I order from amazon regularly (as I guess all busy working people who have zero time for leisure shopping). I was impressed how they handled problems that I had with them recently. Basically, my delivery got lost 3 times (!). Not their fault though, happens in my office building. So they reacted to my emails within hours and would send it again and again and again until I finally got it. No additional charges.
