Jeg er helt vildt med Amazon, det er super godt, priserne passer til det man køber, man får det altid inden for en uge selvom de skriver der kan gå længere tid. Jeg køber tit fra Amazon, de giver besked flere gange så man ved hvor ens pakke er henne, det er super fedt at man ikke selv skal lede efter det.

Well it would be if you could enter a zero rating. Yet another "next day" guarantee delivery from Amazon that has not materialised. Yet for some reason Amazon continue to use this HDNL. Amazon were due to deliver 3 packages to my address today. Two arrived via other couriers and true to form HDNL missed their delivery.They were the only courier due to deliver the next day Guaranteed delivery goods. I have spent all day at home waiting for these guys. If you can possibly avoid doing so then DO NOT USE under any circumstance.
The same happened to me back in September with the same delivery company. Clearly Amazon does not have strict quality standards when it comes to assessing delivery companies performance capabilities.
Amazon are great but many partners are not. Make sure your item is from Amazon direct and not from the often shoddy 'partner companies'.
I've been using them for over a decade and they seriously rock in all aspects but particularly customer service.
Been ordering from Amazon UK for over 10 years. Back in those days they were one of the more expensive online stores. How times have changed, they're consistently the cheapest source to buy online. They were one of the first companies to setup free postage. Over the years I've ordered hundreds of items from them. Never had a problem with their deliveries. Free, super saver items usually arrive a day or two after the time it would take for their paid for delivery to arrive. Their handling of issues with their 3rd party Marketplace sellers puts eBay to shame. Any problems with 3rd party sellers they resolve it quickly and guarantee refunds. Cant recommend enough.
Great website, fantastic choice, and good customer service. Unfortunately, Amazon frequently negates these positives by using 1/10 Yodel for the bulk of their next day deliveries?
I normally receive a few Amazon Prime deliveries each week, which frequently miss their guaranteed next day delivery date, which is very frustrating and wastes my time. Until Amazon make the decision to drop Yodel, their reliability as on online retailer will continue to be poor, at least when using next day delivery. Standard delivery does not seem to use Yodel, but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Amazon is the first place to go for anything in my opinion. Rarely beaten on price. The free super saver delivery is a bonus if you are not needing goods immediately. The choice is vast and the search function generates a wide variety of goods. However, it also allows for long descriptions in the search engine to narrow down specific items. Always worth checking out first. Additionally, you can get Nectar points on Amazon purchases also, which is an added bonus. The Grocery section specifically is good for bulk buying items that wouldn't ordinarily be available to buy in supermarkets.
Was a huge fan. Basically bought everything through them and they rarely let me down but recently have had some poor transactions using 3rd party sellers. Now that they've been exposed as not paying their taxes I'm just not going to be using them anymore, for Xmas & beyond. Just sort of sickens me really... no need to be so greedy amazon - I thought you were s'posed to be good guys?
Have brought from Amazon many times and mostly I find good prices and delivery but have also had some issues in the past when the goods aren't shipped by Amazon themselves but via other sellers. I brought a Digital SLR camera earlier this year which I didn't realise until afterwards was actually being sold by a company in Germany via Amazon. The delivery due date came and went and when I contacted the seller they told me it had been lost in the post and that they would refund me! To be fair they refunded me quickly and no harm done but my advice would be to check the good are actually being sold by Amazon and not one of their partners.
Also its a shame Amazon don't pay proper taxes in the UK - will think twice before making large purchases there again.
Going to start using amazon for everything I can from now on. Used them for years and always did what it said on the tin, nothing to rave about. Until recently;
An order was lost in the post and they sent another one out no hassle whatsoever. It was a low value parcel but none the less this is good customer service.
I just used amazon lockers for the first time. A brilliant idea, very easy and convenient and will use again.

Brilliant customer service, fast turn-around of orders... if they have an Achilles heel it must be some of the retailers who they "sub-contract" to on their site where the products, service and support are nowhere near the Amazon flag standard (and also very difficult to spot!)
I have always had an extremely good experience when shopping with Amazon. They may avoid any corporation tax in the UK but they do provide a good service. Any time I have had contact with Amazon they have been polite and honest. Always received a product I have ordered in good time and never received an incorrect product .

