AmbienteDirect.com definitely had the rock-bottom lowest prices I could find (on the particular outdoor furniture I bought). However, their e-mail customer service is non-existent; e-mails go completely unanswered. This leaves customers in the U.S. scrambling to find a way to call internationally in order to obtain any customer service. In my case, I called from work and I work for an international company, so I could avoid telephone charges. But I would strongly suggest AmbienteDirect obtain a 1-800 number for its American customers. Shipping was also really time-consuming, since the goods had to come from Germany, and were shipped via DHL post (which is the same as shipping via the postal service... slow)!
All that being said, I received everything in great condition and paid less than I would have anywhere else. So while the hassle was annoying, in the end I was a satisfied customer. Satisfied... just not enthusiastic.
