Did a price comparison with a few other companies and the Alpharoom price was best.
We did book quite late but this should not be a problem. Booked the Meet and Greet service. received absolutely no details about how it worked, where we should go, etc. Spent ages looking through the Alpha Site to find details so I knew what to do the next morning. Nothing on the web site at all. I did a general search on the web - nothing found. This was worrying as we going away in under 24 Hours. I contacted the online help and raised a request. I received a totally useless and not applicable reply. I raised another request and got no reply.
I then had to resort to the PREMIUM RATE phone line to find out what to do. I waited ten minutes and the phone was cut off.
I dialed again and was cut off again after about ten minutes. I then dialed again and gave up after 25 minutes. These calls cost money at a premium rate. I then found a emergency out of hours number which I used. I am pretty sure that it was an overseas number. It was very late and I work up a person to help me. They were good and managed to sort me out. This was late at night by now and i was ready to book another car park.
I spent a fortune on calls and hours of time.
i still have not heard from them.

I am sorry that you have not had the experience you should have with alpharooms.com. I have looked into your file and unfortunately because you logged your ticket as a general query the system would not have marked it as a priority, and I apologize again for this. Our out of hours number is a UK mobile number, and someone is on call every evening once our call centre closes.
