Easy as pie

I have used Alpharooms before to book in Portugal-Belgium and France--never any problems at all.We decided to look for better rooms at the hotel--these were not available anywhere else but the Alpharooms site-- so we booked them and the flight with it---so easy.

Book and go with Alpharooms

After searching lots of holiday/tour companies I finally came across Alpharooms. They had all I was looking for the airport, the flight times, the hotel and most important was the length of stay everything tallied up perfectly even the price. Would not hesitate to book with Alpharooms again and it was all so easy.

Cheap but Competent!

Just got a good deal on Alpha rooms-my hotel was much cheaper on this site than anywhere! Service has been excellent so far and looking forward to my Holiday now!

Efficient booking experience

Through Alpharooms,I booked a nights stay in a hotel close to an airport.
As I am several months away from travelling, I can't rate that experience.
I can only comment that the online booking experience was clear & efficient,
with prompt online confirmation emails from Alpharooms.

Great hotel and good value.

We really enjoyed Benidorm break but the booking experience was puzzling. We booked online in Spain, gave our (uk) bank details , and got a printed confirmation saying we'd paid. However, when we got to the hotel on Sunday we were told we had to pay on arrival. Luckily I had my Spanish debit card on me, or Imight have had to go home!

Apart from that, lots of choice of hotels in all price ranges: I've given your website address to friends.

Disappointed

Booked hotel and transfers with Alpharooms. Hotel fantastic and no problem with transfer from airport to hotel however for the return journey I was told to reconfirm the booking the night before we were to leave. I went to reception but there was no number on the printed booking form I had, I had to pay to go on the internet (this took 30 minutes, did not work first time, crashed 2nd time) and there was no number on manage my booking. Back to reception to ring Alpharooms but office was closed. Tried again the following morning but no success however the very helpful receptionist rang some travel agency and they confimed we would be colllected. Over an hour of my holiday time was spent trying to sort out de transfer and it stressed me and my travellers.

Very good

The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, very professional and friendly. We have yet to go on the holiday booked so fingers crossed everything goes to plan, but I would have no reservations of using the service to make a holiday booking again.

Easy and cheapest on the day

Alpha rooms was easy to use straight forward all on point. But the staff at the hotel I stayed in were not nice at all

Second disappointing experience in 2 years:(

After booking hotel and transfers with alpharooms 3 months before departure we arrived at the transfer desk at Palma airport to be met with confusion from the alpharooms local agent. Our names didn't seem to be on the list for a transfer. I had the hotel and transfer itinerary (which was the only printable document in the 'manage my booking' section) in hand but this didn't seem to solve the problem. After waiting 40 minutes at the travel desk we were told to make our way to a bus that would take us to our hotel. We sat on the bus for 50 minutes before passengers from a later flight boarded and the bus finally departed. We had heard the transfer was pretty long -1.5hrs - but we didn't expect to be arriving at our hotel 2.5hrs later! Wasn't the best start to our holiday. Our flight arrived in Palma at 11.10pm and we finally were dropped at our hotel at 3.15 a.m.
When it was time to arrange pick up for the transfer back to the airport, again I encountered confusion at the other end of the phone. 6 minutes (of my airtime bill) later I was told that someone would call me back that afternoon, when they had found my booking. No phone call was received, again I had to call for details of the pick up time. I'm rather disappointed that alpharooms has let us down again and I don't feel I can trust the company to take care of the relaxing experience I look forward to.

FIVE STAR FANTASTIC

Decided to have a short break went online asked for late deals and Alpha rooms popped up. Everything on one site absolutely brilliant. Flight booked - Room Booked -Transfer Booked - One reference number for all.

You start from booking cheapest flights through to hotel /airport transfers. Everything done in one place making the experiance an enjoyment, always found them to be cheapest operator for complete package. Have no problem recommending them

we have used alpharooms for both flights and hotels for about 4 years now and although other sites have been recommended to us we always seem to end up back with alpharooms as they are the cheapest site for fabulous holidays. no I don't work for them I just know a good thing when I find it. we have never had any problems ( touch wood ) and will continue to use this site for as long as they continue to give the first class service that they give us. here's to a lot more great holidays to come!! thank you alpharooms

Holiday in fuengirola

Used this company for the first time last year and was very satisfied. Booked for October this year hope this will be as good.

