Inconvenienced - yes I am
I ordered my goods, fine. 10 days later no goods. I check the tracking so see that Hermes collected it and then did nothing else with it. Got on to Amazon. They apologised. Nice. They sent out another parcel. Nice. They then send me an email saying that in 14 days they will send out an email stating that I have to tell them that I do not have the other parcel. Royal Mail policy! Better tell Hermes that they are being run by the Royal Mail then. If I do not respond they bill me twice. Not nice. They then try to refund me for the parcel cost?? It was sent out on free delivery?? So not wanting money not due I email them. They say they should have chosen courier return instead of customer return. Sorry for the inconvenience. Not nice. Actually incompetence by someone. They say I have the money already can we take the money back. Nothing in the bank yet - so no you cannot - and yet more inconvenience. Come on Amazon you can do better than this - check before you send out your emails!!
