Paid balance before due date as we would be away on due date, then Alpharooms took the BALANCE again on due date, when we got home and got our bank statement I contacted Alpharooms and they immediately put balance back into my account
Have used Alpharooms several times and have been very pleased. The last booking was no exception. Searching, booking and payment was completed to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Alpharooms.
i booked with alpharooms for a few days in benidorm and all went well until i checked my bank and the payment was taken out twice i tried to contact them to no avai,l i email them and no reply, i sent several messages through my account which it tells you to do, no reply as yet and that was three days ago i dont know what to do wether to wait on them getting back to me or just get in touch with my bank
I have used alpha rooms for some time and always had good attention and sevice, and have just booked again,however I want to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory experience on my previous when I I tried to contact you regarding missing information on my transfer vouchers.i made several attempts via my account e mail page which were never answered. I then tried the premium rate telephone with usual infuriating no answer even the national line gave the same thing ie for example there is a 34 min waiting time eventually after at least week I managed to talk to someone on a different line I suggest you improve your contact arrangements, you can start by ending using the premium tel lines ,answering e mails and answering tel calls- you are not busy all the time
With so many websites for hotel being complicated it was refreshing for someone of my age (60+) and with little internet experience to be able to go on a website and to be able to navigate easily through it from start to finish. When people are looking to book a hotel (or anything) they don't need any extras popping up to complicate thing, they want to go straight for what they need and make the booking,. This is what happens with alpharooms, making things as easy and quick as possible. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend.
I've just altered my holiday plans and I was worried It was going to be difficult but the help and service I got from Alfarooms was second to none I have experienced. I will not hesitate to use Alfarooms again in the future.

ive book many holidays over the years with alpharooms and have never had a problem . costs a lot less than a travel agent for the same product.i will continue to book my getaways with the real professionals
I checked other sites for hotels/rooms and found alpharooms fitted my criteria. They offer budget to high end accommodation, it is straight forward, easy and quick to book. I am pleased with the price quoted, as it has allowed me to stay in my chosen destination for longer. The price I paid was brilliant!
I went on the alpha rooms web site to get a price for rooms I had booked with another company when I got the rooms up that I had previously booked alpharooms bettered their price by over £100 per room so I cancelled and booked through alpha rooms it was very quick and easy will defo. use again as long as this trip goes well
Rang Alpha rooms to see what holiday they could find us, they were so good, rang me back & we went through everything together what we were looking for. booked us to Tenerife (Again) love them they are so helpful and always look for the best deal for us. The Apartments they booked us are amazing Sunset Bay in Costa Adeje, loved them so much just booked to go back, Thank you Alphrooms. :)
I have been trying to pay the balance of one booking and make another booking. There was a problem with your website payment system so I telephoned (long wait) and spoke to a lady who said she would take the payment and I would receive confirmation of the other booking within 72 hours. Absolutely nothing happened so as the website said customer service very busy I sent 2 messages using contact form. No reply received so I phone again and was on the phone for 25 minutes. At least this lady sorted out everything but frankly I am disgusted with your service. Why should I waste my money on long phone calls? I should add that when there rooms have always been good and well priced.
