Cool products, fantastic service
I really like a lot of the kit alwaysriding sells -- clothes that look good on and off the bike, and nifty accessories and gizmos that aren't sold by most of the high street cycling shops.
The service, though, is what really sets this retailer apart. As an example: some while ago I ordered a cap, and alwaysriding accidentally sent the wrong one (oops, these things happen.) Amazingly, though, they offered to let me keep the cap they'd sent and send the one I'd ordered; or just refund my money and let me keep the second cap anyhow. Throughout our email exchange, I dealt with the same [very competent] person, who was quick to respond at all times and simply striving to give me the best customer experience [yuck, I hate that term] possible.
I've used alwaysriding a number of times since and orders are always sent out really promptly. There haven't been any more problems such as wrong product delivery, but I'm glad to have confidence that if there are then the folk there will remedy things just as speedily and satisfactorily.

Great catalog; great service
I found Always Riding while looking for the new Nissan Radioshack kit. AR were the first to offer the authentic Craft kit. While waiting for the shipment date, I was kept informed of estimated delivery and pleasantly surprised when things arrived sooner than expected. In the meanwhile, there is a host of great riding gear available on the site. I'm afraid that finding Always Riding will cost me some money; though money happily spent.

Just great service, I found my product, it had a list of available colours and sizes, and a sizing chart, so it was easy to choose. After payment, which was Sunday, I received it in Australia 10 days later (the friday of the following week). Product was perfect.

As I said in the short review I was incredibly impressed with everything to do with Alwaysriding apart from the price.
That is probably more a problem with cycling products in general but how can the cycling trainers cost around £40 more than their normal trainer counterparts. It stung a little but with so few options available I had no choice.
I'll look at always riding for other products in the future but I do generally prefer to use my local bike shops if I can.

Many thanks for the review and price feedback. Yes, I do see your point about the price, but it is worthwhile to remember that cycling apparel / accessories production numbers in the hundreds and low thousands against mainstream apparel / accessories production of the tens and hundreds of thousands, with all of the price benefit that the larger production costs imply. In addition, a lot of cycling gear is made in factories that operate more stringent health and safety and employee welfare systems than mainstream apparel - all of which is a testament to (in general) the cycling communities willingness to create fair products made for a fair day's pay.
Either way, with cycling getting more and more popular, let's hope it reflects in improved pricing going forward.
