I have made my hotel booking (Spain) today. I'd like to pay blance of my booking, BUT I can't see my booking in MY BOOKINGS!!?? How can I pay balance even if I can't see my booking anywhere?? :( My credit card has been charged for prepayment already!?

I am sorry that you have had to leave a bad review for us. It can take 48 hours for a booking to show in my bookings. if you have any issues with your booking during this time, you can call our customer service team for assistance. However, after speaking with you on Facebook I believe that our customer service team have spoken to you and resolved the issues.