Easy!

Booked a room with Alpharooms after having a look on several sites, ie. Clever hotels & Expedia etc. They came up with the goods at the cheapest rate, when I looked for a specific hotel in a specific location. The site was easy to navigate, & pretty fool proof.

Nice clean hotel, could do with a bit of updating . Breakfast lovely. asked for a sea view and boy what a lovely sea view we got. All in all enjoyable stay.

Easy site to use & great prices

This is 1st time I have used Alpha rooms to book accomodation. I was looking for a specific apartment which we used this year & wanted for 2014. Alpha rooms had the ones we required at a great price. I would use them again.

We have used Alpha Rooms for a few years now and it has made us feel that we are talking to people who you are not just a number but someone who wants to help you have the best holiday they can aquire for you. We also appriciate the little reminders when it is approching your holiday date. We dont even try any other travel agent ,we have not bee let down so far.

Constantly good value for money.

I have used Alpharooms for over 5 years and wouldn't be doing that if I wasn't very happy with the service. The only time I had a problem it was the hotel that had made a mistake, and Alpharooms sorted it out. The hotel descriptions have always been accurate and the process of booking through Alpharooms straightforward. I have also booked flights a couple of times and that has also worked well. My first point of call when looking for hotel accommodation, and I very rarely go anywhere else.

I have always found booking with Alpharooms to be hassle free.

I would really advise you to book with Alpharooms.com. We have been using them for years now and have never had any problems. If you need to speak to someone, they answer you very quickly, either by internet or by phone. Their prices are very competitive. I haven't found anyone cheaper. Alpharooms are definately the ones to use being very reliable and delivering a first class service.

first class price from a first class company

I couldnt believe the price i was quoted by alpharooms compared to other competitors. The booking was very swift and all information i needed was available to me at a touch of a button. Spot on. Will definitely book through alpharooms again.

Very helpfull

I had a small problem booking my holiday online so I called Alpharooms direct. The problem was diagnosed at once and they stayed on the phone while one of my work colleagues made a call to their bank to see if there was a problem with the credit card we were using. This was all sorted in 5 minutes and the booking went through with no problems.

Booking made easy with competitive prices.

I have recently made 2 separate bookings with AlphaRooms,and on both occasions found the booking process fairly simple.In addition their prices are very competitive and the offer of only paying £10 deposit was very attractive.I had reason to contact them with a minor query following one of the bookings,and they responded very promptly.
Would always make a point of checking AlphaRooms firstly,with future bookings in mind.

Great so far.

I have booked my accommodation through alpharooms for an abroad holiday next year. The lady who I spoke to when booking was very friendly, helpful and informative. I received my confirmation email almost immediately and the accommodation voucher the next day. Everything is great so far but I could only review this part of my dealings with alpharooms as the only way I will know that everything's gone to plan when I go on the holiday and ensure it was all booked correctly. I really hope that it is but I will review again after then to give a better account of my experience with alpharooms.

cheapest rooms

Good website.......but did not confirm details of contact number and address of
hotel..... so had to ggogle hotel. Also had to call hotel direct..... as needed confirmation
that the reservation was made.
Alparooms need to give clients e mail address of Hotel- in case of any problems also clents can contact hotel direct to confirm room booked
Also small fee charged for using their site..... admin charge.
On the whole very good website- will use again.

We provide the address and telephone number of the hotel on the booking voucher so you can locate your hotel. You do not need to confirm your reservation with the hotel - your accommodation voucher is confirmation of the booking with us.

As you have made the booking with us you do not need to contact the hotel. If you wish to make any changes to your booking or have any problems then you must contact us directly not the hotel. Any agreements you make with the hotel direct you will be libel for, so if there are any problems following these changes we would be unable to assist you as we would be unaware.

The charge you refer to is for the use of credit card which is standard practice in the travel industry and is outlined in our terms and conditions which you agree to before booking.
