HAS ANY BODY TRYED TO CANCELL A BOOKING WITH ALPHAROOMS ?? MY WIFE HAD TO HAVE URGENT SURGERY AND IS NOT ALLOWED TO FLY.
I CONTACTED ALPHAROOMS A WEEK AGO AND WAS ADVISED TO USE THE OPTIONS ON MANAGE MY BOOKING WHICH I DID, I HAVE WAITED 7 DAYS FOR CONFIRMATION OF THE HOTEL AND TRANSFERS BEEN CANCELLED AND NOTHING SO FAR . !!!!!!!!!!!!! I CALLED AGAIN TODAY ON HOLD FOR 9 MIN @ 10P A MIN AND WAS TOLD THAT WE ARE BUSY ITS SUMMER AND WE WILL CANCELL IT FOR YOU WHEN WE CAN ??.
MY WIFE IS STILL VERY POORLY AND SHE IS WORRIED ABOUT MAKING SURE THAT THE HOTEL AND TRANSFERS ARE CANCELLED URGENTLY. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT FOR ME.