Sidst jeg handlede gennem amazon.co.uk skulle jeg bestille en læbestift som er udgået i DK. Sælgeren fra Sally's Cosmetics, sendte mig en mail om at det ikke var nødvendigt med så mange penge for fragten, derfor ville hun refundere dem, som jeg fik 2 dage efter, min bank havde godkendt dem.
Det er billigere end DK, med nogle varer, men det er altid dyrt at returnere varen når den evt. ikke passer. Forsendelse koster omkring de 100 kr. og op efter, afhængigt hvor meget din vare vejer, derfor er det risikabelt at bestille fra udlandet.
Ordered and paid for 2 copies of the LTD Ed Halo 4 Games (£60 each) but only got one set of download codes - now have one son happy and one very disappointed. Contacted Amazon and having spoke to Gracie Mae, Kerry-Ann & a follow up customer rep Kevin L it is clear Amazon couldn't care less!!! I have been advised if not happy to return one copy (completely pointless as I have have tried to get across to deaf ears as I am still left with a disappointed child and cannot pre-order anywhere else as the game has been released!!) Clearly they are not interested in keeping my custom even though I have shopped with Amazon for years spending hundreds of pounds - the last adviser (Kevin) suggesting I look to see if other sellers have offers instead. The excuse given to me that "there is a dispatch problem with the game and a second set of codes do not exist" is downright bull s**t and I am so very angry with Amazon. I shall be ensuring as many people as possible are made aware of the customer service they can expect when things go wrong.
My advice - they may be a little slower delivering but use Play.Com and don't allow Amazon to do this to people any longer. You have made several ex-customers of my family Amazon!!Halo 4 Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox 360)

It is with great sadness that I must post this review. I have always been a happy customer of Amazon. For the past 7 or 8 years I have done all my Christmas shopping on their site, as well as using them frequently throughout the year. No longer.
There is one major issue with Amazon. They insist on using the disgusting excuse for a delivery company that is Yodel.
This is a business decision made because Yodel is very cheap, but boy do you get what you pay for.
After a weeks’ worth of stress waiting for my new Xbox, it turns out Yodel either delivered it to the wrong address, or stole it and forged a signature.
Type Yodel into Youtube and you will find CCTV of typical deliveries from them. Items thrown over walls or left in bins on bin collection day. Items broken, lost and stolen. Google yodel and you can find literally thousands upon thousands of complaints, a BBC watchdog investigation and articles in the press such as in the Guardian.
I know Amazon is not Yodel, but Amazon must understand that continuing to use Yodel when they are fully aware of the problems will hurt their reputation too. People must have confidence that when they hit the order button, items will be delivered. I have lost this confidence.
Now credit to amazon that they have agreed to send me another xbox next day delivery with a different carrier. That resolves the problem with this order, but it is not enough to give me confidence that future deliveries will end up the same as this one because they choose Yodel to deliver it.
Until Amazon drop Yodel, I will not be placing another order. When they do, i will be back and happily update this review.
I have been shopping on Amazon.com for years. I have bought everything from books and clothing to snacks and soda. The prices are usually good (though sometimes you can find items elsewhere for cheaper), and I love the Free Super Saver Shipping option. If you buy $25 worth of qualifying items, you receive free standard shipping. I always receive the items within the designated time period, and the packaging is usually very good. I have had a few minor problems with Amazon.com, but they were all resolved pretty well considering this is a very large company with many customers. I like that you can purchase items from individual businesses, too. This is especially handy if you are searching for older or high demand items. Just be careful. These orders are not fulfilled by Amazon.com, so different shipping fees/return policies/etc. may apply.
I regularly order from Amazon, and have done for 7-8 years now.
The vast majority of time it is hassle free, and the prices are cheaper than the high street.
Only had a couple of bad experiences. Once when a book was bought (from a private seller) and was listed 'like new'
It was anything but, and as I had paid more than other sellers were charging for it (because of it's supposed fantastic condition) I wasn't happy.
And the 2nd time when a company sent something not as described. It all took ages to sort out. My refund (which the company had agreed to) took an eternity to come through.
The only blip really on Amazons handling.
I don't know what I would do with out Amazon in my life! They make ordering stuff so quick and simple and since I added Prime delivery it's got even better. Please keep up the great work and keep on top of the prices to make sure you are ALWAYS best value around.
