Got 90% back from amazon, for a item bought from a third part seller
I bought a powerbank from a third part seller and a power cable from amazon itself. The powerbank (a cellphone-sized rechargeable battery for cellphone recharging) got overheated (i think) on a summer-camp, when a friend borrowed it. I was convinced that there was nothing to do, since it was a third part seller, and the label said not continue charging when hot, but I contacted amazon on e-mail, and got a fast answer. They mailed me at posting-label, so i for free could return the package. A few days later i got a new mail that i would get 90% of the money back i paid for the powerbank + cargo. I think this is pretty amazing service after all. this has not been my first purchase from amazon, and it will not be the last.
