So far so good !
Cannot fault the booking experience on line, as far as cost and simplicity is concerned. BUT we have yet to arrive at the hotel so therefor unable to confirm all booking conditions were met.
Hopefully if all goes well I will be able to update this feedback/rating so watch this space !
UPDATE...............I have provided a review having been prompted on my return home and still gave 5 stars not only to ALPHA ROOMS but to the Gloria Palace Hotel Amadores excellent large room with balcpny and seaview as requested. Well done Alpha Rooms.

Alpharooms takes all the stress out of booking your holiday!!
Alpharooms website is so simple and easy to use. Just put your requirements into the search box and hit go! They'll show you a great choice of accommodation with ratings, reviews and photographs. You just pick which one you want and they'll show you the full price to pay (only add on at the pay page is a small admin fee). It's so easy and quick to use, with fantastic prices that all our family uses alpharooms when choosing a holiday now!

Booking
The booking was easier enough but the confirmation email could be a bit clearer, i presume i take this to the hotel to prove that i have paid via you and you pay the hotel, this is not made clear.

ALPHA ROOMS IGNORED MY REQUEST
Well its been 4 hours and still no explanation to their request that they will look into it. Terrible Customer Services!!!!!

Dear Louise,
We work on modifications based on the date of travel, due to the number of requests we get. As you travel in June, this is why it has yet to be answered.
We would have advised you the most cost effective way to deal with this request and to avoid admin fees would be to make a new separate booking for the extra nights.

rubbish - customer service is abysmal
I booked 2 rooms in Leeds via this site, and aftre making payment relaised that the wrong date had been booked. I contacted them straight away (computer had for some reason reverted my dates back from July to the following date in April), the girl I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and told me the costs which I had paid (£170) would be used as an admin fee for the error. I asked them to reconsider and after asking to speak to a manager, she reluctantly said she would try and help me.
I subsequently contacted the hotel who informed me that Aplpha rooms had indeed got the booking wrong as they had only booked one room when I had asked for 2! and they had transferred the booking for no additional charge. I have ended up paying an addition £61.
I have entered numerous support requests, all of which were ignored until I left a message on facebook demanding answers.
I would avaid this compant like the plague and use another booking site for your needs. I will never use them again, not if my life depended on it

I am disheartened that you have left such a negative review for us when I resolved this issue for you on the 16th April on Facebook.
After you booked your hotel for the incorrect dates we contacted our providers and negotiated with them to reduce the charges if we re booked for the correct dates. We have received confirmation that they were both willing to do that and our CS department emailed all the details over.
After you spoke to the hotel, who told you that we had only booked one room, you posted the question on Facebook. I was able to check your booking and confirm that the hotel was incorrect and that we had booked you a twin and a triple room for the dates you had wanted in April.
If you do not feel you were helped in a satisfactory way please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Relations team with any grievance.

The male advisor was extremelly helpfull
For a change one thing in life was sooo simple to book with Alpharooms.com My booking took only a few minutes and the advisor was really helpfull advising me what was the best deal I have used them before many times and would have no hesitation in using them again.

bargain cheapest on the net
alpharooms has to be the cheapest on the web very easy to book and confirmation by email almost straight away only problem is after using them over a dozen times i never receive any reward i think they should reward you for using regularly

nothin's too much
Second time using alpharooms to help me get fixed up with a holiday and no problem as usual, I hope the return transfers are as straight forward in palma as they were in alacante

Definitely the cheapest hotel bookings I have found
I have used alpharooms to book holidays many times and have found it the cheapest website and find the website easy to use.
Only reservation I have is that the phone number is not free from my BT anytime and I have waited a few days for a mistake I have made on the booking to be resolved.

Very user friendly, quick, simple and no hassle.
Very good and 'nice' experience.
I have used other online booking services when trying to book holidays, flights and hotels and find these very fustrating at their sites freezing just as you are about to complete the payments details, then once you are back on the system the price has been refreshed and increased quite sharply.
Alpharooms never froze and the price stayed the same throughout the booking process. No hassle, no frustration, user friendly, quick and simple with the confrimation received promptly for peace of mind.

