Excellent, reliable company apart from delivery hiccup.
Ordering by phone was very easy, with informative, helpful and polite staff. I was able to choose a delivery date, but the driver refused to deliver thinking the road was too narrow-it isn't! However the delivery was immediately re scheduled with no fuss. The product, engineered wood flooring-is beautiful. We can't wait to lay it. Thank you, Allyourfloors.

Pretty seamless transaction
Ordered really easy, then I was called to ask when I would be in for delivery, I asked if it could be delivered to a neighbour for ease....as working full time, was told no it needed a signature, so i arranged for delivery on my next day off which was 2 weeks away, only for the parcel to come later that week, still a mystery. Apart from the prompt delivery, no issues.

EXCELLENT ALL ROUND
VERY happy with All Your Floors . . . from the promptly sent sample of vinyl planking, the follow-up email and call to see if I was happy with the product, the easy-to-understand online ordering (including a calculator to work out how many packs to order) and delivery made on the day that suited me.

Very Happy!
Spent a few weeks deciding on which company to make my purchase and am so glad we chose All Your Floors.
Price was good and so easy to order as you just enter measurements and the quantity is calculated for you. They also show the price with and without VAT. A lot of websites showed their prices without VAT which I found off-putting.
I left my message in the box provided and to my amazement, received a call (very nice and friendly person) the very next morning (I placed my order in the evening) and as promised, my flooring was delivered the next day.
What fantastic service, which is something that is quite rare these days.
I most certainly will order from them again and will be recommending them to my family and friends.
Oh......have not managed to lay the flooring yet but just sneaked a look and they look good, as expected.

Good service, need to change delivery company
I recently bought flooring from allyourfloors
And paid extra for am delivery ie before noon
(1pm),
I waited till 1-15pm no delivery so I called
Allyourfloors to see where my floor was.
The lady was very polite and helpful and said she would call me back when she finds out where my floor was.
She told my delivery would be to me between 3-30pm and not before noon as paid for.
She told me no one had told the driver my delivery was for am, and she will re- emburse
The difference( I am still waiting for £15. + Vat
To be paid back in my account)
When the delivery finally turned up at 3-45pm,
Written and enhanced in yellow pen on the delivery note for a AM delivery !!
He said he had to many AM deliveries.
This was my first time using Allyourfloors
And it will be my last due to the delivery people they use.
Back to UK direct flooring for me!!

Did what they said they 'WOOD'
I ordered my floor on a Wednesday, saying that i needed the floor delivered on the Friday and can you get the driver to ring me 1hr prior to delivery, as we are starting to lay the floor on the Saturday AM.
Reply - Yes of course, not a problem.
The delivery was the Friday, but the driver only phoned when he was at the site, made everything a rush!

Great Service
I've placed three orders and delivery was immediate. Quality of the product was excellent. The real wood layer on the engineered floor is the thickest I found anywhere. I lost a piece of flooring and All Your Floors were good enough to send me another without charge.

Great product, super price, friendly & efficient service!!!!!
Real Oak Floors sent me a requested sample of their UV oiled solid white oak flooring very quickly, and gave me a super price and delivery, so I ordered 90m2. All phone calls with the office were polite and friendly, and the service representative was well informed and helpful. Delivery was made as promised, and I look forward to living with the floors for the years to come. Can recommend 100%. Thanks!

Fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble.
We had so many dilemmas when choosing our floor for our new kitchen. The team at All your Floors, in particular Simone and Des went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the right choice for us. We received knowledgable advice and practical help and were always made to feel like valued customers even when we had not decided to make a purchase yet. Despite umpteen phone calls, Simone was always friendly and extremely patient. Thank you so much, we are delighted with our floorboards. They are still stacked in the hall acclimatising but I can't wait to see them laid and will email a photo when down.

Simone in sales is absolutely brilliant!
Ordered a engineered hardwood floor which turned out to be superb quality. I needed a few more packs to finish the job a couple months later and spoke with Simone who I have to say was completely brilliant in making sure my order was duly despatched and also gave me a couple of courtesy calls to make sure everything was ok.

