I book a hotel in London for my wife and I to celebrate our Wedding Aniversary and Alpharooms made that experience for staightforward and came up with a very competitive deal. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again myself.

my transfer voucher was e,maildto me with the wrong pick up times for inward and retun flightsasked for an e,mail with the correct times and there answer was go into www,alpharooms,com and you will find it somwhere there it wasnt me who made the mistake i booked through you when i booked the hotel all i wanted was an e,mail with the correctimes maybe you can help as your SUPPORTteam cant support id 354263 and my booking is CUNKGYD
My partner and I booked a week in Salou through Alpharooms. Everything seemed fine until we got to our destination were we were told at the hotel that Alpharooms had double booked our room and we had to go to another hotel after a heated dispute (to a taxi journey cost of 10 euro, which we had to pay). When we got to the new hotel we had to pay 13 Euros 'tax' (also not our fault). Our original hotel was beach view were as the second hotel was further in land. We have complained to Alpharooms by telephone and are still waiting for a reply some three weeks later. I have written to Alpharooms and will wait to hear their reasons for all this. I felt disappointed at the start of our holiday as this put a dampener on what should have been a trouble free relax in the sun time. I still feel disappointed in Alpharooms and would definitely NOT recommend them to ANYONE.
I booked a holiday at Jardin del Mar in Santa Ponsa with Alpha. I had read some bad reports about sea view room allocations so I took the precaution of ringing Alpha to make sure I was getting a full sea view. I spoke to a very helpful young man and he assured me that this would be the case. I don't recall his name but he was going to Magalauf on a promo holiday he had won and we joked about bumping into each other. I am sure the telephone recording will verify all this. We wished each other happy hols.
On arrival at the hotel tired and wet we were allocated a room which was opposite a car park with a side distant sea view. Exactly why I made the telephone call.
After complaining we were told this is what you have got take it. After this disagreement went on for some time he put me through to a girl at Alpha called [name] who was no help at all.
She told me that Alpha's Voucher clearly saying SEA VIEW did not mean that. I said that on the website Alpha differentiated between side views and sea views..........no we don't was the reply and my problem was with "my agent....Olympia.
The result was I had to agree to pay the hotel an upgrade of 20 Euros per night or stay in an unsuitable room and this would only happen if a room was available the next day.
In summary bad feeling, one night and most of the next day ruined and Alpha's performance rating from me.........................ZERO made even worse since my return when I have tried and tried to contact them
I book every year a golfing holiday to spain the hotel alay appartments this year had to book 2 appartments with lowcost hols because was told none available from yourselfs !!!! only to find later they became available cancelled a 1 bed apartment with low cost to get the accomidation I wanted with low cost charged me !! please notify me at the earliest time poss trust me we go every year 8 to 12 people thx
I booked a 2 week holiday in Spain only to be notiifed 5 days before departure that there had been a "linking error" and my accommodation was no longer available. I was offered an alternative with accommodation on a like for like basis and £100 compensation for any inconvenience caused. I booked 2 bedroom accommodation so one would assume that meant I was being offered a 2 bed alternative. 2 days before departure it was confirmed that I was going to the place I'd originally booked but I was being offered 1 bed accommodation instead. In essence I was being downgraded. With only 48hrs left I had little choice but to accept the downgrade - which I can assure you was a significant step down to what I had booked and paid for and spoiled my holiday before it even began. However when I queried whether I would be refunded the difference in cost Alpharooms fobbed me off ludicrously suggesting the 1 bed accomm at Playa Cambrils cost more than the 2 bed accommodation at Playa Cambrils that I'd paid for. I raised a complaint regarding this on their 'manage my account' system over 4 weeks ago and to date I've received no reply. If the £100 really is "compensation for my inconvenience" then you still owe me the difference in price between the acommodation I got and that which I paid for. Here's your chance to publicly reprieve yourself Alpharooms - sort it out!!
It was very easy to book my holiday there was no hassle and very straight forward ,only downfall was the shuttle bus company they book with vetis urbis was ridiculous ,we arrived to Malaga at half ten and our transfer was for 11:45 by the time we got our bags we were on the bus for half eleven but the bus didn't pull off until half twelve which left us sittin on the bus for an hour before we even moved and the driver did not care he said he was waiting for people who had canceled , so we eventually took off and I did not get to my hotel until 2:15 it was a bad start to my holiday and I suggest yo don't use that company...i will not be booking transfer threw you again...
Booking is simple with no hidden charges. Service is excellent when you contact the company and the value for money is brilliant when compared to other agencies. It is a company I fully trust and strongly recommend it to all my friends and family.
Alpharooms is my first port of call when looking to book a getaway. The website is user-friendly, very easy to navigate and gives you the choice of booking everything together or gives you the option to book flights, hotels separately if desired.
The hotel choices are varied depending on your budget and you can easily narrow down the vast array of hotels on offer by clicking on the easy to find filters enabling you to quickly and easily find a holiday to fit your budget.
The confirmation and payment section are easy to follow and even allows you to book those important little extras - the different options for transfers to and from the airport to your resort are great.
And by no means least, I've not found any site that offers better value for money - I've looked at many other holiday booking websites and this always comes out as my favourite.
I have used the services of alpharooms many times most recently to arrange an apartment in Benidorm in November. I have always found them very efficient and helpful and trouble free. They will even arrange airport transfers for you so all you need after booking your flight is an email to alpharooms. In short they provide a good useful service for a fair price.
I have just returned froma hoilday in Spain. We couldn't go for a week only 5 nights 6 days. I found the flights I wanted and a better standard of apartment than I had been looking at on another web site. I have used Alpharooms before and like the fact that what you see on screen is what you can book, unlike some companys who tell you that the particular holiday you were looking at has gone as it was not "live".
I will certainly book with Alpharooms everytime I want to go somewhere, instant confirmation and your money is completely covered.
I have booked through Alpharooms over 10 times now. The reason we use them is the ease of navigation and the price you see is the price you pay. Most importantly, the confirmation, invoice and accomodation voucher are emailed to you in less than a minute. Great service.
It was easy to navigate and find the holiday package I was looking for, although not really knowing the company I was a little hesitant to go ahead and make the booking. As soon as I'd made the payment though the email confirmations were reassuring even though I could see that alpharooms basically search other providers for best deals and then package it together for you. We're now waiting for the holiday in Feb next year and really looking forward to it, the only thing left to do now is check in online with Monarch.
