed company to advise of damage and have been ignored ever since...

Good value and helpful service.
Allure were very good value for money. We were pleased that they agreed to hold onto the furniture until we got back from a trip. Unfortunately a few extra days turned into a week but after a quick e-mail everything was back on track. I would recommend them.

Absolutely excellent; communication was concise and our new table was delivered within a week of ordering
I ordered this table for my new house and was simply astonished by the service I got from this website. The furniture was beautiful, the prices were extremely competitive and after ordering the new table I was sent emails to keep me up-to-date on the progress of the order. The table arrived via a professional courier company, and was exactly as specified. All in all, this was an extremely pleasurable and hassle-free purchasing experience!

Fantastic!
The table was beautiful and as promised the table arrived before Christmas. Everything was packaged and secure. The guys would have put the table up however the room I wanted it in wasn't ready so they put it anywhere I wanted. Quality of the tabel and chairs was fantastic it is now the centre piece of my room!
Couldn't fault these guys at all gave me exactly what I wanted and in the time frame I wanted and it was just before Christmas which was absolutely fabulous!

Prompt delivery. Everything as ordered.
At first I found their website a little confusing but after discussing my order with them, the order was promptly arranged and delivery was in two or three days.
Two men brought the bed up the stairs and all the extras were complete and as ordered.
Excellent service and very competitive.
