In the past we have found Alpharooms to be ideal for finding 2 or 3 nights good quality and excellant value accomodation close to our main holiday resorts. We have timeshare and often find difficulty co-ordinating best value flights with our fixed arrival and or departure dates. Alpharooms have always been able to assist allowing us to take advantage of much cheaper flights.
However recently we have used Alpharooms for short breaks in Brugge (excellant) and an 11 day holiday in Tenerife (Golf del Sur). We have been so impressed all round with Alpharooms that it may not be long before we give up our timeshare points (after 27 years!) and revert to Alpharooms for all our holiday needs.

A trust worthy straight forward no hassel site to use

I have used Alpharooms for the last few years, with no problems. The company are very helpful and friendly, if you need backup in what you do , when booking with them. I visit their site when booking a holiday, which is 3 or 4 times a year. I have not used the travel agent as Alpha make it very compeditive against a lot of holiday companies.

I would recommend Alpha Rooms to book with as over the last year we have tried many different resorts in mallorca and the hotels have always been as described in the details, they have all been excellent value for money and would repeat to go back anytime, already looking for deals over the next few months.

First time to book the way I did could not find Ireland of course it should of being republic phoned alpha rooms and from there the staff did it all for me I was asking for a balcony the girl told me they all come with balcony saving me money all my papers e mailed no worries definitely use alpha rooms again .fantastic holiday .

Excellent Site and you get exactly what you want because there is such a choice on it.

I would recommend this site to anyone looking to book a holiday, be it flight and accommodation together or just accommodation. There is such a large variety both in price and location that you are bound to find what you are looking for at an exceptional price. You can also book a transfer from the Airport to your Hotel and it is very realible.

first time we used alpharooms , we usualy use booking dot com , on this occasion we could not use them to get the hotel we wanted the only way was with alpharooms so we tried it , all went well , i was i little surprised that we had to pay months in advance and it was non refundable , with our usual booking agent you can cancel for free 24 hours before, and you only pay on arrival at the hotel . maybe thats why this hotel was not available anyware else !!. getting information about the hotel was not easy to obtain after our booking , whilst at the hotel we did discover from a member of staff just how good a deal we had from alpharooms , it was a lot cheaper than going direct through the hotel chain . looking back now i had no need to worry about the booking but until we arrived at the check in desk i did have doubts !

Alpharooms were very efficient and organised everything without any bother at all.
Taxis were on time and waiting at the airport and all bookings were done great without any surprises or hidden costs.
We would certainly use them again because of the great service we received.

I receive e-mails from many companies offering special deals on holidays. I do look at them but always go back to Alpharooms to see what they can offer the same flights and accommodation for. Each and every time, Alpharooms come out tops and as we've used them so many times, are reluctant to change to another company where we'd have to re-read all the 'small print'. I always recommend Alpharooms and will continue to do so.

I always use Alpharooms to book my accommodation for England and abroad i always find them the cheapest i have used them about 5 times in the last year, and never had any problems..I like the fact you can book ahead and pay a small deposit i love the facebook page and its competitions i have won money off vouchers a couple of times...and recently won a Alphie toy which i look forward to taking with me on my next booking with Alpharooms to Lanzarote in May..very easy site to use and everything on hand under the manage my bookings

Never had any problems with alpharooms - great hols at great prices!

Me and my Partner have been on Holiday with alpharooms a few times, and have never had any probs. I was very wary of booking holidays via an internet website, as I have traditionally used travel agents because I was worried about our Travel arrrangements being messed up somehow. I had no need to worry though, as it's dead easy. Once it's booked, all of the documents are sent to you by e-mail, and these can be re-sent at any time using the 'manage my booking' facility. If anyone is worried about booking via alpharooms then believe me, there is NO-ONE more windy than me where booking a Hol is concerned, but there is no-catch! I have read a few reviews saying they have had problems contacting the company, but I have phoned loads of times due to my windyness and have always been dealt with patiently, even though I'm probably a bit of a pain in the backside!
If you're thinking of booking through alpharooms, i'd say go for it!

Best priced accommodation available anywhere on the Internet.

I booked with Alpharooms for hotel accommodation to Tenerife. The process was very easy and prices were clearly stated. I compared many websites prices and Alpharooms came out best by far. The reviews links to the accommodation were easy to navigate to and their sites description of the hotel I chose were excellent. Documentation was promptly emailed to me to print off. I would use Alpharooms again without hesitation.

Customer Service not brilliant but they have redeemed themselves

I was searching for accomodation for 1-3 Feb, after finding what I thought was a good deal I booked. After confirming my payment I realised the booking was for the next day 8/1 even though I had never changed any of my search dates. As this was at 10.30pm I tried the manage my booking bit on the website but the booking wasn't on there (and still isn't 11 hours later), I tried phoning the customer services number which was closed but did give an emergency contact number which was also closed. I then emailed them which I was told hadn't been received and was then told that the email address I sent it to wasn't monitored (this was the email from the confirmation)
I finally got through at 9am the next day, even though the website says they are open from 8am to be told I would still have to pay as they will be charged by their suppliers but they didn't seem interested in contacting their suppliers to look into this. I was also told that bookings can take up to 72 hours to come up on the manage my bookings bit.
As they use hotelbeds as their supplier you may as well go direct to them.

We got a message from the customer services team a couple of days later to say that they were going to give me a full refund and that has been done so I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars

I still think they need to look at their 1st line customer services as the standard answer is "it is in the terms and conditions" if they took the time to look into something I would have been happier even if it hadn't have gone my way.

Easy to use, good price no problems at all in recomending them

Ive used alpharooms on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. I normally book last min, and if i have not received hotel voucher a quick phone call and its sent via email.

NEVER EVER AGAIN.

First time using this Alpharooms and never ever again. Tried to cancel the booking THREE MINUTES after booking and they wanted £157.42 to cancel so we had to travel with them but NEVER EVER AGAIN. Complaint email to them was ignored.
WARNING - My advise USE ANOTHER TRAVEL COMPANY.

In addition, all the costs relating to your booking are clearly indicated in the booking process before we ask you to confirm and pay. With such a short time period between you booking and wanting to cancel I can only imagine you found the holiday cheaper elsewhere. Had we been informed of this we would have been happy to match that cost with our Price Promise.

Never had any problems

I have only used Alpha rooms twice but have never had any problems. In both cases I completed all transactions online.

Generally Good

I paid extra for documents to be posted 2 weeks in advance, but I had to ring on several occasions and got them 5 days before holiday start.
I paid extra for Superior room, but got a room that was clearly inferior to other rooms.
The Taxi service From & to the airport was excellent, using high class BMW cars.

Does not reply on complaints

Arrived in hotel at frontdesk. Hotel seems not to be booked on our name. All other persons got a drink on arrival. We stand there for 1 hour. Finally we got a room.
But only 2 single beds. We where with 3. Back again to the frontdesk. This hotel has not standard double/Twin rooms as mentioned in the order. We got the last room in the hotel in the cellar. No sea view. We sent a complaint to alpha rooms. However no reply till today.

Good price/excellent service

Booked through Alpha rooms which included flight with Ryan Air - who changed our flight home - Alpha rooms were very quick to send a new transfer voucher and give advice about the transfers when I contacted them.