Book with care
I rang alpha rooms to book a holiday and flight to Dubrovnik in July. All booked and confirmed and paid £499 for flights and extras with hotel to be paid on arrival. Was happy with everything until 2 separate emails arrived from monarch and alpha rooms. Monarch had only received £446.00 from me but alpha had received £499. Rang for an explanation and was told that the prices has changed since I was quoted . Was then told that alpha rooms keep the difference. Would have been better to book directly with Monarch as I usually do. The holiday has yet to take place so can't comment further just hope my experience is more positive!

Simple booking
Easy site to complete a full holiday booking.Flights,hotels & transfers were competitive compared to other sites.Whole procedure was quick to do.Have used them before & all the arrangements were kept to the letter.

Easy website, booking a holiday couldn't be easier!
I've used Alpharooms 4 times now and have always had an excellent holiday. The website s easy to use and when I've made special requests (ground floor or cots for example) everything is always sorted out straight away.

Good website but lacking in essential details.
The site is user friendly but lacked vital information. I wanted to know about airport transfers in Dubai but couldn't find anything to help me. I had to call the company which I was reluctant to do as it is expensive to call. When I called the operator was friendly and efficient. I booked car parking at the airport but have had no information on this at all.

Good service when had to amend booking
I have booked with Alpharooms a number if times and never had any problems - the last time I had to send an e-mail request to which no one responded - but when I called on the phone service was really good and dealt with quickly

Found problem in no time and completed booking.
We could see Apartment we would like to book
But was unable to enter our details.
Ringing Alpha rooms was easy and was talking to representative right away, within minutes we were booked in and booking receipt received. So refreshing to find helpful staff a phone call away.

Great Web Service for Holiday's and Flights.
This holiday booking procedure was as easy as it could be. You had 3 choices Hotel, Flights, and Hotel plus Flights. There was a huge choice, and the booking system was straight foreward. I did notice though the prices for the same accomodation over a period of a couple of day's kept going up in price, however i suspect this was reflecting the holiday season creeping ever closer.

This is not the first holiday that i have booked with alpharooms,but the service is just as good as ever.The whole process is easy with the advice and information that you received.Confirmation and other documentation received by e-mail within 30 minutes.
Cant fault the service received.The price we paid for the holiday was the cheapest that was available anywhere.

was checking prices for santa ponsa recently,had chosen hotel but could not find my debit card,went back next night to book it and it was £20 more,,was not too pleased about that !

Well worth the money!!!
Having used various booking sites I found Alpharooms website very easy to navigate. This helped when comparing prices on other websites. Having made 2 separate bookings I found the prices very reasonable & when one of the hotels we booked was not to our expectations, we were able to transfer to the other hotel within 24 hours of our request, which was made late on a Saturday afternoon.

Quick and easy to book a very cheap holiday online
I loved how I could book everything online without having to speak to a person. I also liked how the price online was the price I actually paid as often with other holiday websites the price differs once it comes to payment

Helpful courteous service.
Used Alpharooms many times with no problems.
My preferred accommodation is a hotel with self-catering apartments available.
However, the web-site allowed me to book a hotel room, but did not let me select or book the SC apartments (which I have done many times in the past).
A phone call to AR followed, told that it was probably a case of the AR allocation being sold-out. (Would it not have been better to let me know this through the web-site?).

Very quick and easy..I have used Alpharooms for years
We were recommended Alpharooms by a colleague around 15 years ago, and I have use it as a first site whenever I need to book a hotel in a place I am unfamiliar with or need at short notice.
We have never been disappointed with the standards or price of the accommodation.
The only thing on our recent trip was that since we live in Mallorca, we forgot to take our passports to the hotel and they were needed at reception for booking in. It might be useful to have a reminder on the booking form/voucher.
