Terrible Customer Service
WARNING: You can tell the quality of a company in how it reacts when something goes wrong. The courier delivered a damaged MDF Italia shelf and they would not collect the item for an exchange despite too many phone calls and emails to mention. They refused to exchange/refund the damaged item. We were waiting on a 2nd self on order which we had waited over 2 months for and from the bad experience of the 1st we cancelled but they refused to refund it. It took a year of sorting out until we were issued a credit note and forced to take goods we did not want just not to loose our money. Beware if ordering larger and more expensive items as you will be stranded with goods and a ruthless company who is slow to react.
