The price is right
Alpharooms is a quick and efficient website to refer to when looking for rooms anywhere in the world. I always start there and then maybe compare a few prices elsewhere but it seems in my experience that Alpharooms gives the best prices and service. I would, and have on several occasions, recommended them to friends and family.

AlphaRooms is a great site to book with
We have found that booking with Alpha Rooms gives us nothing to worry about as they are a competant company and we would recommend them. As a couple in our mid 70's what we require is easy to book accomodation, hazzle free.

Alpharooms My first time
I was told about alpharooms from my sister and was gald that I could use the phone as well as the internet the staff was very plesent and helpfull from start to finish and I have alredy recermended them to lots of friends relations and will be useing them again

A decade of using Alpharooms
I have been using Alpharooms for approximately ten years now and have never been disappointed. I always book hotels so cannot comment on any other type of accomodation. Plenty of information is given on the site i.e. location, tourist attractions, distance from airports and railway stations. It is also very good value for money. The option to review accomodation one has stayed in is great as it is really helpful to read of other peoples' experiences in these hotels. I would recommend Alpharooms to anyone looking for accomodation.

Perfect from start to finish!
Booked a package with alpharooms.com and it was absolultely fantastic. Great prices and superb service. Booked flights, transfer and hotel and everything went smoothly.

Huge choice and defintely cheapest choice as well.
Great choice of hotels and flights and very rarely do I find a website with cheaper prices. Have never had an issue with them so have never needed to contact them. I have booked several flights and hotels with them for a few years now.

One stop holiday search!
We have been going on foreign holidays for over 25 years. Last September a friend introduced us to Alpharooms. We travelled to Spain with them, and we are never going to use any other Travel Company ever again. Everything was most satisfactory and efficient and we had the most relaxing holiday ever!! We will be travelling with them again this year.

Very good and reliable!
I have used Alpharooms several times for hotelbooking only. I live in Norway and are flying from Oslo. I have been booking both for only 2 people and for up tp 9 people, and it worked as I hoped each time. No problems ever.

Good value for money site.
Tried various sites for a reasonably priced 3 star hotel in centre of London and alpharooms came up with the best location and price by far. However, I tried to book two twin rooms but I was only offered a twin and a double online although the hotel's own site said there were two twins available. Phoned alpharooms and they got it sorted out immediately and I booked on the phone. Got the option of taking train or flying from Edinburgh anf found flying cost nearly half (!) the price of the train. The operator at alpharooms also suggested a low cost transfer option from Gatwick to centre of London (he said he used to live in London so that was useful!) Quick and efficient service and helpful staff :-)

We have found Alpharooms.com to be a safe and trusting company to book holidays through at the very best possible price.we initially had a problem with a hotel that we booked in july 2012 with Alpharooms but as it was dealt with in a very professional manner we feel very comfortable in continuing booking with them and have done so already.from our experience with them we would definitely recommend them.

Excellent !!
I have been booking will alpharooms now for over three or four years and book four holidays each year for a group of us all and have found them very good, even when i had a problem it was sorted out the following day.

excellent value for money,especially for us pensioners
the alpha apartments were really good, we loved the area, and the amenities al around, this is the 2nd time we have stayed there and will be going back in june, having stayed in other hotels/apartments we find the alpha the best of the lot and look forward to june, the staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean what more can we ask for.

Good Deal
We have used Alpharooms on several occasions and have never had any problems. The flights offered have been with reliable operators and the hotels first class. Have read some reviews to the contrary but we have have always had good service.

When booking your hotel anyway - always check with Alpharooms first and you will be surprised at how reasonable you will get your break for. They have loads and loads of hotels to choose from so you will easily find one that suits your budget.

