Really good until I found out that the holiday had been miss sold / described incorrectly.
I phoned up on two separate occasions to check that a 1 bedroom room was in fact a 1 bedroom room and not just a room for all 4 people to stay in. Was told twice by two separate alpha rooms sales people that it was 100% correct. One even quoted that they and phoned the hotel to double check, which should have explained the 5 mins I was on hold! However, once I had booked and paid I was then contacted by costumer services you were sorry to tell me that the 1 bedroom room was just a single room and that they'd 'look into it and get back to me'. Numerous phone calls and 5 days later I have still not heard from them and we are still booked into a single room for 4 people! Then because this is not a package holiday my flight is booked and non refundable even though my accommodation was miss sold! We'll see if Alpha Rooms even bothers to respond or put this right. Lesson learned - Don't rely on their sales people or web site, do your own homework first, even phone the hotel yourself. Don't expect much after sales support.
If they do in fact respond to my request and sort the miss sold accommodation out then I would obviously revise this review.

I apologize for the confusion surrounding your booking. Unfortunately our suppliers all call the rooms by different names and when we called the hotel they in confirmed that a one bedroom is in fact a studio. I am sorry that this was not communicated to you in the correct way.
I hope that since I last spoke to you that this issue has been resolved and I again, apologize for any inconvenience caused.
