Very slow!
Well I have to say that I am really disappointed, I ordered my multivitamines last Thursday, it is Wednesday now and stile haven't got them yet! Needless to say that I will not order from this company again. If I was you Althealt, I would try to focus on delivery times, as this can be really frustrating for the customer.

Child's Birthday spoiled....
I ordered some balloons from this company for my daughter's fourth birthday. The fair trade natural latex balloons seem to be out of stock everywhere else, so I was delighted to find them in stock at Althealth after trawling the internet for several hours. Sadly though, it turns out that this company is just a middleman - they don't appear to hold stock, and emailed to say that the company *they* were buying from was, surprise, surpise, out of stock.
I am very cross that this company did not state on their website that they simply order stock from others when it is purchased - it means that they have no idea until after a product has been ordered whether it is actually available. It is too late now to buy balloons for my daughter's birthday - even "non-ethical" ones.

Excellent service!
I ordered some Holle formula from Althealth but it was not allowed into US. I emailed Mike and he promptly replied as to why my order hasn't arrive. Turns out Big Brother FDA doesn't allow wholesome, organic infant formula to enter the US. So we are left with 2 choices arsenic or DHA processed with Hexane that's available in the US market.
I just want to thank you Mike from Althealth because he promptly refunded the amount I paid to me and he had to paid US custom to ship the formula back to UK.
Thank you Mike, this type of service means a lot. : )

Poor delivery, poor communication
Trying this post yet again - neither first nor second got through, perhaps because of the low rating?! This is what I said -
"So they can ship to the States in 7 days can they - but it takes 11 days just to cross part of Yorkshire!! Ordered 2 items on 21st Feb. Their T&Cs say will despatch in 4 days or inform. After 7 days, without contact, I chased - got a 'sorry' but no explanation but they then said they'd shipped the full order. Received that on 2nd March - 11 days after order. BUT it was only part of the order; they couldn't get the item I specifically wanted. Why didn't they tell me sooner, at worst when they despatched the other (less important, as it happens) part of the order - I could at least have ordered sooner from elsewhere. Communication and customer service is key but they seem not aware of it.
Would I use them again - no way, there are far better businesses out there -
Natures Best, Nutriglow, Discount Vits and Herbs etc etc. "
Interestingly, I ordered similar items from All Natural Health Store via Amazon lunch time a few days ago and received them next a.m. so another one to recommend!

items damaged
I have ordered from Althealth before - every time - unfortunately items(boxes) have been damaged. I would very much prefer that items were sent in a box (instead of "bubble envelopes")

Very Poor
Really unimpressed - placed an order and had a garbled email full of symbols etc, sent to me. Then didn't hear anything. 8 days after placing my order, I sent an email to find out where it was, and got no response. 10 days after placing my order I phoned and had an email back that day informing me that the product was not available and my order had been cancelled. Very poor customer service, I felt. Won't be returning to this site.

Thank you for taking note of my concerns about the Israeli product you were stocking (Femarelle), and for recognising the contradiction of selling health products that help finance a country that denies health care and healthy living conditions to so many. Didn't have item ordered in stock, and took 7 days before letting me know they could not supply it.
Fair policy on not charging straight away meant no refund needed though so it's 2 rather than 1 star.

Very Grateful
A. Vogel's excellent product "7-Herb Cream" has been renamed as "Chamomile Ointment" and is no longer available in the US. I finally was able to find it through AltHealth!
While I browsed the site, I also found another A. Vogel product that is unavailable in the US, "Bio-Propolis Cold Sore Care," so I ordered that also. Another excellent product!
Communication from Mike Wilson was quick and helpful. The product shipped very quickly to the US from the UK - it took just seven days. I definitely will use AltHealth again.

Really pleased
I live in the United States so I wasn't sure how this order was going to go. The ordering was easy the shipping was fast considering it had to go through customs. Really, really pleased. I will definately order from you again. Thank you. Oh and the product is wonderful as well!!

Good delivery service, not sure about product.
The delivery and ordering process was excellent and I couldn't fault how quickly it arrived.Unfortunately I am not sure about the product itself. I have been using this for some months from a different source but this latest batch does not smell the same (Aloe Vera tablets) nor is it working as well.

Ordered a product on behalf of my Mum - she had been ordering it for years over the phone, but recently had had a problem getting through. I e-mailed, got a prompt response with all the details of how to order on line. Paid by paypal and had the package sent to my Mum's address which she received the next day.