Reliable, Effective, Value for Money, Haven't lwt us down yet.
Alpharooms.com was recommended by a friend a few years back, so we thought we'd check them out - first time not using a holiday company,
same thing as booking through an agent online we said, except cheaper, having been to a few places before in hindsight all you're missing is the rep, if you want to pay 30-40% more, I'll act as a rep for you.
We were a bit aprehensive the first time using alpharooms, took us a minute or two to find the transfer, now we no what to look for it's plain sailing.
Arrive at airport and check in at airport, check in as any other air travel, get off, look for the alpharoom transfer - transfer agent handles for a few groups, - get dropped off at hotel / apartment, take voucher to reception, enjoy holiday (spend what you save) phone for collection time, get collected, and dropped off at airport, get flight as normal and you're back home again.
The site is simple to navigate range of resorts is extensive, choice of airlines, value is great aerlingus flights for december go up onschedule 11th feb will be booking our winter hols with alpharooms as soon as.
double check on the insurance as the small print says you must be a U.K. resident, so not suitable for us Irish.
Give them a try we have and can't see ourselves using anyone else.

A great organisation, highly recommended!
I've used Alpharooms for a few years now and never been disappointed. They find hotels just where you want them and to the specification you are looking for. I've always found their prices to be highly competitive, cheaper than if you book directly with the hotel itself. One year I had to rearrange my dates and I rang the office and told them the problem. They dealt directly with the hotel, rang me back and sorted everything out - no problem! I would definitely recommend Alpharooms - unreservedly!

How can I pay balance??
I have made my hotel booking (Spain) today. I'd like to pay blance of my booking, BUT I can't see my booking in MY BOOKINGS!!?? How can I pay balance even if I can't see my booking anywhere?? :( My credit card has been charged for prepayment already!?

I am sorry that you have had to leave a bad review for us. It can take 48 hours for a booking to show in my bookings. if you have any issues with your booking during this time, you can call our customer service team for assistance. However, after speaking with you on Facebook I believe that our customer service team have spoken to you and resolved the issues.

Very Dissappointed
Did a price comparison with a few other companies and the Alpharoom price was best.
We did book quite late but this should not be a problem.
Booked the Meet and Greet service. received absolutely no details about how it worked, where we should go, etc.
Spent ages looking through the Alpha Site to find details so I knew what to do the next morning. Nothing on the web site at all.
I did a general search on the web - nothing found.
This was worrying as we going away in under 24 Hours.
I contacted the online help and raised a request. I received a totally useless and not applicable reply.
I raised another request and got no reply.
I then had to resort to the PREMIUM RATE phone line to find out what to do.
I waited ten minutes and the phone was cut off.
I dialed again and was cut off again after about ten minutes. I then dialed again and gave up after 25 minutes.
These calls cost money at a premium rate.
I then found a emergency out of hours number which I used. I am pretty sure that it was an overseas number. It was very late and I work up a person to help me.
They were good and managed to sort me out. This was late at night by now and i was ready to book another car park.
I spent a fortune on calls and hours of time.
i still have not heard from them.
Hopeless.
Clicking two stars on this review which is the minimum makes it look better than it was.

Could do better.
Of all the hotel providers through which I have booked rooms,alpharooms,in my opinion,is the least sympathetic and helpful if things go wrong. One particular example which immediately springs to mind is when I booked a room in Rimini via alpharooms.Upon arrival,I found that the hotel was closed (alpharooms had not informed me of this in advance) and I found myself being taken by a complete stranger
whom the hotel's bar (which was open) contacted,,to another hotel.
The only comment that alpharooms was prepared to make about this was that it was unaware that the hotel was closed.Alpharooms was extremely unhelpful over the phone,took ages to answer letters and refused point-blank to allow me to enter its Sheffield office,when I returned to the U.K.
In fairness to alpharooms,the company did pay for my alternative accommodation
and,after a long,long interval,begrudgingly refunded me the pice of one night's B=B
according to the original hotel's nightly rate,but I still feel that it should have made much more effort to treat a loyal customer better.

Great Service
no problem with booking our hotel, and got it cheaper with Alpharooms than if i had booked it direct with the hotel, will be using them again!