THE SERVICE AND ADVICE AND DELIVERY WERE SUPERB
I was seeking some special material for a flooring project and ceiling at my country address. I was given the Email and phone number by someone who is a soft furnishing specialist. When I phoned ALL FLOORS the phone was answered by an ANGEL...I nearly forgot what I had phoned about, but in a blink (not a wink) of an eye she directed me to absolutely the perfect solution product for my project, and arranged delivery... which was completed and delivered to my isolated location in the mountains of North Wales ... The delivery driver was brilliant having to negotiate a very slippery muddy steep tracK; I also received a very comprehensive brochure of interesting/engaging floor products. p.s please note the "angel" is not interested by emeralds , only by large first quality diamonds.

Engineered harvest oak floor - looks beautiful
Despite being one of the cheaper engineered oak floors on the website, the whole floor looks beautiful. The colour and the grain markings are very attractive. It looks exactly like solid oak flooring.

Good quality product, quick turnaround
Went for some engineered wood flooring for our kitchen refurb. The free samples arrived very quickly, and the subsequent full order was turned around within 2 days. Delivery could be a bit cheaper, but overall this was made up by the excellent value for money on the wood itself.

initial problems resolved through great customer service
always a risk buying over the internet, but the samples looked OK and the distance selling regulations (right to return for ANY reason within 7 days) gave me enough confidence to go ahead.
Well my heart sank when the flooring turned up. It was a different colour to the sample (much darker) and every board I unpacked was bowed like a bananna!
I was minded to cancel the whole thing but I have to say the way all your floors (silly name?!) dealt with the issue made me stick with it. Thy suspected the original sample was labelled wrong so sent out 2 further samples overnight and sure enough the one I thought I was buying was a different order number. They then arranged a new batch and collection of the old one. New batch was fine and am now very pleased - well done Des Tucker!

wow! what a great deal.
I spent an awful lot of time shopping around for an affordable floor after over spending on our house refurbishment. After many hours on the internet and wearing our shoe leather I came across theses guys. They were very helpful, honest and gave loads of advise. But best of all, the price I paid for my floor was at least 10-15% cheaper than anyone else!
the delivery came when they said it would and everything was present and acounted for.

Excellent Customer Service!
Good product and excellent customer service. Customer service (Alan in particular) was extremely friendly and helpful at initial ordering stage and also when I had an issue when only part of the order arrived (I believe due to problems with the courier not the supplier), but a quick phone call sorted that out. Would definitely use this company again.

5 star flooring!
Floor is fantastic hands down brilliant 5stars, delivery gets a big thumbs down as first lot was stolen in transit! Please pay extra for one 2 one courier service no depos or warehouses.

Excellent service, but the quality of the wood is not good
I ordered the floor online and it was delivered in less than 48 hours. Wow! However, before ordering I rang them to enguire about the length of the wood planks, only to be told that they average 73 cm and couldn't to give me the range. When the wood was delivered, I found that the range was 30 to 90cm, the longest pieces are only 90cm. This is bad. When I ordered flooring from other companies in the past, the longest pieces were 180 & 120 cm which made them look nice and were easier to fit.
Also, I found a label inside the box written in Chinese! When I cut the wood with mitre saw, the edges splinter like soft wood does, and this is meant to be oak!
Shame about the quality of the goods!

Great product, awesome prices and amazing customer service
I had been searching for the right type of black american walnut for a while and was lost, confused and totally gob smacked by the prices being charged in high street shops!
I then stumbled upon all your floors and requested a few samples - we settled for the engineered black american walnut but were uncertain of the quality especially when basing it on such a small sample. A lot of shops warned me of purchasing online as the quality and service would be substandard...
The delivery was scheduled for 75 sq metres - took a day off in the morning and waited...and waited...no delivery even though I had paid for a before noon slot. The delivery eventually arrived at 2.30pm and the driver wouldn't even help unload. This was the worst part of the whole process.
Des and Kate were on the phone and apologised profusely - these guys are great. Refunded my delivery costs - result!
The wood is amazing - and to boot it was the same brand as the one marked up by 40% in the shops!
Awesome service- great product and best of all the guys at AYFs are very knowledgeable and always happy to help!
Definitely highly recommended.

Speedy and helpful
Very helpful staff, had to change our order at the last minute and they were fine with this and gave us good advice. Order came quickly and the driver was very friendly, even helping bring the boards into the house to make things easier for us.

Good service - I am not too good with catchy headers
They communicated with me from the start, delivered when they said they would, the only snag is they left the £1400 of flooring in the front garden behind the hedge without checking with me, the builders might have been away but still it could have been bad. This might have been the delivery guys though as the communication from the sales team was excellent
