Great stuff, great prices.
I've bought a Lhoon off their site, and another shipment with some stuffsacks is on its way. I've never had a titanium spoon before, so I can't really tell whether it's anything special, but it's lightweight and seems strong, so I am happy.
The prices are right. The descriptions of the gear are very informative. They update you with information on the shipment as it progresses.
All in all a pleasant experience.

Excellent Quality and Value
I have a number of Alpkit items, a skyhigh down sleeping bag and a down jacket, being my 2 favorite. Both cost considerably less than the nearest high street rivals, and dare I say it, better quality.
My sleeping bag is extra long, extra warm, and extra fabulous, at a price of £135, at the time of buying the nearest comparable sleeping bag was over well over £200, a no brainer really, and delivered the next day.
As a regular camper that feels the cold, my Alpkit kit has been money very well spent.
When it comes to ordering they are very thoughtful, you can choose to be called by a human being, to pay over the phone , rather than putting details into the computer. The alpkit staff have always been more than happy to talk and answer any queries.
I am now coveting an Alpkit tent, one day I will add one to my ever growing tent collection.
Keep up the brilliant work Alpkit, and to everyone else, if you are looking for quality kit I would not recommend any company ahead of alpkit.

Outdoor company of choice
Great kit, free next day delivery on everything I've bought so far, and the customer service has been perfect so far.
Quality seems really good, the staff actually seem to use their products in anger, and they seem to take customer feedback and improve the products as a result.
First place I look when I need outdoor stuff.

great peice of kit.
Bivy bag ordered a lot cheaaper then I can find anywhere else for the same quality. havnt had a chance to try it outside yet but so far its looking great. sales and postage was faster and have alreadyt ordered a head torch since.

Solid equipment at a very good price
Been using alpkit for years on and off.
They basically do their own range of outdoor kit on the whole at much better prices than the big name equivalents.
I can attest that the quality is solid, i've direct comparable experience for example of their roll mat products which are every bit as good as their thermarest equivalents.
At times they can find it hard to renew stock, but their online stock tracking is very good - i've never had misreported stock nor seen them use enticers which then turn out not to be available.

Exceptional service, fantastic products
I have now ordered twice from Alpkit, for both summer and winter items. I have been so pleased with all my products from there and their customer service is brilliant. I've already recommended it to family and friends. A great place to shop!

Great prices, top kit and friendly
I have purchased a number of items from Alpkit and I have always been very happy with the price, speed of postage and after sales service. I would recommend their down jackets to anyone, I have had years of service out of mine and it has lasted really well. I also own a head torch which in my opinion cannot be beaten at the price point. To top it all off they offer free postage, not really sure how they do it for the price.
